After getting my oil change I began to feel suspicious due to the speed of service. A week later my water pump pulley and belt is utterly destroyed. From the looks of the damage it's seems gradual. Never had any problems out my car until I seen them. Even giving them the benefit of the doubt, performing an oil change and not reporting this type of damage is very unprofessional, not to mention them lying on my receipt. Also oil pan had oil on which mean they didn't tighten it up. They will be sued once confirmed.

Got there last minute. They took me in. Clutch out in my truck, was no problem for them. They called my dad n let him pay them over the phone. This place is great!! Highly recommend Chris and his team!!

Loved it, the service there is always very speedy and quick, perfect timing, the lobby is always comfortable and full of nice guest whenever I'm not in there alone. The oil change sets my car just right, runs just like a race car after each and every oil service.

Mr.lube has been changing my oil for a few years now. The cheapest ..go to.. get your oil changed in the Newberry area.. hands down..and they ain't slow about it neither ..10 min they will be handing your keys bak.

I have been getting my oil and transmission fluid changed at Mr. Lube in Newberry, SC for years.The service is consistently quick & efficient. The prices are reasonable.I have never had any issues or problems there and would recommend them to anyone.

Went for a simple oil change, and instead, I got my transmission fluid drained, and DOUBLE the oil (old and new) together. When the car bottomed out and I went back to the shop, they told me they "didn't touch the transmission", and "it must be a different problem". They didn't check their work. A different shop figured out the problem, and luckily it didn't cause permanent damage. I did get a full refund for both services by management thankfully, but still... a 4 hour debacle that never should've happened.Services: Transmission, Oil change

I "split" (tried to) the stars because they never greeted me when I got there & ONLY told me the price of the service I had done and never "Thank you come again" me when I left.. Good CS gets better reviews.

These guy get it done. Lubrication is very important to a vehicle. I only trust the professionals @ Mr. Lube for all my Lubrication needs. Oil, transmission, and they even top off your fluids!

I like the people and the service but NEW RULES have left me out. I am 100% disabled and unable to walk and require the aid of a certified service dog. For the years I have gone to this store I not been required to leave my vehicle, with the accompanied hassles of wheel chair, dog, etc. Yesterday I took the 1st of my two cars to be serviced and was informed that I was no longer allowed to drive my vehicle onto the rack and that I would have to exit and wait somewhere else. I am competent to drive safely. I have a 35 year perfect driving record. Have been there more times than I can count. Safety CANNOT be the issue. RULES without exception ARE THE ISSUE. They know me and courteously allowed me to drive in one last time. Got my oil change and left my customary $20 cash tip for putting on my windshield wipers purchased elseware. So I'm now looking for a new place that will be easier for me to use.

My husband took his car to Mr. Lube for a simple oil change. When he got home his car started alerting him that his oil pressure was low. He checked it and there was no oil on the oil stick. He drove his other car back out their and told them about it. They took no responsibility. He took it to a nearby shop who said they broke the oil pressure sensor when they were changing the oil filter. I suggest no one should take their car to a place that will not stand up to their mistakes. We will never use this business again!

Love their Fast and Good service!!! Forget Walmart. They are sooooo slow just doing a basic oil change. Walmart to busy talking and standing around. Mr Lube is all About BUSINESS and Great customer service.

It was ok but I think they bent my oil pan while using that airgun to tighten it back up and they didn't put all my screws back in right and now my flap cover is hanging down but other than that ok.

Mr Lube techs always do a great job! The full service oil change is very reasonably priced and Mr Lube always provides the fastest service.

Not sure about this place.. Went in for oil change and a month later my oil light was back on! Called office and was told that the oil light goes by how many times my car was crunk up! Lol
