This is pretty cool if you need a quick rinse. But bugs and such you make need the traditional car wash. Zipps gives me nightmares. The jet spay that should remove bugs a bird droppings. I can spit with more force. $20, and I pull over to the vacuuming. When I saw what wasn't cleaned, I demanded they put me through a second time. What a waste of water, electricity, and money.

Great 24 hour car wash.While visiting MYRTLE BEACH recently.I stopped by Turbo Jet Car Wash and tried their $10.00 basic wash which performed as advertised. Did a really nice job cleaning up my car.

I am absolutely enraged at the service I received from this company. I brought my 2013 lexus is 250 through the wash and the turbo wind jets at the end of the wash for drying ripped off my window reflectors that keep rain out of the vehicle when raining. I informed management of this situation and his response was ," well what am I suppose to do about it." I said fix it I want to file a claim for property damage to my vehicle his response no does not work that way.i said where is it posted not responsible for lost or damaged property ? His response we don't have one.

I took my car to be washed here a week after I took it to the car was on 13th south and again my car wasn't cleaned properly. When I came back less that 15mins after having my car washed the attendant tried to tell me that the dirt left on my car was "impacted" and that I hadn't had it washed in a long time (when I knew it had only been a week) he was very disrespectful and inconsiderate speaking to me like I was just an ignorant female. I will be disputing the charges!! DO NOT WASH YOUR CAR HERE!!! The disrespectful man was in his 80's and his name started with an S 8/01/22

This is a brush free car wash. It cost more to use on an each time basis but if you don t want swirls on your vehicle Then!

Car was covered in salt from driving thru snowstorm in the smokies. Black charger with ceramicpro ceramic shell, can only hand wash or touchless, did a good job of knocking off loose dirt. Didnt expect it to be spotless but did what I needed

Cars came out dirty, don't lose your money, we paid extra for shine rims and the whole vehicle came back the same way. Horrible!!!

My husband and I were going to try the 1212 NMB location with our brand new Mustang on 3/20 at ~3PM. We drove up in the narrow one way lane to the gate attendant. Once we realized it was not touchless we politely told him we wanted to exit. He sternly told us to Back out! My husband asked if he Was kidding?! and the guy said No, back up! We asked him to just open the gate and let us drive forward to at least turn around or just drive around the wash and he declined. He said; I d have to walk over and open the back gate. Unfortunately, believing we were stuck, we attempted to comply with this surly attendant s demands backing out of the one-way tight curvy high-curbed entrance against the traffic flow with a sign we did not see while a large truck was adjacent in the other lane. We struck the corner of the metal sign that extends into the roadway thoughtlessly mounted in between the curb and our car in the road bed. Now I have a very bad and expensive scrape down the front fender of my brand new car thanks to allowing ourselves to be bullied into a bad situation by a lazy employee with a bad attitude. When confronted by my husband he apologized, but only because my husband was livid. Jason the manager later admitted to having hit that same sign himself earlier with his own Camaro, yet it is still located in such a hazardous way, especially if lazy belligerent employees demand you back up to leave the location. An awful experience. We filled out an incident report and so far no one has taken any responsibility.

Paid $20 bucks and it only put soap on the truck and half rinsedDidnt finish rinsing and no dryingWent to tell the manager and he sent us back through still didnt rinse but dryers did come on this time. Truck looked as though we had poured oil all over it.

This place used to be great a few years back. Now it is the worst car wash you can bring your new car to. The top brush wasn t working, vacuums are low suction. The low class workers are useless. If the owner reads this why don t you send me your number and let me explain to you the right way to run a business. You should put a sign up before you pay for the car wash to let your loyal customers know it s not working properly.Stay away!!

May 2022 : New ownership - "Zip"! Beware! Previous ownership ( Native Sons) was excellent! Very pleased! New ownership - terrible! Cutting costs, virtually no soap being dispensed - mentioned this to the local team and they agreed. Look at my reviews - virtually all are very positive! Many of us are considering cancelling our memberships - How to take a really great business and business model and ruin it in no time! Sad in Little River!

Out of for vacuums, only two of the 3 working ones accepts bills, which would be fine if there was a change machine on site. But I could not find one, only a vending machine that gave air fresheners. Once we waited our turn for the working vacuum that accepts bills, we discovered the shampoo brush was not putting out shampoo(which was our main reason for the visit. Carpet cleaning).But, the vacuum pressure was good I will say

My car was full of bird droppings so decided to use this car wash. Great service and Sam made sure all the nasty droppings were gone when the wash was finished. This car wash is easy to use, doesn't take long and is brushless which is gentle on my new vehicle. I will be back to use it again! Thanks Sam! You were very helpful!

Absolutely do not recommend their touch free 24 hour services. I went to the one located off of 67th avenue N. For some reason it didn t even clean my car completely. I checked my wheels and tires and the entire set was still coated in brake dust and dirt. Why should I go to this station when I go to a place like Detrix, spend $10, and have a much better experience?

I've been there 3 times. The first time was for a car wash, I payed for the best one, pulled my car in it sprayed my car for 15 seconds and told me to pull out. Never even applied soap. The last time I was there I just vacuumed my car. No issue then. So I returned today for a vacuum. I opted to use the fragrance gun. The machine made a lot of noise, but nothing came out of the gun! And yes, followed the instructions. I'm done with this place!

Did a decent job of cleaning off the car, not great though. A few of the functions we paid for didn't work at all (no foam, I guess it was out but I still paid for it and didn't get it, wax also was out or didn't work). Also, the dryer was a joke, it's not one that moves back and fourth over the car, it literally just turns on when you drive out so it only hits your car for maybe 2 seconds.The operator was super rude when I asked a basic question about how the wash worked.Service: Auto detailing

Was traveling in the area did not note that they do not have free vacuum & drying towels as the other locations do. The wash itself was ok, but disappointed I had to pay to vacuum & had no towels to dry windshield, mirrors, etc. The man at the carwash said they could not set it up like the others. Next time I will drive further to be able to get towels to dry

This car wash is a winner! It is easy to get to, had good choices clearly displayed with fair prices, and the greeter was helpful and kind! It is a no-touch car wash. The wash was exactly as chosen and my car looked great.
