Very rude. Took a friend to buy car and they got attitude when I started questioning about the car. They take advantage of poor folks 100%. DON'T LET THEM GET U !!!

Complete bait and switch. I traveled over an hr the first time to see the car I was interested in and was most likely going to buy. Then the very next day I called to make sure they knew I was coming in to specifically to test drive that car but they also failed to have mentioned that they had sold it, which I had discovered that when I had gotten there. If they were better at communicating then I would ve been more reasonable but not having done so doesn t help build relationships with your customers from what they claim to want, which is the first thing you see on their website. They waisted not only my time, but efforts, money, gas, and peace of mind.

Y'all sold my daughter who was pregnant at the time a car that y'all knew wouldn't last her. Shortly after she bought the car we had to buy a new starter for it and oil and transmission fluid and coolant and lower radiator hose and head light taillight reverse light and turn signal. The car would always pop and jerk going into reverse then do the same thing driving down the road after reaching 2,000 rpms which meant the transmission was going out. Well after having her car for only two months. The transmission went out and so did the motor mounts. Now she is without a car because y'all sold her a car that needed more work than what we could afford.

I personally had a good experience doing business with Reggie cannon. The process was very easy. They really have a strong team at cannon auto sales. Keep up the good work and continue to keep people driving with good quality cars

Sold me a car assured me that it ran and drove fine just had simple stuff wrong, which wasnt a problem, but failed to mention the trans was going out, along with the motor and radiator.. and also failed to mention that there was no fluids AT ALL in the car when i got it.. i was also informed with a very strong firm attitude that nothing else would be fixed on the car beings the price i was paying for it.. that it would have been my responsibility, which isnt a problem i love working on vehicles, but knowing that the car was barely running and wouldnt last long when i said i needed a reliable vehicle because i have twin boys and im sold something that only lasted 2 months if that and at that was barely running before it went out completely put well over $3000 into the car trying to fix it and everything in it went out

When I went Friday 2-17-17 I thought I had found the perfect car gave them all my information and everything so they let me take the car home for the weekend since it was late and they had to run my numbers. I go up there Monday to thinking I got this the boom reality hit1 I get there after I had called the guy earlier and told him I would be there and had to wait 30min for my salesman2 then he misplaced some paperwork and wanted me to fill it out again3 then he ask me for paperwork that he didn't tell me to bring over the phone4 then everybody just walking around the office not busy at all and but I still don't know if they can work with me or notThey are very unprofessional and will have you thinking you can get a car. I wouldn't recommend anyone here

We are a competitor dealership. One of our customers traded in a car to them with a balance owing, and Cannon & Graves never contacted us, yet took the car in on trade-in with no confirmation of our payoff, and no clear title. We reached out by phone, mail, in person and through the DMV, and still have no check for the payoff and no vehicle. This was highly illegal, and the customer is actually feeling like he was taken to the cleaners due to all the "added fees" put in on his lease. We will NOT refer any future customers to them, and do NOT recommend anyone do business with them unless and until you have an outside source review any paperwork prior to signing.

Not sure who Slick Money is, but I think he is just an unhappy individual. I dealt with REGGIE CANNON - one of the owners, and he was professional, courteous and very respectful of my wishes and needs. He put me in a fabulous 2 year old car I thought I wouldn't be able to afford at a very affordable price. If you need a car, have some issues, go to Cannon and Graves. Their tags are all over Newberry county, that says something.

STOP!!! DONT SHOP WITH THEM!! Turn around while you still can. These people are garbage from the Top down. There are two owners, both whom will not speak to customers directly but instead send salesman to you like do boys. They sell you bad cars knowingly and freeze mileage so it jumps up after you ride it off the lot. Most of the cars they have are previously wrecked vehicle that they purchased on discount but they wont tell you that. These people are crooks and brag about not losing a lawsuit! Yes... This means its been multiple cases where the dealership has been proven to be crooked. DONT SHOP THERE, they should be shut down.

Their trailer smells like a cheese aging factory and the salesmen dont give a dang unless you got cash right away. We test drove a honda with NO OIL in the engine! Really??? No oil?!? Thats the most simple thing a car needs.I dont understand why when you walk in the damn door creeks so loud and someones always cooking something in the kitchen acting like theyre at home.Dont buy a car here. Take off that hideous Cannon Graves sticker too. Makes you look broke since you couldnt afford a car at a 5 star dealership.

Crooks. They took my tax return then backed out of the loan 5 days later. I had to return the car and I got none of the $1,000 I spent with them back. Basically I paid a grand to use a car for 5 days.

Asked for car fax refuse to get them. Asked for my floor mate for a 2016 Hyundai Sonata refuse to get them. All these things was requested in May 2017 ..
