I love West Tire and Auto!!!It's the only place in Myrtle Beach that I take my car. It's coming up on two years with them, and my car runs like a top. They do thorough work that I trust. I have had to take several long distance road trips, and getting it serviced before and after - my car has never had a problem. I was referred there by a friend and I would definitely recommend West Tire and Auto Repair - which is why I am writing this review! Great pricing (quoted exactly what I expected), awesome service, and peace of mind that the work is done right.5-stars

I had a great experience with West Tire & Auto. I brought my Jaguar in for a crankshaft seal leak, and they had it fixed and running perfectly within a day! I also REALLY APPRECIATE that they didn t do that thing, you know when shops see a young woman and try to tell her she needs more blinker fluid or charges $800 for an oil change? They don t do that here. These are some genuine, honest, hardworking people. They are very transparent and fair and communicate very clearly. They make you feel like a friend, not just another paying customer. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.

These guys were great. They leveled out my truck, and did an alignment. Cost was very reasonable, and they stayed on the time frame they gave me. Punctual and Honest. You guys rock and have gained my business. Thanks.

West Tire & Auto staff are very professional but also very friendly and knowledgeable. They give me an estimate and usually it is less than quoted. I trust them to fix my car and not try to overcharge me. I ve been taking the car there for over a year now and I would highly recommend them for any of your repair or tire needs.

Took my 21 Ford Super Duty Tremor in because the front end was a little squirrelly ..Steven was awesome .they balanced the tires and checked the alignment!I couldn t believe that they only charged me for the 4 wheel balances, even though they made some alignment adjustments!!!!This is the best and most honest place I ever brought any of my vehicles to!!Thank you West Tire!!!I ll be back!

John and I had a great experience yesterday. We were sent to see about having dents removed from our truck. We quickly learned they did not supply that service.I inquired about a wheel alignment. They offered to help us right away. We ended up getting our oil changed and breaks done as well. Very efficient, polite and fun staff!They made us feel like family Will see them again for sure.

We were traveling from out of town and had some car problems. West Tire and Auto was so kind to us. They got us in to read the check engine light scan, gave us sound advice and gave us the green light to drive home. From this interaction I could tell that these were kind and competent mechanics. When in the area I would certainly recommend working with this team!

Everyone that works at the shop is engaging and professional, with a hint of a family fee. I am a repeat customer, they do what they say including have the vehicle ready at the time they say.I was recommended by a friend to West and always thank him for recommending me.

Awesome experience, best place I've been to in the area by far!! I brought my vehicle in for an alignment and they did a great job getting my newly lowered SUV right. The staff was friendly, kind and everyone seemed knowledgeable. Finally found a place i'm comfortable taking my cars too! I'll definitely be back

This place was recommended by a friend of the owner. No other Shop would touch my car with what I wanted done. West tire and auto had confidence to do what I asked the right way. The staff there are very polite and extremely knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this place for any automotive needs!

I brought in my 2002 avalanche that is lifted and has 37 inch tires for an alignment. This shop did great work! Very affordable and a very professional service. Will definitely be back! My truck hasn t been as smooth driving like now since it was made in the factory.

My Beautiful big square box FJ CRUISER suddenly didn t start today. I m from out of town. Had a friend of mine that I called immediately recommended the WEST tire and auto repair.I gave them a five star, because the kindness, and because of the generosity of spirit. They took such good care of me. I felt I was in good hands and it was immediately handled.With this, as part of the waiting area, you could see as a Christian, as someone who loves God deeply, I knew I was in good hands. I trust them. Five stars all the way. Derek was who took care of me. But the lady from Indiana seems so much smarter than him!

I take all 3 of our automobiles to West Tires their customers services is out of this world polite, Courteous, kind, always thankful very few times have I had to wait for a long period of time. They never do any repairs without discussing it with you first. Prices are reasonable. I'd highly recommend everyone to go to West Tire.

Today was the first day that I went to West Tire and Auto. My normal repair shop no longer does repair work like the wheel bearing needed. I stopped by with no appointment around 10:15 am and was told to drop off my car and it would be done by end of day. Called me back at 1 pm with their findings and how I would like to proceed. Called me back at 3:30 pm to let me know my car was ready for pickup. Thank you for the great customer experience. This is my new repair shop going forward.

I called around and they recommended this place to me and man, this was probably the quickest and nicest place i ve been to since i ve moved down to SC. Staff was friendly and definitely treat you like family. 10/10 will be coming back for future car work.

I came here to address a shuddering problem that I had had diagnosed at another shop before, but it wasn't fixed after they worked on it. West tire diagnosed it to crappy parts that the other shop had put on and fixed it right. No more shuddering during braking.Nice people, local shop, excellent work and quick too.

Don t bother getting a quote. It will change. Mine almost tripled. These guys replaced parts, without permission, that didn t need replaced. They also used a brand that is not recommended on my vehicle. Beware that they have a 30-40% markup on their parts. I will never use them again.Not sure which of you responded, but not taking ANY.accountability for replacing parts that were NOT discussed and that did not need to be replaced is just bad business. You got your payment in full in a much more timely manner than I got my vehicle. Do not try to portray me as being a Karen . I assure I am just a middle aged business woman who doesn t have time for incompetence

I m always leery of taking a vehicle to a shop as I usually do my own work. These guys were highly recommended so I gave them a shot. They called a few times during the repair process to keep me updated. The work was done correctly and very reasonably priced. They are my now my go to shop for work I can t do myself.

I was up the creek with a van that wouldn t start while traveling. Im usually skeptical of repairs on the road, especially in this situation, but West Tire and Auto was quick to get me in. In the end, there was hardly anything wrong with the van. They charged me almost nothing and were really kind and communicative. A good honest mechanic. Couldn t recommend more.

We took our daughter s car to West Tire and Auto for numerous repairs. They were friendly and professional and completed all repairs that day. We are pleased so far with the repairs. Communication was excellent. We received a call shortly after dropping the car off with a price for all repairs. This was our first time using West Tire however it won t be our last.

Everyone was very helpful and pleasant. They told me approximately 1 hour and they had my tire fixed in that time. We are from out of town and it's nice to know there is a dependable company to work with. Will definitely use them again if needed.
