Dealt with two guys Bud and another for two different issues. One for my Gem car and the other for a fan motor for my shuttle bus.Both HANDLED in record time despite being super busy and Super reasonable pricing, professional and kind customer service. One super satisfied customer.~Paige~

I called to get details about a bill for a service call and the owner was so rude. He told me "It is what it is." "Did you read the description on the bill?" "Did we call you?" "No, you called us." Owner is very arrogant. They milked this road call so I assume they do this for everyone besides maybe "friends and family" they know.One example of how this road call was milked is that truck was only 9 miles away from the shop and we were charged for 96 miles for a busted hose. WOW!!!! BEWARE!!!!

Something happens to me today in which I will never forget. I know that if I explain to other customers, they would not believe me. I was charge $500 dollars for a road call, that ended with the police being called. The shop owner know dam well they did not do $500 of work This was a lesson learn. I advise y all that if you break down, don t call or deal with this shop. YOU BEEN WARNED.!! They will lock you up for this white man. Good ole boys.!

They will charge you for work not performed when you leave your truck with them. That has just been proven today as I'm sitting at a trusted dealership. They are some of the biggest crooks/mechanics I've ever been to. And btw, I have evidence to back my statement. Do not leave your vehicle with them because you will end up with a bill for work they never did.

I can t say enough good things about Allen and his employees. If you need service anywhere near Newberry, SC, make the trip to Davenport and Willingham. You won t regret itMy rebuilt turbo was blowing oil and put me into full derate. I called the nearby Peterbilt shop and three other locals, but they were all 7-10 days wait-time just to get in.I got ahold of Allen at Davenport & Willingham and he said he d get me in right away. They arranged a tow, and diagnosed the issue immediately. The only delay was getting the parts delivered (on-going, nation-wide, supply chain issues). Once they got the parts in they got my truck fixed that day. Only charged for 5.5 hours labor at a rate that is 25% less than the big boys.

the most unprofessional business I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. unrealistic labor cost, no real estimates on how long a simple truck diagnostic will take. We could no longer wait for the truck to be sitting, and requested for it to be released. we were charged almost $700 for a $55 computer check, filter change .92 and oil. which in some universe took 4 hours to do at a $150 hour rate.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Came to this place off a referral from tow guy . Was able to squeeze me in last minute for the upcoming holiday. My truck was derating on me while I had 43k in the dry van. Hooked me up ran diagnostic and forced Regen on the spot. If I would have taken this to the manufacturer Freightliner I know I would have been down a week just to get it looked at. The crew here and owners go above and beyond the call of service A plus

I have a 2022 dorsy flatbed brand new and my brake lights stopped working...i called every shop within 20 miles in Columbia SC and they were booked for weeks out!!! I called and Mr Davenport himself took me in and fixed my problem personally 2 hours later im back on the road!!@ Im incredibly thankful to Allan and his work crew for fixing my issue even though they were backed up they took care of my issue anyway I'll definitely be back!! Mr. Davenport said spread the word and im starting here!! Need repairs go there YOU WONT REGRET IT! Services: Transmission, Air & cabin filter replacement, Exhaust, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim, Brakes, Air conditioning, Battery, Oil change

This is a excellent garage to take care of your equipment. They are very thorough and do a fantastic job. I'm soooooooo glad that I started going there. Your truck will be right when it comes out. I would highly recommend them.

I blew a radiator hose on Sr 72 with an oversize load on i called Davenport & Willingham around 4pm they sent a tech owut right away and they got me going Top notch service

Brought my truck in because of air leaks, left a very satisfied customer as all my concerns were addresed. Alan is very knowledgeable about trucks. Highly recommend and will be back whenever I'm in the Newberry Area.
