This company right here from the retired father and son working the front desk together and the man behind the scenes Brandon 5 star company all the way from the price to the customer service to calling me a few hours later to check on my family. Our truck lost a wheel @70 on 26 west in the construction no shoulder to pull over god was copiloting that nite, so it wasn t pretty. After being towed to 1 shop and them quoting me 6x more than total parts cost I had it towed to kunkle tire after they got the parts my truck was back on the road in a few hours impressed isn t even here I m blown away with the customer service, can t express my gratitude enough but if they ever make it to Florida they have a spot and a meal thank you for everything and my family thanks you! Great family and a great place to do business.

Service is king. Bought one tire to replace flat. They checked air in all others and put spare and jack away in trunk space without being asked.

They are the best! Service was fantastic, and they worked me in at a time that was good for me. The tires were well priced. If you have a Tesla in the Newberry area, Kunkle is the place to get tires. Fantastic.Service: TiresService: Tires

I picked up a nail while servicing a remote account. I stopped in to Kunkle Tire and Service. They were extremely busy, but Brandon ( the assistant manager) took care of me personally even though he didn't have to. He didn't cut any corners, doing the most professional, thorough, and efficient tire repair I've seen. The price was so competitive it was unfair to them! I can't recommend Kunkle Tire and Service enough!

Excellent service! I didn't have an appointment but they got me in, and I was out of there in a timely manner. Not only that, but they also give a military discount. I would highly recommend them, and will continue to get my oil changed there. Much better than the first place in Newberry that I tried.

5 FULL STARS!! These guys were great! I am an out of towner needing a service. They made me an appointment, took me in right on time, did the work quickly, it was perfect and the price was unbelievably fair. You cannot ask for more. I come often to Newberry and will use them anytime I can. They really were great!!

Always treats me fairly regarding pricing, work, time, explanations. And has ALWAYS been HONEST and fair. Small town business hospitality, fairness,honesty- very important attributes. Even though super busy, I have never felt brushed off. The technicians are knowledgeable and skilled and have yet to let me down. I recommend them for not just tires but car service.

The people at Kunkle are the nices people.And they really do good work .And Rance is one of the nicest person that I have ever met .and I just want to say this company is way better than the toyota dealer ship they charge way to much. and kunkle does a way better job at a price someone like me can afford.so i give kunkles the highest rating that I can .and a very big THANK YOU

I had gone around a few places to check how long it would take and of course what it would cost me, Kunkle made me an appointment, after an inspection was told how long it would take and how much it would cost me( a written estimate no less) It was the most reasonable of the places, so had them do the job and they stayed on budget. The only place I will take my truck, or recommend; if I m not doing the work myself. I drive all the way from Michigan (13 hours) just for appointments here. They place an emphasis on customer service and relations and carry parts and tires people actually want and can depend on. They will be honest about recommendations and have highly skilled technicians and mechanics. From high end to general repair this is the place to go, if they can t do it they will find someone who can. There s a reason they re always busy.

On the way to the beach, two of our 4 tires blew out. My son brought us a rim and got us to Kunkle s Tire. They put 4 new tires on for us as quickly as they could (as we didn t have an appointment). They are all friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommended them for all of your tire needs!!

My son is a student at Newberry college and was in a car accident. We called and spoke to the Manager about getting an estimate on repairs needed. We had the car towed that evening, they diagnosed the repairs needed, and were able to fix it the same day. They even tried to make the body damage look less visible. We feel blessed to have found such a reputable company!

Been looking for a place to purchase tires where it felt kind of family owned. So far Kunkles feels that way. My family has used Kunkle for years and numerous friends do too but my first experience was in July 2019 getting 4 tires for my car. They had the best price, best warranty, and their service was great. They seem pretty busy which may explain why they don t watch their website. I set up an appointment online but it never was recorded so when I came in they had no idea I was coming. But overall it was a very good experience and we were happy with the service provided.

The workers were AMAZING!! I felt uncomfortable due to some of the patrons. However this place was quick and the staff was great will definitely return for my tires any time. They have the best deals on my tires between SC and NC!

Drove up from Columbia to put tires on a class A motorhome. The work was excellent, done in a timely manner, pricing was very competitive with all the dealers across the Southeast. Will be back!

They take care of you like you are family Kunkle is the best place to go in the Midlands! Been using them for 8 years. We were traveling and discovered a slow leak in our tire, a local referred us here and they had us patched up and back on the road along with all four other customers in an hour flat! (No pun intended) everyone super friendly and prompt, great place to get help!

Friendly staff and very helpful ..these people go out thier way for thier customers. I'm very happy with the service they offer. Once you go here you will never want to take your vehicle anywhere else but here. Amazing staff and hard working people and most important very honest. They have my business for life !!!!
