I had my windshield replaced due to a crack in it. I was going to have an 'eyebrow installed in a couple of days, but the new windshield that they had ordered already had one built in to it.Saved me a nice chunk of change.Great job, thanks folks.'

I can not THANK YOU all enough! I am so happy now with my car. I had an awful experience with another company who caused extensive damage to my car while replacing my windshield. I was then referred by the dealership to Tim Wilson and his team for the correction repair. Tim and Dena worked with me as well as the dealership to coordinate a seamless repair. They we all so professional and I could not ask for more. I wish I would have known of them and went to them first. I can't speak highly enough of them. There is nothing like a local, family owned and operated business. Do yourself a favor and don't go anywhere else! Very impressed this company and highly recommend! I had a large crack on my 2023 Kia windshield and from the first call to Tim Wilson's it was handled with such professionalism. Ruth was great!! She was very knowledgeable, kind and friendly. She knew how to contact my insurance and made it such an easy experience. The windshield replacement was done beautifully including the recalibration of the electronics. The repair was done as scheduled with great communication. Tim and his staff are FANTASTIC! His company was hired by the auto dealership that I purchased my vehicle from for a warranty rear window replacement on my Ram 1500 truck and everything from scheduling, to drop off, to customer service, communication, quality of work, and speed of service was 6 STARS! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I ve never used them before or personally know anyone at this business but left feeling like I know Tim & his staff! From start to finish the staff and repair to my windshield was excellent. All I had to do was call and they did the rest They ordered the factory glass then contacted the insurance adjuster and repaired it quickly at their shop This is my second time using Wilson glass and I m very happy with the results both times The Kia dealer in Myrtle beach recommended them as do other local dealers I ve heard Great place to do business if you need their expertise

our car got broken into on vacation, & they worked us in at the end of the week so we didn t have to drive home without a window. i sent an email request at 5am, & they responded as soon as they opened. customer service 10/10. Great local business! They took care of dealing with my car insurance to cover a cracked windshield and even came to my work to replace it. Communication was great throughout. My new windshield is perfect they even switched over my oil change sticker. I highly recommend calling them for your auto glass needs.

A golf ball broke a large window in our sunroom. Chris came over and gave us a quote and then did a great job with the replacement window! So glad we found this company. They respond quick and are very quality oriented. We will use them again when we get the next golf ball strike. Hopefully not for a few years :)

After a rock through our windshield while on a highway, our insurance company referred us to Safelight but we wanted to only use a small business person, not a faceless corporation. Our friend who owns a glass place in NJ found Tim Wilson's Glass for us and we are sure happy he did! Very nice family business, quick and efficient and they handled everything with insurance. I hope we don't have another cracked windshield, but if we do, we will definitely go to Tim Wilson.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Tim Wilson s is fantastic! They fixed a water leak on my car and did an amazing job! They do great work and are an example of what a good American small business looks like. I found out about them through my job at a General Motors dealership where they do all of our glass work. I am taking care of my elderly parents and needed to fix their sliding glass door. It had damaged wheels that had bent the track and made it impossible to open the door properly. So bad that when pulling the handle trying to close the door the frame screws stripped and the door was essentially in pieces. My parents are on a fixed income so we had a few other services come in to do an estimate and each one said that it would be too costly to fix the door due to parts and labor as opposed to just putting they money towards a much more costly new one. With that said that was well over $1500 and outside my parent's budget. So I took one last shot by going to the local Ace and seeing if I could fix myself with the right parts. After some research, realized it would be hit or miss if I tried on my own with no parts, tools or experience so I asked if they knew of a good window repairman and they said that Tim Wilson's was the best in town. They had an impeccable track record since Tim took over the business from his well respected father. So I scheduled the appointment and a young man came to inform me that in reality it would be easier and much less costly for them to repair rather than replace the door. He ordered the parts and a week later came in and not only expertly fixed the door but was even kind enough to help out when a snake came inside the screened in porch to cool off in the shade!!! True to his word the repair was a fraction of the cost of a new replacement and made my father very relieved. I can't thank Tim Wilson Glass, their crew, and the local Ace Hardware enough for their professionalism and support! Service: Window repair

I have dealt with Tim Wilson for customer vehicles for a while now and he has always provided the BEST quality and affordable work and we have never, not once, received any negative feedback with his work. I recently needed my personal vehicles windshield replaced and Tim Wilson is the only one I would trust to take care of my car. He did an amazing job, as always. So impressed with the quality of work not to mention him and his wife are just the most amazing people ever. Their shops environment is so laid back and comfortable and he works so efficiently I was in and out in no time. Tim Wilson's Glass is the ONLY glass place I would recommend to anyone!! Thank you guys for always taking care of us here at Coastal! You are all amazing!

I couldn't have asked for better service. A family vacation was slowed by a cracked windshield. Tim Wilson and staff were able to get us in quickly. Knowing that I had to wait for the repair to be completed, the crew replaced my windshield in no time. Best of all, they did all of the contacts and paperwork with our insurance. Their website states they are the best in the galaxy, and I remember joking with them how they knew. After using them, it would be hard to argue with.Service: Auto windshield replacement

After waiting 9 months for another company to replace a single window in our sun porch we were referred to Tim Wilson s Glass Services. We called and spoke with Nancy Carle who got the ball rolling. Within a few days Chris came out to measure the window. We decided to have four more windows replaced at the same time. The quote was back to us in three days. The five windows took two weeks to get delivered and installed. Chris did an excellent job with the measuring and installation. He was on time and took pride in his work. We were on our way to a campground in Longs, SC when a stone hit, and cracked the windshield of our class A motor home. Called my insurance company and they informed me there was no one near my home that could provide replacement service. We went to Google, and thank goodness we found Tim and Dena "Wilson Glass Services" . They ordered the windshield and scheduled me an appointment 5 days out for them to replace the windshield, the work was done with no delay, and no issues. I wish I could give this business 1,000 stars. This establishment displayed top-notched customer service for me. My family was vacationing at Myrtle Beach and due to an accident, the back window of my van had to be replaced. Tim Wilson's Glass Services immediately order the window and got us in the shop the next morning. Glass particles also caused the latch of the van to break which was beyond the shop repairs. Tim personally took my van to the dealership for repairs and his wife Dena allowed my husband and me to use her personal vehicle to travel back to our rental property. Wow... Wow... Wow.... To top it off after the repairs was completed they drop the van off to me at the rental property. I cannot end this review without saying THANK YOU to their receptionist Phyllis who held our hand during the entire process. She definitely displayed Superb customer service. I highly recommend everyone in the Myrtle Beach, SC area to call this business first if you need glass repair service on your vehicle. I wish many blessings on this business, owners, and workers. I truly appreciate the guys who work for this company. I had an issue with my wiper blades, they came out earlier than anticipated. They explained everything to me. The guys did more than expected. What a fantastic experience with this local, family owned business! My insurance company was trying to get me to use one of the national chains. When I found out I could use any shop I wanted, I started reading reviews and came across Tim Wilson's glass. All the reviews were glowing, and wow do I see why! Dena was fabulous at keeping in touch with me and couldn't have been more gracious when I arrived. Truly a five star experience. The absolute best service you could ask for on the Grand Strand, Tim has been replacing mine and my family s glass for years and has always been incredibly thorough and meticulous with his work. Him and his staff are very easy to talk to and are constantly looking to serve their customer in the best way possible. Always a pleasure to do business with.

Referred by someone I trust, this is the most professional auto vendor I have dealt with in any capacity, since moving to Myrtle Beach 10 years ago. Knowledgeable, friendly, extremely quick. Understood my needs without me saying them. My Mercedes was back on road within 2.5 hours at $0 cost to me.

I was initially told by Progressive Employee that there was no available agency to service my cars windshield while on vacation in Myrtle Beach. I personally contacted Tim Wilson's, and they pulled every string to get my windshield fixed ON A FRIDAY AT 4PM. Amazing service, amazing people, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
