I needed my truck fixed but couldn't find a honest or trustworthy mechanic. Everyone that had fixed my vehicles prior , either didn't fix what they said or fixed things before telling me a quote. NOT at T&R Truck. Ron and his mechanics go far beyond what they have to. Before they ever started working on my truck Ron called me and walked me through everything that was going to be done . Or needed to be done . The whole time they was fixing my truck , they sent me pictures of everything. From start to finish it was a nice experience. I'm truly impressed with their quality of work and they stand behind everything they do . Top notch shop . I wouldn't go anywhere else now .They truly gained another customer for life . Thanks Ron & the team at T&R Truck and Auto Repair.

Super service. Our International broke down on route 17. Ron made arrangements for a tow to his shop. Repairs that were supposed to have been done in Florida, were completed professionally by TnR. Test drove the truck after only a few days (as we were only there a short time)and had no issues. Explained everything before actually doing it. We arrived in Virginia Beach yesterday, truck never skipped a beat. Terrific job Ron. Highly recommend this placeService: Engine repair

This shop fought hard to fix a leak in my Super Duty. Their persistence paid off and my truck is back up and running. Most shops turn away a truck with 300,000 plus miles on it and tell you to buy new. Not these guys here. Ron was more than understanding that I want to drive my truck as long as it will let me. Pricing is reasonable and they are very transparent.

Was worried about hiring a mobile mechanic repair shop but after 10 mins with the mechanic he showed me that he knew his trucks and engines. Took a few days to repair but the communication and suggestions throughout the process helped me sleep better at night. Truck runs 100%better and blows cold air like a cold storage unit... This is the place to call when having issues with your car or truck, Thank you Tonya and Ron and guys in the back for under promising and over delivering. Now getting ready to bring the old car in for service!

We were on Vacation in Myrtle Beach and the day before we were to leave, our TCM for the Transmission went out. So i called T &R and Tonya said to have it towed to them on Saturday. Got a call on Monday that the TCM was bad but they are on nationwide back order for GM trucks 09-2015 so Ron called and said he would look for one but there is none around, so i had him in contact with Circuit Board Medics to rebuild my old one and they took care of shipping back and forth a few times until it was fixed by Circuit Board Medics and Ron made one last phone call to me and said she was fixed, so i flew down there to pick it up and it drove just like normal. Nice to have people to trust with repairing your truck when the chips are down. For sure gonna keep him on the hook for future repairs when i am in Myrtle Beach. We are from out of state and staying at the Hideaway RV Resort down the road. Our tow vehicle, a Ram 3500, had been having fuel pressure issues with no engine codes. T&R got our truck worked in, fixed and ready to go in a timely manner (it was no small task). I really appreciate the fast, honest, upfront communication I got through the whole process. I never had to call and ask for updates.Thank you for being respectful, responsive, and getting us back on the road.

Hands down worst mechanic I have ever had the misfortune of bringing a vehicle to. I was taken advantage of and and charged an arm , leg and left nut. I am mad and feel like a complete fool for letting this happen. They are dishonest and straight up thieves in my opinion. Wishing them the Karma they have coming.

Wanted to wait a little bit before posting this review. They did an amazing job on my S10. I brought it in the day it broke down; communication was excellent throughout the entire repairing process. Got the car a couple days later and it started up like a lion! Highly recommend this place .

I would like to thank T&R truck and auto repair. I drove up here from Louisiana hauling my fifth wheel for our family vacation. The next day my 3500 ram was running hot, ibrought it to them, they diagnosed a faulty water pump the same day. Gave me the option of oem or aftermarket parts. They did the repairs and had my truck ready the next day. The owner was really nice and knowledgeable about diesel performance enhancing. Thanks T&R for not taking advantage of my situation. I would definitely recommend this shop

While on vacation, our 2015 CTS busted a brake line. These guys fixed the issue, kept us informed, and had our car back in time for our departure. TY!Service: BrakesService: Brakes

If I was able to give negative stars I would. You bring your vehicle in for one problem and they suddenly find other issues that weren t there when you dropped it off. Not to mention they have no problem threatening their customers with bodily harm and cussing them out. That is not something anyone should have to deal with especially when you trusted them with your personal property only to find other issues once your vehicle is returned to you. Something else I found rather weird is that they have themselves listed on the web as both R&T Mobile Mechanic and T&R Truck and Auto. They are the same place and same owners. The only exception is they have a one star rating under R&T Mobile Mechanic. Don t use this place unless you re desperate. Their are others out there that will fix your vehicles and you can trust them 100%!

My truck had lost its get-up & go. It was sluggish/no power. My friend recommended T& R Truck and Auto Repair. I called to make an appt. & they saw me that day and gave me a quote on my repair. I wouldnt give them any stars but ya have to put 1 just to write a comment ! Run they're scammers and will rob ya blind and do half done work and lie about when parts will arrive and the cost of parts, won't give me a copy of paperwork for part they supposingly order from ford that has warranty and truck is still broke down, ive got over 3k in a brake job and still no brakes, now they won't answer my phone calls or emails! They will answer the next phone call that relates to me I guarantee that ! We need to put a stop to these kind of people!!!!

These guys are great. I brought my RV in because I thought I had an issue with my suspension but after taking the time to look it over, they found nothing wrong and would not even take any money for taking time out of their day. I think I found an auto repair shop in the area I can trust!

I was in panic mode on vacation, far from home with my wife and kids. My duramax wouldn't start. I'm a pipefitter/welder and since our present government is trying to kill every pipeline in the country...I haven't had a good year. Therefore, this was a nightmare...I didn't need! These guys diagnosed and fixed my truck within hours. Also they didn't over charge me. They'll take care of you. Thanks T&R.

Very good mechanics, figured out the issue of the truck in five minutes and had it done in the same day. They have the best prices around and best service, very straight with issues and pricing and and they let you know if any other problems are wrong with the vehicle and give a time frame of when you should get them fixed! Best shop in the county!!!

Took my car to them after hydroplaning and messing up my car something feirce. They had it ready to go within the week and had great advice and customer service to come with it.Highly recommend this shop they are just good people and do a good job too!

He replaced my radiator and it broke again 2 weeks after , I took it home to my mechanic back where I lived and to sum up everything he did a 50 % job and charged me 230 to fix it and broke that fast again. Don t let him work on your car he is a liability. Literally

Had a great experience with T&R truck and auto last night me and my family got stuck at a gas station in the middle of memorial day weekend and bike week down in Myrtle Beach South Carolina I had no idea what the issue was and needed help to get me and my family out of a very uncomfortable environment I googled a moblie mechanic and T&R was first on the list and the only one open as it being almost 9pm so from the moment Ron picked up they really showed care into getting me and my family out of the situation we was in they told me a time they would be there and with all the traffic around they still showed up on time Mr. Wilson greeted me and my family with a warming smile and guaranteeing us everything would be OK and which it was not too long after Mr. Wilson showed up he got my van and my family back on the road as he guaranteed words cannot explain how impressed I was with the company I highly recommend if you have any issues while taking a family trip in South Carolina or around the area please remember to give T&R a call !!!
