I called before going to Walmart and gave tire size as I needed 2 new tires,and oil change, also requested the time I needed to be there in order to get to my grandsons ballgame on time at 5:30. ( I live 35mi away)They had the tires, I was on time.Talked to 3 different people in auto dept.. typed up order for tires and oil change.5:35p my car is ready. No tires only oil change.Had to wait until 5:55p for new paper work, that didnt charge for tires.The staff poor and unapologetic. Even laughed about my being upset! Will NEVER go back to Newberry Walmart or possibly any Walmart again . Will be in touch with the manager, as I asked to speak to a manager, the check out girl called a "manager" and when she turned her back, he stated , " I'm not a manager". I have heard people talk recently about poor customer service at Walmart, well I got an overdose . DONE!

Didn't put the oil cap back on my 2021 Jeep Cherokee and when told they would refund my money and give me another oil change free of charge to ensure everything was done right instead they gave me my refund and topped off the oil in the parking lot, instead of checking what else this guy might have messed up (the drain plug, oil filter, topping off other liquids). Very disappointing.

Never ever have featured products advertised in stock. They seem to be unable to order products such as tires. Answer you are given is "maybe we will get more in this week". Oil change if they don't have your grade oil bulk in stock they want to charge you extra for getting some off the shelf after you have already been sitting there an hour plus waiting. Not a one time occurence. This is a repeated experience. I can understand every now and then but 4 of the last five times I have been there this has been the case.

We had fast friendly service. Took my son's car here to repair a slow leaking tire. They found a screw in it. Thank goodness, for the road hazard warranty that I purchased when I bought the tires originally. No charge for the repair.

Naiam (I think that's his name but I probably butchered the spelling, sorry) is very knowledgeable and a chill dude he was great. The only problem I have with this place is that they charge $12 per tire for lifetime balancing, that is absolutely if I got 4 tires that'd be over $50 including tax, do you know how many little Caesars pizzas I could buy for that? When I asked the gentleman to take off the lifetime balancing he told me that they charged you for it whether you got it or not. Other than that it was great.

The product and prices are great. The service from the people in the bay is great. The greeting or intake service is about the worst I have ever had. And it's consistently bad. Been that way for years. I go back because of convenience and price. All they lack is a consistent check-in process.

Took way too long and dude could not even tell me what was wrong with the old tire, even though he just threw a new one on. Then stood for 30 minutes waiting to get my tire back. I dropped the tire off so they didn't have to put it on my vehicle and it still took 3 hours

I've come to Walmart two days in a row after work at 5:30 only to be told to come back the next day because they have a urgent meeting that afternoon and are short-handed. These technicians are moving so slow I don't think they've ever done anything urgent in their lives. They seem like nice enough guys but if I were there manager they'd have to do some serious tightening up or be looking for employment elsewhere. Save yourself the headache and do not come here

I needed a new battery put in and it could have easily have taken hours at most places were they have several people in front of you, but we got it done within the hour and I was able to hang out and talked with the guy who put my battery in, really nice guy and hard-working professional staff over there

Bought dog food and forgot it. Went back 30 min later and was denied the food I paid for because I didn't keep the receipt. Manager pretty much acted like I was lying. Wouldn't look into it for me. Wouldn't look at the camera. Very in professional

Had tires rotated there. The crew chief was very friendly. He took care of me right away. Within 30 minutes I was on the road. Great staff.

I had a situation with 4 tires getting installed. The manager of the department worked hard to correct the problem. Definitely worth a 2nd chance.

Tried twice to get my tires mounted and was never helped. Wait was over 2 hours both times. All the workers are awful. You get what you pay for.

A true 1stop shop. They were quick and efficient. They even announced my name over the store to let me know they were finished. A SuperDuper Shoutout to the Auto Care Center of Walmart in Newberry SC

Waited while department workers ignored me,that's not the only time I've been disappointed with their service.I love Wally World.This was Bush River Road location.

This entire store needs to boarded up and shut the **** DOWN..WHOEVER MANAGMENT IS HE/SHE IS A JOKE!! GO GOR TIRES THEY ONLY HAVE 1 OF THE TIRES I NEED GO BACK 2 WEEKS LATER THEY STILL DONT HAVE TIRES CALL BK THEY ONLY HAVE 2 BRAND TIRES IN WHICH THEY ONLY HAVE TWO PRODUCTS STAY OUT OF STOCK FOR WEEKS AT A TIME AND NOT TO MENTION THE LING WAITING LINES REDICULOUS!!!!

This place is very convenient, great place to get your vehicle serviced, they sell tires, you can have them mounted also. Check them out.

Dont know their product well enough to give a price over the phone on a set of tires that are on the shelf 25' away from the phone. Sad!
