This family owned business is by far the best in horry county. Not only do their prices out beat all their competitors. they are so friendly and really go above and beyond to help with all your needs. Definitely recommend truett to anyone looking to have repairs done right and in a timely manner.

I had such a excellent experience here. I called them several times to figure out the progress, both Susan and the guy (which I cant remember his name now) were pleasant and made sure they made me feel like i was a priority to them. The work look amazing and even though there was more damage than anticipated on the initial quote. They made sure they contacted me and kepts me up to date. Hopefully late tike i need them, but if I need them again they are hands down my preferred choice! Thank you to Susan and wveryone at Truetts for their professionalism and great communication.

Had the worst experience ever! Customer service was awful and rude the minute I got there, would not show receipts for parts and quotes needed they just jack up the prices of things hundreds more dollars. I may not know much about cars, but I know enough. $1800 they quoted for parts and labor when I got it done for no more than $300 and it took less than an hour to fix. They showed no professionalism accept for the actual mechanics that do the work. They are money hungry and you would think because its family owned they would be much sweeter people. This business worse that most franchises! They don't care unless you most likely have an expensive car because its more money they could make. I will not be back. SCAMMERS

Don't know where to begin. From start to finish communication was the worst ever. Trying to get hold of people to speak with was impossible both for us and also the insurance company,adjustors. Never will we use them again. We will be bringing our vehicle to another auto shop to finish the job. Disgusted! A 6.5 hr job took almost 3 weeks. Stay clear folks.Service: Auto body & trim repair

Let this be a warning. They tried to pull a fast one on the insurance to not fix my brand new car properly thinking i wouldn't notice it, but i did. I gave them multiple opportunities to fix it for them to continue messing something up every time i got my car back. My white car came back half yellow. The last time they managed to spray paint down my passenger side front and back window and the hood. This body shop is extremely incompetent. I had to and still have to go to another body shop for them to fix their mistakes. Don't say you haven't been warned.

This place is incredible. Someone crashed into my new car, and I was worried it would not look the same. When my husband picked it up, it looks and feels brand new. They did such an amazing job. I'd recommend this place to anyone that needs to fix their car. Bumper got ripped off and scratched up, damaged air intake, ripped off rain guard. They fixed and repainted it, looks good and paint matched perfectly. Didn t fix the air intake, but maybe because it was aftermarket? Would recommend and will definitely be back if something happens again.Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

Horrible customer service, my daughter s car looks like I painted it at home color doesn t match. Tried to call and get updates and let s just say that made it like I was a burden. Stay far away, Evans collision in socastee is the place you should go .

Josh, Susan, and the team did a supreme job on my 2013 Nissan Altima. Took a little time, but they restored the car back to almost new. True professional experience when I thought my car was totaled from a rear collision upstate. GEICO worked well with Truett's.

Literally fixed my truck in less than 24 hours. I was told 2 weeks and then I show back up later in the day to grab my trailer hitch and she s already in the paint booth and they said it ll be ready first thing tomorrow morning. My wife and I used Truett s because it was recommended by our insurance company and it was the closest to our home. From start to finish they were very professional. They had our for 3 days and as the work was being completed, they sent us text messages daily to keep us informed with the on going progress of our vehicle. We picked our vehicle up Wednesday evening and we were extremely satisfied with the work. When we got home later that night, while backing into our driveway we noticed that our backup camera was not working. I was asked to complete a survey regarding our experience with Truett s. I explained in the survey that we were very satisfied with the work but that our backup camera was not working and that it was working when we dropped off the vehicle. The very next day Truett s reached out to us asking us to bring back the car so they could fix the camera. Ashley and her team at Truett s took care of us 100%, we re throughly impressed with their level of customer service and professionalism! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a collision repair shop, thank you again to Ashley and team!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I m from New York was in an accident down mytle beach, the other guy run the red light crash in the passenger side of my vehicle Geico sends me to this shop, it is the worst paint job I ve ever seen my doors has two different colors, I even pay out my pocket to do extra work on my car, regret it so much I was ableTransport my car to New York I know for sure I would have add a great paint jo, worst experience ever regret it so much, the guy that s wrong his car has was painted better than mines, worst customer service ever I got to go in my pocket and get a better paint job for my carServices: Painting, Body & Trim

I brought my car in for a paint job. The work was done fine, but the receptionist made me feel incredibly uncomfortable. I m not sure if it was due to miscommunication, but I went in on a Friday and spoke with a pleasant older man, then when I showed back up on Monday to drop my car off I was given a completely different attitude from the woman. We took our car to get fixed due to an accident. They had the car for 3 weeks and when we finally got our car back the damage was fixed but the paint job was horrible. The trunk and bumper do not match the rest of the car, theres 2 different whites going on. I called them and told them, there response to me was to get the insurance company to pay for it. I told them that it was not the insurance companys fault, that they were the ones responsible for the paint job. I have emailed them and they still have not responded. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO TRUETTS COLLISON..UNLESS YOU WANT A 2 TONE CAR.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Went here for insurance repairs through Geico. Had an issue with backordered windshield which they handled professionally and got it done quick as possible. All the work was completed with expert precision and soon as backorders were complete they finished everything. Highly recommended professional company with no complaints.

I just picked up my car and it looks fantastic. I read some of the negative reviews here and most of them seem to be about the inconvenience of being without their car. Well that is going to happen. What would you rather have, your car back a day sooner or you car back looking like it just came off a showroom? I'm not joking, it is about the best paint job I have ever seen, and I have had a few I was not happy with. My car was spotless when I got it back. And the folks there were as nice as they could be. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone.

Took my car to this shop was told 2 weeks to repair 7 weeks later I finally got my car back but had pink slime and white dust everywhere even though damage was just on passenger side. While there a interior trim piece was damaged. They said they would order 2 months later I went there to inquire about piece and was told it s on back order . Frustrated I went online and ordered it myself and it arrive 3 days later. In process they were constantly untruthful.

This is a great company with honest people. It s hard to find places like this in this day and age. Ashley, who works at the front desk, was very helpful, and so was the gentleman that helped me with my car. Had an appointment to get a damage inspection done on my car. Insurance company told me that they would give me the estimate in my hand at the end of the appointment. Got there to get inspection done and as soon as they found out I was not getting the vehicle repaired there, they would not give me an estimate. Only wanted to take pictures and send them to the insurance company. Seems like they are only interested in making money instead of honoring the deal they make with insurance companies.

Had the misfortune of hitting a deer with my Dodge pickup. Got estimate from Jasper who was very helpful and professional. Price was 1/3 less than other shops. Work was done as discussed on time and very well. They even cleaned and vacuumed vehicle. Would definitely use them again.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

My SUV had damage to the rear bumper, I dropped it off on a Friday and I was originally told it would be done the following Wednesday, however, I received a notification the day I was supposed to pick it up that said it would not be ready until Thursday. Thursday I didn t hear anything, and then Friday I received another notification that said it would be ready Friday. This was after I had called them to check on it and they told me that it should be ready by Friday afternoon. Friday around 4:40 pm I receive a phone call and they told me that my car just had to be cleaned up and I could pick it up Monday. So I said that I wanted to pick it up that day because they were closed over the weekend, and she said that I could pick it up but they closed right at 5pm . Mind you, they waited until 29 minutes before they closed to even call me, and she gave me an attitude when I expressed that. So as I am driving to pick up my vehicle I receive a call from the owner who says there is a crack on the bumper that needs to be fixed and they need to keep it until Monday. I found that hard to believe that they found this crack as I was on my way to pick it up. So Monday I finally pick up my car and I received absolutely no apology for the extended time that it took or the lack of communication, nothing. Later in the day I realized a piece was missing from the bumper so I took my car back up there and the owner has to take it back and put the piece back in. This time he apologizes, and says that it was his mistake. Needless to say, I would not recommend this place to anyone and I will never take my car to them again.

THANK YOU SO MUCH. I went there with an old plumbing part, I couldn't get a nut off of. A non auto issue. I was afraid of breaking the bolt the nut was on. I soaked it in penetrating oil repeatedly. I couldn't replace the part, because they didn't make that model anymore. To replace the unit, I would have had to take out the kitchen counters. To rebuild the part cost about $3.00. After explaining my problem, they took someone off of car repair to work on my part. They got the nut off without breaking anything and charged me nothing. Again thank-you. I am grateful for your help and not treating me like I was an annoyance.

This place is a nightmare. Stay far away. I had to use them to fix my car when it was smashed into my husbands truck while parked. They quoted us and our insurance two weeks. Long story short they had our cars for 41 days. My car was a MESS with white dust and a terrible order but I was just happy to have it back. Since then, I have had to have it worked on by the dealership because they used after market parts and did not fix some issues. Unfortunately, it is nearly ten months later and I am STILL having to bring my car back there for them to repair an after market headlight they installed that does nothing but torch every bulb I put in it. This place has made my year a living hell with car problems.

The employees over at truett's Auto body were more than accommodating to my situation. Enterprise has a office at the shop that helps with rentals when you're in an accident. my truck was in the shop, checked out and the information was sent to the insurance company. a check was cut right away and I completed my business with them. Great customer service, they have my business for life.
