First time at this type of oil change place, what a fun experience! The guys working all work well as w team to make sure the customers are taken care of as well as having a fun time at work. When I pulled up, they immediately offered me a bottle of water, even without me saying a word. They also offered my granddaughter a juice box while we waited. They were very knowledgeable about the service, and made lots of jokes along the way. I highly recommend this place especially as woman I felt comfortable.. Recommendation for corporate as I would get these guys some fans for the bay, because working under those hot cars is very warm in beach weather, also nice for patrons waiting in their cars. We are only in April, I can only imagine July . With all said, 10/10!

I have never used a drive up and out oil service before, but needed a quick oil change. I was pleasantly surprised! Not only was the service complete, but I was able to see the products being replaced, given recommendations, and even advised to return for a top off. Who gives that kind of service???A special shout out and thank you to Thad, Tyreek, Antonio and Eric! They were very professional, friendly, and efficient! I recommend raises!!!

Super fast! Great service! All the guys were so kind and helpful. It was my first time at this place and I was from out of town needing a quick oil change they were sweet! Can t wait to find a place like this is Nashville!

I have always had an awesome experience at the Take 5 in Wilmington, North Carolina. We traveled down to Conway South Carolina while there went to the one at Carolina Forest. The guys there at that location we re not only totally professional, but we re very helpful and servicing my Honda. The staff was Very awesome. If you ever need your oil changed, I highly recommend the Take 5 Oil change place in Carolina Forest across from Kroger s on 501. They are Definitely ten stars.

I came in to get an oil change on my sister car. She needed a lot more things...the staff and shop manager was amazing and the prices was definitely reasonable. I am pleased with the personable service and the results. I will definitely be back.

Great place to have the oil changed on my car. Everyone was so nice and polite. They explained everything they were doing every step of the way. They even reset the engine light on my dash. Thank you for all your help and excellent service. I definitely will be back for the next oil change.

Went for an oil change Saturday 10/21/23 the staff is always friendly. They had some trouble removing the plug as the last time they put it back on too tight. Afterwards while driving home there was a strong smell like plastic burning, I looked under the hood and saw oil around the filter. On Sunday 10/22/23 I returned with my concerns Grant checked it and cleared up the oil to stop the smell. I still smell it a little but it s no longer around the filter. I ll keep my eye on it. First, let me begin with I drive a Lexus. I am not afraid to bring my luxury car to this establishment. They are extremely friendly and professional. They make you feel very comfortable and never try to upsell. I have trusted them since they opened this shop. I was so happy with this last visit that I drove around the block and brought them dinner! Great guys!

Went in for a oil change was long overdue, got my oil changed along with some new filters and had all my other fluids topped off. They're were about 7 people working on my car lol. It was a quick and professional service. Will definitely be back. Awesome mechanics

These guys always do a great job! They are efficient, professional and know how to take care of their customers. A couple of the associates that stood out was Sam, Donny and Logan. There was also a newer guy who must had just started he was also very polite and responsive.

Fast, friendly, and efficient service. They never push unnecessary services on you, but do educate you on why things like changing a cabin filter or flushing fluids is important. If something looks like it needs to be replaced, they give you the option to replace. And if something looks fine, they tell you it's good to go and leave it be. The past few times I've gone, they stated my cabin filter was fine. No unnecessary upcharges there. This time, they pulled it out, visually showed me the grunge/build up on the filter, and explained how it could negatively impact the air quality inside the vehicle that my family is breathing. Highly recommend this place! Between the oil change, the cabin filter replacement, and installing a left windshield wiper because mine had crapped out...I was still in and out in no time. The employees are friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about prolonging the life of your vehicle.

Service was nice and personable. They really make the experience easy going and entertaining while simultaneously keeping informed of your vehicle s condition throughout the process. I definitely recommend this location if you need a quick oil change!

I went in to get my oil changed and the men there were amazing with helping me get all the other minor details changed with my vehicle. They got my filters changed and also my back windshield. The best, kindest and knowledgeable group of people I ve come across. Within minutes I was ready to go. Thank you for the great service

if there was an option for 10 stars i would definitely give it!! this by far is the BEST shop to go to! If i lived an hour or two away id still make the drive just to come to this shop!! Erik & Braxton were both very very helpful and went above and beyond. Those two are like a dynamic duo, they are the funniest pair and they also know how to get a job done quick and efficient! Words cant explain how much I was satisfied i was with this service. They greeted me with a water which was very kind. I was having a rough day when I came in for what i needed and Erik and Braxton really turned it around completely. It s crazy that going to get my car serviced had me leaving with not only my car happy but me also!! I will be returning to this ship every single time and will also be referring ALL my friends and family to this shop!! Keep up the great and fantastic work!

Jason was super nice and helpful, as was the ready of the staff. I ve never had a bad experience at Take 5! Explained things well and didn t push any unnecessary services while also explaining the significance of any parts I may need replaced. I went with his recommendations and I ve been well off since! Even topped off my tires with air.

We were on vacation and had to have an oil change. They did the job without any problems. The services were fast and professional. They gave us water and the kids kool-aid. I would go back to them if I were in the area.

I was greeted by Braxton with a cold bottle of water. He was very polite and knowledgeable of the products and service. Staff communicated continuously with each other throughout my service. I was very happy with my service.

They did not offer me a bottle of water while I was waiting . They did not have the conventional oil change that I wanted. They offer me the synthetic oil which is the highest price . They left their grease hand prints on the hood. I had been other Take 5 oil change. It was better service

Let this be your warning. They couldn't find my oil filter so I told them where it was. Then didn't seem to have tool to get it off. First time getting oil changed in this new vehicle. Got done paid my bill and left. Today I decided to look at the filter. We'll well well just as I suspected its the same filter that was on the truck when I bought it. They never changed. You have been warned.

It was my 1st time at Take 5 and it was great, and it surely won't be my last. My grandson was asleep, so there wasn't the inconvenience of having to take him out. We stayed in the car, we were in and out before my grandson even knew what was happening. I will suggest to everyone I know to use Take 5 Carolina Forest.

Quick easy and affordable. They couldn t get my interior cabin air filter checked because the workers couldn t get my glove box to come off. Other than that, they were excellent. Not cheap but cheap enough and affordable. Thank you for a wonderful service. Didn t even have to wait long. I will be back. Wishing I could use mobile one oil on 0w-20. Bummer. I wonder if they do offer any other services?Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

This was one of my best oil change experiences ever! Braxton, Sam, Grant, and ESPECIALLY Danny were so helpful and efficient. Really worked well as a team. I left with the biggest smile on my face. 10 out of 10 would come again

A LOT, going on. Asked them to not fill my radiator overflow because I just put a water pump on it and I ll bet you can guess what happened next. Like, I get what they re trying to do, think jiffy lube on CRACK!12 people touching your car all at once gave me very high anxiety. I do most of my own work so trying to keep up with it all, I needed a Xanax lol.
