What a comfortable and pleasant car buying experience! From the first time I stepped on their lot, everyone there was genuinely friendly and no high pressure sales tactics at all! Just straight forward, good customer service. I am NOT a typical car buyer and definitely don't buy a car the first time shopping and my sales associate, Peggy Caigle, got that and totally respected my process. She made it easy on me to thoroughly test out different cars to make sure I was settling on the right one for me. Even the closing process was simple and easy, no tricks or pressure at all, plus their prices are very competitive. Thank you Stokes Trainor for making car buying fun again!

Before I drive over 1.5 hrs, let them know I have my own financing approved and want the truck. Even had an appointment set up. Get to dealership, go through the process, 1. Truck wasnt ready to go. No worries, I will wait. 2. Truck can t leave dealership until the bank sends check. Even after the credible financial institution states they will send copy of check and tracking #. They finance through banks everyday and release truck the same day. Just because I had my own financing, they wanted to act this way. Would be nice to know all this before driving 3 hrs round trip and wanting to me to do it again. Both sales person and GM had zero remorse with this. Horrible customer service. Needless to say I won t recommend anyone to this dealership.

Best priced vehicles in the market and they made it easy to buy. They were so busy, the Dealership owner even jumped in to help detail my car. Try to find that anywhere else, I dare you.

Peggie Cagle responded quickly to my inquiry, made herself available for any concerns, and handled the viewing and purchasing process from start to finish in a Friendly, Efficient and Professional manner. To my surprise, I was able to leave with the new vehicle the same day in short period. She provided a smooth and friendly process offering any additional information needed along the way. I have had horrible luck with cars recently and Stokes Trainer Chevy changed that luck around. I bought my first new car yesterday with the diligent help of Colbey who reached out to me about a car I had been interested in but hadn t yet gotten my hands on. He let me know as soon as the Trax I wanted hit the lot and made sure I was the first one to see the car. He and the sales manager helped me get the best deal and weren't pushy at all which had been a previous experience for me going to dealerships. They even delivered my car to my home as I had driven a separate car there. Highly recommend buying from these folks at Stokes Trainer.

Great service, matter-of-fact salesperson and sales manager, my wife and I felt comfortable working with them, and they gave us a good deal on our car without unnecessary verbiage or baloney. I recently purchased a 2024 Chevy LTZ at Stokes Trainor Chevrolet Buick GMC, and my experience was memorable. I had been searching for a truck within a 500-mile radius from where I live in the Southeast, but most prices were marked up over MSRP. I finally found my vehicle 3.5 hours away and had a great experience with the dealership. The staff was friendly, and my sales rep, Cathy, was knowledgeable and made the decision easy. With $8,000 in combined discounts, I got a 2024 Chevy LTZ for $53,000, with no haggles or hassles; I also got the best value for my trade-in. Great service and very helpful!! My car was wore out and it was time for another one which i purchased from stokes Trainor. Dillon was great in showing me cars that were what i was looking for. He helped me find the right one for me!! Thanks Dillon and for all your help. And Gregg was great during my buying process and finishing my paperwork . Every one that I met at the dealership was super nice and made sure that my wife and I were comfortable. The sales person was able to answer all of my questions and show me all of the features of the truck. The sales manager offered me what I deemed as a fair price for the truck with my trade in. I accepted the offer without haggling. Great experience and I feel like I can trust this dealership.
