Working with Travis was a great experience. He went out of the way to help me make a dream come true. Purchasing was very professional, closing was very simple and very organized. He spent all the time I need to walk over the bike and explain all the questions I had. I highly recommend Mitchell Enterprises if looking to purchase a quality motorcycle.

Could not have asked for a better experience. Travis was fast to respond to me and willing to answer any questions I had. The price almost seemed too good to be true but he is a genuine guy who is truly honest with his pricing. I would recommend anyone looking for a bike to check him out. Easiest buying experience I have ever had with a motorcycle. I was in and out within 30min. He even took the time to help me load the bike on my trailer for my drive home, then call a few hours later to make sure everything was going well. I wish every business still operated with the level of customer service he shows.

After having a dealership sell a bike out from under me, I started looking again and found Mitchell Enterprises and really glad I did! They had the exact bike i was looking for at a great price. I called and talked with Travis, super guy all around, he assured me they didn't do business that way. After we talked I hooked my trailer to my van and made the 6 hour one way trip. (Yes it was worth the time) When we got there Travis was in the office but his dad greeted us holding the door for us to come in. We were in and out in about 30 minutes or less and as someone else said before they loaded the bike for me. I don't usually write comments like this but I want everyone to know, Travis, his dad and Mitchell Enterprises are stand up people, the only reason I gave them 5 stars is because there weren't 10 to give. Travis thank you and your dad for a great experience buying a bike, it's good to know people like y'all still exist. I highly recommend you to everyone. Thanks again!!

However many stars it takes to rate Mitchell Enterprises as a dealership/broker worth knowing about - that's what I will rate it. I purchased a 2014 Heritage Soft Tail from Travis, driving over 250 miles one way to get it. I am absolutely satisfied with the bike and have no regrets about the 14-hour day necessary to complete the purchase. Travis sold me a great bike at a great price and is truly a straight shooter in a world of people just looking to win and get ahead. He answered all my questions and gave me more information that I did not think to ask about but was glad to know. I will never buy another Harley until I check with Travis. You would do well to do the same. Mitchell Enterprises is truly an out-of-the-way gem worth finding.

Great service, honest and will stands behind what he sells. It was raining the day I picked up the motorcycle and we actually backed the trailer into his showroom to load it.

Travis is very knowledgeable of the products he sells. He was very honest about the process of purchasing including all the pros and cons. He even pointed out a couple of very small flaws that I might have overlooked. Travis showed a lot of integrity thru the whole process. I was at a competitor s shop in a nearby city and injured about Travis s business ethics and they told me that Travis was as honest as they come and that he sells quality bikes and stands by his products during and after the sale. I m very glad I purchased my bike from Mitchell enterprises at a great price for a quality bike. I would definitely recommend Mitchell enterprises to anyone looking for a quality bike at a really good price.

Travis Mitchell went out of his way to make my Harley purchase a genuinely great experience. I drove almost 3 hours to his store from NC and I would do it all over again. His selection of motorcycles is top notch. His prices cannot be beat. Travis really cares about what his customers are buying. Thank you Travis I'll be back for the next purchase.
