Had to get a new battery and was not only hard to find. Called several auto part stores to try and find anything under $300 and these guys found me a great battery under $100. Dalton went out and installed it and I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Great service, great prices. Will definitely be returning when I need car help.

We stop in a few weeks ago needed a few small this wire loom assembly lube the salesman treated us very well a really Great experience will definitely bye from them again when we're in town

Always got what ya need and willing the order and find it for you too, often In their spare as well. They do alot and deserve alot. One of the best work teams in Newberry for sure. And best place to get truck parts

Was my first time in this Napa pretty big store, a little crowded with the floor set up, but it has pretty much what you need. That being said this Napa is also got that good ol country feel! When you talk to the sales clerks they listen and the stories begin. Could have sat there talking for hours, if I wouldn't have been holding them up from helping other customers. Now I came from a small town and that's how we did it when we was coming up. Thanks for the great stories and the help guys! Keep it up!

When new management took over I had some issues but they were just coming into their own. Now that they have been running it for a while they have returned to the helpful Napa I have always appreciated. I will keep going here for auto supplies

We bought a battery for our lawnmower from our local Newberry Napa store over this past summer. The man at the counter swore it would be good for over a year. It didn't last half the summer. I kept jumping it off and finally I get tired of it. Now I can't find a receipt and they are not willing to work with me on trying to replace it or get a refund. When I asked about keeping purchases in their systems the man I spoke with avoided the question, jumping into our brand of battery one had x amount of months worth of warranty, and we can't do anything about getting our money back for their faulty product without a receipt.Its a lawn &garden brand battery. Cheaper elsewhere. Paid almost 80$ for it at Napa because they are a name our family used to trust. Went to their website and saw that of course we were offered one of their more expensive batteries when one of the cheaper ones would of worked. Thats our mistake for thinking that a store that we would go to and trust would try and help their customers. Its also just great to know that they won't stand by their products and gaurentee false outcomes of said products.Now very frusterated, out of nearly $80 and a useless battery in tow, we will NOT be returning to our local NAPA!! Save your receipts people and brush up a little bit before going to buy things like this just in case they wanna swindle you as well.
