Wendy is a liar. She lied about vehicles that have been in car accidents. I asked for her car facts even though I have already pulled them to see her honesty. She lied with them in my hand then grew defensive. She was emotional and nasty when I asked why she lied about no accidents on a car whose air bags clearly said deployed. She admitted she didn t know the answer when she told me they hadn t. She became emotional and started yelling and pointing. Clearly embarrassed and all charm was lost. Do yourself a favor and get the car facts and decide before speaking to anyone. Because the lack of customer service and honesty will surely make the car buying experience not worth it. While Wendy was really nice to work with the van we purchased had a couple of minor issues. We were told to take it to the mechanic to have a look and he would take care of it. The radio doesnt work and the arm rest had come off. The mechanic didnt even look at the vehicle just told us he would give us a call when the parts came in. Never heard from him. Went back to pick up the title and told Wendy nothing had been done she said she would talk to the mechanic and call me back that day. It has been almost 6 months and we still have not heard anything from her.

I purchase a car from Triple Star a couple years back and I had a great experience with them however I return back to purchase second vehicle from this car dealership. Upon me arriving there I did my usual I looked at the vehicles that they had and so I began to fill out my application. Wendy which was very helpful to me she's a very lovely lady told Joey who is the owner that I'm there and that I had test-driven one of the vehicles that was on the lot. I must say that Joey is the most disrespectful man that I have ever met on this Earth I am so glad that I did not purchase a vehicle for him he was very unprofessional the way he talked me in which he had no reason to was really uncalled for. The whole entire time that I was there the only person in that building that was assisting me was Wendy. Joey and Ashley sat there and did nothing Miss Wendy was running around taking care of two customers at the same time doing all the work by herself. I would never as long as I live ever do business with this place ever again all because of the way the owner Joey carried himself. He is the most rule obnoxious person I've ever seen in my life he does not deserve to even have a business license because he doesn't have no customer service skills. I would never recommend any of my friends family or a complete stranger to his car lot as long as I live. I'm going to end this by saying Wendy was so embarrassed and hurt by the things that he said to me and I just looked at her and told her how could she work for a person like him he has no conscious he has no heart he deserve to have no customers.

Love Triple Star and Joey the owner. I have got 2 vehicles over the years that were at great prices and quality vehicles with no problems at all. Highly recommend

My experience has been great! The sales rep, APRIL, has been awesome to work with. She has shown me several options on more than one occasion. Always coming out to greet me with a smile. I have purchased a great car and will be back to buy future vehicles!

HOW ABOUT 1 STAR AUTO MART! Well my mom bought a car from the owner. He was suppose to fix my moms car before she left the property, within the week the power steering went out and she wrecked. Thank god I wasn't with my mom. I grew up mom less yet you still sell broke down cars. I'd post a picture, of the car but it's so graphic and I refuse to look at it again.

My car had a recall put it in the shop three times still wouldn't get right but Joey put me in a car I always wonted he will not screw you over
