I was traveling back to Tennessee through South Carolina 7-10-23 and had problems with my Ford transit van. I was able to make it to Cromley Ford in Newberry. The service manager, Ben had a diagnostic check done on the van. They took the time to assist me and get me back on the road within just a couple hours by replacing the throttlebody injector which I had had replaced two weeks prior at a local mechanic shop where I live. Not only did they listen to my concerns and get my vehicle in immediately they actually were cheaper than my local shop that did the repairs two weeks prior for the same part. Ben, Danny, Salina, and Mr. Cromley himself all asked if there was anything that they could do for my son and I while we were waiting for the repair. The owner and staff are very friendly and I would recommend service or buying a vehicle from Cromley Ford in Newberry or Saluda to anyone.

My family & myself were 2 hours into a 5 hour trip with 2 adults, 2 kids, 2 horses, & 2 dogs when our check engine light came on and our truck wasn t running good. We called this dealership to see if they could look at our truck right away. They said sure stop by. The diesel tech checked several things but couldn t find out exactly what was going on. We ended up borrowing a truck from family but we were thankful for the dealerships willingness to look at our truck right away and their honesty.

VERY happy with the service I received at this dealership. I was traveling and had an issue with my truck. Dylan the service manager was very helpful and was able to work me in and the technician T.A. was able to diagnose and resolve the issue in no time. The entire staff were very friendly and professional. Highly recommend this dealer.

Friendly, service department that knows what they are doing. Will explain all repairs when asked never push you to do any unnecessary work. Will and Ronnie in sales go out of their way to treat you like a valued customer.

Friendly staff, Great Service and they fit my work van in last minute. I would highly recommend Cromley's Ford and I will return if I'm in the area again, hopefully next time with a appointment lol

Ronnie was very insightful and a great deal of help. I'm hearing impaired and he was very patient with me. I know for sure I'll be back to buy an explorer or a truck from him as promised.

I had a problem with the hatchback not opening. Even the owner got involved. They ordered a part and the next day and had me on my way. Good job

Dropped truck off Sunday, was done Monday. They did exactly what I told them to do . No other gimmicks good service

The service manager needs to read the definition of the word 'service'. If not for the service tech, I was about to cancel the work and take my truck somewhere else.
