Got appointment for 7 am for oil change and tire rotation. Everything was going great until a curly haired kid with an " I don't want to be here" attitude tells me that my tires don't need rotation...they only need to be done every 3 oil changes. WRONG...recommended intervals is 5000 miles. Told him I wanted them done. Unfortunately, his attitude never changed as he checked me out with a barely audible grunt..Dude definitely needs to find another job or attitude adjustment

I made an appointment online for 7am. I arrived 15 minutes earlier as it suggested on my appointment info. I waited around until 7am, then 7:05 and finally started calling the desk so they would unlock the door and let me in. Finally someone came to let me in and I told them about my appointment but apparently no technicians had arrived to work yet... I waited for about 15-20 minutes and the front desk person asked me to come back in about an hour. My boyfriend and I went and got breakfast and came back after 8. Still no workers had showed up.... we waited around for another 20 minutes and then I was ready to leave. They gave me a giftcard for the trouble but it was so inconvenient and a waste of time. Why set appointments that early if no one is going to be there?

I had an appointment to get 4 tires mounted on my truck. The people were very friendly and efficient. They finished earlier than expected and they called to let me know.

0 Stars!! Couldn't get anyone on the phone to find out if they did a particular service. Called 2 different locations for 2 days at different hours throughout the day. You lost that business!!

The associates at this Walmart auto center are phenomenal! Our family went on vacation and had a flat tire during the trip. We stopped at the auto center in hopes of patching up the tire. They assessed the damage and found we needed a new tire. They diligently searched the area and called different tire shops to assist us in finding a new tire. They ended up locating the tire we needed in their enventory and quickly assembled it, and we were on our way. They made a potential nightmare into a fabulous dream! I am very grateful .

I came in for 1 tire and an oil change. I also requested they add a 5qt jug of oil for me to take home. They had me in and out, finished in 30 mins. Awesome work fellas!!

I come here for oil changes on my Ford F250. I purchase my own oil separately from what they normally use in their standard oil change. I do purchase inside Walmart the Motorcraft oil filter and Rotella synthetic oil for diesels. They charge me $30 labor to complete the oil change using my own products. Caution: It s sometimes hard to find the filter and/or Rotella in stock on oil change day, so I purchase these items whenever I m in Walmart and find them stock.

Needed to get a new tire put on a rim, tried calling to confirm that they had the tire size & even though it was during business hours no one ever answered. Tried multiple times. Decided to just stop by to find the shop closed up. Noticed an employee so we tried asking him about tire & when we could get the service done.....only to be told in a very rude manner, that "they work on bankers hours & weren't doing anything.". We obviously were shocked & appalled by his response! So very rude & unprofessional! Tried calling to speak to a manager... STILL no answer. So even tho I'm not normally 1 to complain, I couldn't be quiet about this one! Wish I had his name. So to the dark haired rude guy that drives the older gold Saturn, u need to work on your people skills & professionalism!!! Also he clearly doesn't know bankers hours are 9-5 & don't close for lunch, just sayin also I will add all the other employees that actually answered the phone n different departments, were very nice at least. It makes a huge difference when someone like myself was already going thru a rough time!

I was in a bit of distress when I found out my tire was flat the day I was supposed to be driving back home from vacation. I needed somewhere close by and needed the work done ASAP. Walmart was nearby so I went there. I feel awful I didn t get the names of anyone who helped, because they were so kind and thorough. They took my car immediately and checked my tire and made sure I was okay to drive. They got everything done within 15 minutes. Extremely efficient at their job and will make you smile while you re waiting like an anxiety-ridden mess! I wish I could give them a 10/10!!Service: Tires

I brought in a damaged tire and all I needed was to have it replaced with a new one. After 2 hours and speaking to literally 5 different employees who kept pawning me off to someone else I had to leave and go back the next day to pick up my tire. I was treated very rudely and felt as if I was an inconvenience to them. I have never been treated with such disrespect. This is the first time in my life I ever felt the need to complain about bad business but this experience was extremely despicableService: Tires

Great guys. Came in with tires to be mounted and balanced and the guys here couldn't have been more accommodating. No wait and a super fair price. Can't comment on any of their other services but as far as the tire swap goes there are zero complaints. Will definitely be back for oil changes.

The people here were very helpful and polite. Was in and out in less than an hour and didn't have to spend a lot of unnecessary money (which I was afraid would happen being that I know nothing about fixing flat tires). The staff here were amazing.

My car would not start after I stopped at the neighborhood plaza. I went into Wal-Mart auto and the lady at desk loaned me a jump starter they have at desk for free. I then had Travis as a technician he tested and replaced my battery which was under warrenty. Great job !! Will defiantly reccomend Travis and Wal-Mart Auto at this location..Services: Auto battery replacement, Auto maintenance

I want to thank John that helped me and my Mom today! We are in town for a lacrosse tournament and we needed help! We had a tire go flat on us and being 16 years old I kinda panicked. The tire pressure was dropping so fast and even though they were crunched on time and were so busy John made sure to take care of me and My Mom. I actually learned a lot by watching what John was doing and he even took time to teach me a few things about keeping up with the lug wrench and most importantly, as soon as I get home to Georgia .I need new tires! So THANK YOU JOHN FOR BEING THE ANGEL WE NEEDED TODAY! Walmart is so blessed to have you working with them!

(Update)Took over an hour to change 1 tire with 5 people there and no customers. I was told 30 minutes and it turned into about 1hour and a half...I'm sorry but that is absolutely ridiculous to change a tire. I've spent 25 or 30 minutes most at any other place and that's when there slammed busy. On top of all that I go to CHECK MY TIRES BEFORE I LEAVE ONLY TO FIND THAT THEY PLACED THE WRONG TIRE ON MY CAR. WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE. But in fairness a nice man named Lorenzo came and fixed the problem and gave me a free tire so for that I will boost the stars from a 1 to a 3

So I arrived here at 6:50am to ensure I would be first. I was first. At about 7:05 a female Wal-Mart employee pulled up. I was all signed in and walked to look around the store. I come back to the waiting area to see the progress at 7:30 to find the employees car is the only one being worked on. My vehicle is not even in the bay. So much for customer satisfaction.

Slow......Got new set of tires and started leaking. They didn't change valve stems. Went back coule days later. They didn't have right tpms valve stems. Told me if went and bought them from another place they would change out at no charge (since old ones were dry rotted and leaking). Bought, came back again and said had to charge me for the replacement. Sure only $3 each but was inconvenience to have to come back in the first place twice.waited 2 hours to get valve stems changed. Ridiculous. Won't come back for other services..Always slow......

Waited for a full hour after the posted "opening time" in line for them to open. They always argue that they don't do my model of car and i end up having to take my own filter purchased elsewhere. The only reason i go back after such a headache is they are the cheapest around.

Absolutely horrible customer service. There was only two people ahead of us and all we needed was a new tire put on our vehicle. We were in the store for over 2 hours waiting while the staff replaced a tire and they were not helpful at all. Never again!!

Called to see if they would get me in before they close and they told me yes just to be there by 6:45 pm. I rush all the way from socastee, get there at 6:39 and the five guys who where outside doing nothing told me that they couldn't see me because they had a flat tire to fix! They made me go all the way there, speeding to get there on time for Nothing!!
