Aaron got my vehicle in and out quickly. I was on the road in no time. Great service department. I called ahead of arriving to set up an appointment, and they looked after the vehicle as soon as I arrived. Thanks for the awesome service.

I needed my front tires replaced and they rotated them to the back when I did not need them rotated. I specified that I need my two New tires put in the Front, my back ones were ok. I went home in a hurry, only just then did I see what they had done, so I called them. The man on the phone kept telling me they were installed in the front rotated to the back. Yes, I know that...but I specified I needed my tires in the front, I didn't want a rotation. I told him my backs were fine and I needed the new ones in the front and I didn't want a rotation. I know which guy I was talking to, and I knew he was smart enough to know what I was trying to talk about. I know when someone is trying to play dumb. I gave up and hung up. Anyone with an eyes and a brain can see how bald my front tires are- yet they still replaced the back ones. I'm not a car whiz but I'm so confused why they went ahead and did that.Plus they added on things I told them not to add on, including the rotation. $70 i just threw away.They knew I needed NEW tires on the Front, I made that Abundantly clear, it was the very first thing I told them- and they decided to get an extra $30 off me and took advantage of the fact I'm a younger female who doesn't know much about cars. That's my main issue.Good service overall, if you go here just pay really close attention to what they're adding or trying to sell to you. Or bring someone with you who knows a lot about car maintenance.

The Staff is Amazing!! I was driving around during some severe and wet weather. Due to all of the large puddles of water, the underpinning of my vehicle came down and was dragged. I called the Walmart Auto Department and they were so quick/willing to help me. Shout out to Greg for his Incredible Customer Service in my time of need. I'm so Grateful!!!!

Best place to get an oil change in my opinion. It's takes a bit to wait but worth the savings in my opinion and I pick up some things while I am there.

Was not happy. Went for tire rotation, and they said the front were too worn to do it! Well, that's the reason I went there to put the good tires on front for obvious reasons!

Not sure why they don't take appointments for replacing the battery but they don't so you better get there early since it is first come first serve, in the afternoon there was a 2-3 hour wait. They only schedule oil changes and tire installs.

I dropped my car off around 4pm. There weren t really that many folks in front of me. All I needed was 4 new tires. When I called ahead, he said I d be done in an hour tops. So my toddlers and I shopped around for a bit while we waited. 6pm rolled around and I started to get concerned, and my toddlers were in tantrum mode from being tired and hungry. I looked out the window MY CAR WASNT EVEN TOUCHED YET and there were only like 2 others in the garage for oil changes. There were 2 guys working and they were very slow and goofed off a lot without touching a car while we were there watching. They were short staffed, so one of the two guys kept being needed at the front counter. It took until close to 8 for my car to be done!! They took 1 tire off, took a 20 min break, then another tire and 20 min break, etc. The one thing I also specifically asked for was the valve stems to be replaced as one was completely broken. I was told that s standard with the service. We get home last night and the tire light was on. We thought maybe the sensor didn t reset yet. This evening we went to leave and the tire was completely flat on the ground because the broken stem was still there!! $520 later and I m not even treated right. I want some type of compensation. I shouldn t have to be spending my Sunday now going back to get what I asked for and it better be free.

Out of town and needed an oil change. After waiting almost 2 hrs for my car, I drove back to my hotel, 10 mins away to find oil spilling everywhere. Made it back to the Auto Care and I was told all the oil had leaked out of the car. The stores manager Kevin L. attitude was uncooperative and negative for the Auto Centers error. I wouldn't recommend their Auto Center to anyone.

Went to get my front driver side tire replaced got my car and the replaced the back driver side tire. When asking them why they tried to tell me there was wires showing on that tire. I asked for my front driver side to be replaced not my back tire I just had my car serviced before going down so I was aware of my back tire not showing wires as it was. They don't listen to what you ask for DO NOT GO here to service your vehicle it's a waste of time. They didn't even talk to me about my car or tell me they was replacing the back tire and not the front. Talked to the manager there and he was of no help at all. So wake up this morning to a flat tire on vacation why because Walmart can't follow requests when bringing in a vehicle. To top things off they weren't even willing to fix their mistake. I also asked for the cheapest tire they had only to be told that the only one they have for my car is the most expensive one they have. I will NOT do business with them at all here period. Now I have to go and buy another tire because they can't listen or follow directions.

Super cheap, fast & convenient. Gotta love an oil change and checkout for 19.99! They even told me about 2 tires needing replacing. I'd have never known if not for them. Could've been quite dangerous. Big thank you! I was in & out in under 45 minutes with 2 cars ahead of me. The blonde lady in the WV hat who took my info and checked me in was SO nice as i fumbled around my "new to me" car trying to find the mileage and hood release. It's the little things. I WILL be going back and definitely recommend to anyone who asks or will listen lol 10/10!

They rarely answer the phone in the automotive center. When they do answer, they say please hold. No one ever comes back to the phone. This happens everything you call. There really isn't a need for a phone. Unlike other places they don't have an online system set up to make appointments

Got to the store at 10 o clock. 1 person was in line ahead of me. I pulled my car up to sit behind the person ahead of me and wait in line. I gave them my keys and went to look around in Walmart and wait to hear if I needed new tires or not. They took my car out of line pushed me to the back of the line and I waited 2 hours while the people that came in after me with no appointments also left before me. The service of 3 new tires took 45 min but the checking in organization is sloppy.Service: Tires

I have been getting my personal vehicle serviced at Walmart for over 2 years getting a SYNTHETIC oil change. What was $60 has ended costing me over $4,000 due to the lack of experience and competence of the employees at this auto center. Come to find out they put REGULAR oil instead of SYNTHETIC resulting in my motor blowing up. When I contacted customer support they told me they could not help me and transferred me to another service to which I was hung up on after 2 seconds of trying to understand what the women said to me. After contacting the store responsible. I was placed on home for over 15 minutes.Service: Oil change

Bought some tires and needed to have them mounted and balanced. They don t take appointments and was told it s normally about an hour to an hour and a half but not today. Was quoted 3 hours so we went to grab lunch. Came back at the 3 hours and still took another hour to get it done. It was cheaper than other places but definitely plan on being there for a while.

Great service as always. However the only thing is they should have a dedicated person to do the miscellaneous quick jobs. I mean I get the 1st come 1st serve but when you have a quick 5min fix and you have to set 3hours that sucks. Thank God I can repair most everything myself but some older and alot of the younger generation can't but it is what it is.

I'll preface by sharing that my brother works in an Auto Care Center in another state. So when I had a less than stellar experience I called him first. Later I spoke to my Dad, retired, but also worked in an Auto Care Center in another state, and they confirmed that the team at this particular center just didn't feel like helping us today. They also confirmed the info I was given wasn't entirely accurate.Save yourself some time and drive to the one in N. Myrtle Beach off Rosemary Lane.

If I could give it a 0 stars rating I would. This place is awful, prices not bad but everything else bad. Desk lady was rude as all get out, I ended up waiting 4 hours to get one new tire. I came in they said it would be an hour max it ended up being 4 hours later before they were done. They claimed it was first come first serve but moved my car over to the finished lot and were taking cars ahead of mine because I got up and walked around. Don t waste your time.

Went to purchase tires the rep who helped me was nice. He provided me with all the information I needed to make sure I had a warranty on my tires. It took over 2 hours to be completed but I was satisfied with the job done. I travel a lot between states and I need reliable tires.

quick and easy. shop and they text you when ur vehicle is ready. check out all your stuff together. grab ur car from closer parking than everyone else ans go home w all your check list done!

Good counter service. Workshop need more staff. One chap in the waiting room told me he'd been there for four hours for some tires. A couple of girls waited 2 hrs for a battery. I seemed closer to the end of the line at the end of the day at 1.5 hrs for 2 tires.

I went to get a simply tire change. The price was great but the wait was 4 hours. I had no choice but to wait bc I thought my tire would explode. The girl who was at the counter was extremely rude and not to just me. She even waved her fingers at me to hurry up while giving her my phone number. On the up side Chuck was very apologetic for the whole ordeal and did his best to make sure we were happy when we left. Thank you Chuck!

Worst service ever in the AUTO DEPARTMENT today. I went in for a basic oil change. When I came back to pick up my car, the horrible service began. I was over charged. The basic oil change is usually between $25-$35...my bill was $62. No explanation except It s not my fault,it s not my fault . If there is going to be a drastic change in price, the customer should be contacted. I ve taken my car to Nissan and IT S NEVER been that much for an oil change, and if there were changes that would cause the price to change, they ve always called. I ve brought my car in to this exact Walmart and AGAIN the price has never been this high. Four associates we re behind the counter, but the only person working hard was an elderly male. One lady supposedly just came back from lunch because she smacking food and walking back and forth doing nothing at all. Another customer stated to her, you ve been walking back and forth for 5 minutes . There were only 4 of us in line, and I stood in line with my daughter for 20 minutes. The rude associate stated, If it s about the $ then we can take the filter out... who says that???? THEN I get to my car, and the oil change light is STILL ON, simple fix, but it s not a fix that I should have to do. The service in this department is ridiculous.

Went for a oil change. My car was somehow winding loud like a rubber band. Took it back and was told it wasn't their fault. Never looked to see the problem . Advised me to take it someplace else. And I at 65 yes old was dismissed by a snotty young man.

Talk about AMAZING customer service in the Automotive department!! Sunday I was headed home (2 hrs away) with my small children when my battery completely stopped working. I called Wal-Mart and they held the last battery for my car until I got there. They were extremely BUSY like hrs wait type of busy but they were able to fit me in!! I am over and beyond thankful for the people in the Automotive department and especially the Assistant manager Chris for helping facilitate all of this!!!!! You all saved our day!!

It took nearly 3 hrs for my car to get an oil change and fuel injector cleaning. There was only 3 cars ahead of me at drop off time. Great prices but prob not going back.

I went in today for a synthetic oil change and asked them to check all the fluids because I am going to Florence tomorrow for a funeral. When I got home and checked my receipt they stated I declined the checking of my fluids. Seriously? Totally NOT true.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

First come, first served, opens at 7 am to line up for service. Always seems to be busy. Had my tires rotated for $10. Good prices on other services as well. Quick and efficient service. Shop while services are performed or get an eye exam, nail spa services, pretzel, pizza, etc. Free onsite parking, handicap parking vand accessibility.
