I really like this group here, they are quick and to the point. The prices are fair and they don't try to upsell anything to you. And bonus points from my little, she recieved her own "oil sticker" for her window in the back which she was very proud of!

Experience was great. Was greeted with water, laughs and politeness. Almost ran over the guy that directed me but everything else was good. One negative is I really don't like driving over that hole, but other than that it was a nice time getting my oil changed quickly.

Came here to get an oil change. It s very convenient not having to get out of the car. We received water while we were waiting, which was a nice gesture. The guys were friendly and professional- they got it done! We will be back next time!

I went to Strickland this morning and the manager, Anthony, did an outstanding service to me by explaining me the different options and costs. The service I requested was done quickly and professionally and I got to use the online coupon and received a great service and value.

They used an air powered torque wrench during my oil change to take off and install my oil filter cap and drain plug. I heard it, thought it was strange, but didn t say anything about it at the time. They also left a shop rag in my engine bay but fortunately that didn t cause any issues.When it was time to get my oil changed again I took the car to 3 different quick lube shops and nobody could break the cap loose. After a morning of taking off the oil filter housing and chipping away at the cap piece by piece it finally broke free.If you hear them using power tools during your oil change make them remove the filter and plug. Make them hand tighten them to the proper torque specs. And never go back.

I am new to Newberry and I am a Lyft Driver so was very happy to meet the guys at Strickland Brothers they are very friendly knowledgeable and do not mind helping you with even the small things like putting in a bulb in your head light. They have change the fluids in my vehicle twice and rotated my tires At a reasonable price. I am glad that we have them in Newberry.

These young men were exceptional from start to finish. I don t know the names of the other young men. But Elijah was who I first encountered and he set the tone for my first experience using this service. Kind, polite and informative. He gave me praise for driving into the space correctly. They worked as a team very expeditiously and they deserve to be rewarded. There was only hard work, kindness and smiles/laughter. Thank you guys for a great experience. I ll be back (In my best Arnold Schwarzenegger impression) LOL. Whoever was on this shift, thank you and I hope you enjoyed the pizza and soda!

Very quick and very friendly. We take all of our vehicles to them. The only down side is if you use synthetic oil it s quite pricy.

Each time I go to this location the price changes. In June I paid $60 for an oil change. I swore that was my last time because we have other good shops cheaper.I received a coupon in the mail $20 off thinking I'm getting a deal. They tell me afterwards that my oil change was $79 and with the coupon, it will be $59.99 total. NEVER AGAIN!!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!Service: Oil change

This was my first time bringing my automobile here.The young men were so nice. First thing they did was offer me a bottle of water and explained everything they were going to do.I drove my truck in and they checked/changed the oil, checked the filter. Checked All my lights and my tire pressure. I just left the Dr office and I felt like my Avalanche had just left the Dr office also.Services: Tires, Oil change

Quick. Efficient. Friendly. Professional. And don't be afraid to get out of your car, the place is clean!!! User friendly including a clean restroom, a chilled waiting area, and bottle of water if you ask. Strickland Bros Newberry the best.

They were very friendly and did a great job. The only reason for my low rating is the price. $72 for an oil change is outrageously expensive. Twice the price of Mr. Lube, whom they bought the business from. Would not recommend.
