If I could give six stars I would!! John was extremely nice and courteous when I pulled up, and did not hesitate to come in the front office soon after I walked in to see if he could accommodate what I was looking for. I wanted a little bit more exhaust sound on my Civic Si and he was able to cut out my resonator and weld in a new pipe in almost no time, and the sound is exactly what I was looking for! If I ever have any other exhaust needs, A1 will be the first place I go to, well worth the price I paid for a resonator delete!! Thanks guys!

Spankys service center in Johnston recommended A1 mufflers to me for exhaust work my car had rust damage from the muffler to the exhaust tips and he not only fixed the issue but replaced the whole pipe and was responsive, kind, and quick the owner was one of the nicest people I ve met and charges a good fair price I would highly recommend his business and work for anyone needing muffler or exhaust workGreat guy great business

A1 is absolutely spectacular. John is quick and he's superb welder. His knowledge about exhausts and various mufflers is unparalleled. He's a dying breed of our American workforce, hard working and down right great at his job. This is the man to go to if you have exhaust needs. I promise that you won't be disappointed!!

Took care of my minor needs right away without hesitation at a reasonable price. No one else within a 20 mi area was willing to jump on it or asked me return the next day. I never got the guy's name there, but he provided phenomenal customer service

I have been going to A1 muffler for years now, they've added exhaust on my S2000, BMW 335i and Chevrolet Camaro SS, Mustang GT and Shelby Mustang GT350. Always great prices and great work

Spoke with John Wednesday about installing a borla atak on my 16 silverado 1500. Brought the truck in today (friday) and John was welcoming humble and all around great guy. This is a Small family business. These people are wonderful people the father and his son.The mother has a beautiful plant she's growing in the shop this business is cheap and they are very professional I only mentioned the plant cuz I wanted to break a piece off it to see if I can get it to grow lol thanks again.

John at A1 Muffler was an absolute pleasure to work with. I have been struggling to find an Exhaust Repair shop in Augusta, GA that had the flexibility and time to fix my exhaust issue (exhaust leak/Damaged Mid-Pipe). I called John the day before, gave him a gist of what was going on, asked if I could come first thing in the morning. Got to the shop at 8:05 am. As I pulled up he was already in the garage adjusting the lift to accommodate my car. Pulled it up onto the lift and 15 minutes later he had it fixed with no issues whatsoever. He was extremely friendly, welcoming, personable, and professional. Very Fair Pricing and accurate diagnosis. I will be referring friends/family to his shop as much as I can. I will be going back for sure when I decide to sell my car and want to put the stock exhaust back on. Thank you A1 (John)!!Service: Exhaust

Grate place with fast service. I went somewhere else before for a rattling in my exhaust system and they wanted to scam me for over $2k to change my catalytic converter. Came here and they fixed the problem without having to change the whole thing in 15 minutes for $100. Definitely going back if I have any other exhaust issues in the future.

I called & received same day service, they invited me right over. We went over options & I was out in less than 1 hour. Very impressed & very pleased. Most of all very reasonable priced. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

James was phenominal. I have benn trying for 5 months to get my exhaust fixed. Something told me to try across the river. I calledA1 muffler shop. James got me right in. Very fast service at a very reasonable price. They replaced the tailpipe and a broken joint in my Honda's exhaust in less than an hour. Will definitely return if I need any other exhaust work.
