Good experience with Sparks. My order shipped out the next day, was packaged well, and arrived without any issue. Communication was great- email acknowledging order, and email showing shipping info. All in all saved a few bucks vs local Toyota Dealership.

If you want to give $$ away, order from Sparks Parts, they will definitely take it!! I placed an order for the TRD PRO brake pads in September 23, they immediately charged my card for $92.50 then said parts were on backorder. I have not received any update about my order nor any replies to email and texts, it is now February, but there website says 2-4 week backorder, apparently its years on backorder . If you call the number it has automated voice mail saying text or email, sketchy that a place of business has no phone to talk to a live representative. There is a respectable Tundra spokesperson on YouTube that introduced me to Sparks Parts, shame on me for not reading the reviews about them before placing my order. I will order from a Dealer for any other parts or items that I may need going forward.. Beware .,

Look elsewhere for Toyota OEM parts. Due to incompetency, my parts all arrived damaged. They ignored my first email for 3 days and only replied after I threatened to dispute the charge with my bank, which everyone should do if they don t get resolution. Also, review or file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau; I did today. Companies like this are nothing without their costumers.Their reply to my email was a general email with no apologies or explanation for my damaged items I spent over $450 on and no clarification as to whether I m getting a refund or exchange, just a return label.I spend hundreds, if not thousands a year upgrading and maintaining my Tacoma and I will never spend another dime at Sparks Parts again. Local dealerships, TacomaBeast, Truck Brigade, etc. are a far better choice.

Ordered a grill emblem as my original one was damaged. 1st came in the mail but was broken, after some annoying back and forth with the terrible customer service rep, they agreed to send a replacement after I sent them photos of the damaged piece. I got the new one and it did not fit. I messaged them about it not fitting and below is the EXACT message they sent me."If you are putting this grille on a 2014-2017 Tundra, you will need a new emblem to install in the grille. There is not any emblem that is a perfect fit that snaps into place. You will need to modify the Land Cruiser emblem we offer to make it work and use some type of adhesive, like 3M automotive tape or JB Weld."Their website does not show this anywhere and actually shows that it is a guaranteed fit. Since they want me to modify THEIR part, I decided I would just return their part, no harm, no foul. Well, they agreed to return the money for the part but the original $25 on shipping it to me is gone and they are going to make me pay for it to be shipped to them. They said it was because I "changed my mind" they would not be providing a return label! Like are you serious, I didn't change my mind, you sent me something not truly meant for my vehicle as you claim.DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!

NEVER AGAIN. I bought a kit that included 3 parts. They sent me the kit and I received 2 right hand parts and no left hand part. When I realized this my truck was already disassembled, this was a Sunday. In short, Sparks did not care at all they sent me the wrong part and that I couldn't drive my truck because it was disassembled. They never apologized. They didn't believe me at first and asked me to send them a photo of the packaging with the parts label on it, which I did. They refused to send me a replacement part until I shipped off the duplicate part. I was at work so I couldn't send it off right away. They made me front my own money ($300) to order a replacement part, which they did say the would refund when I sent them the other part, but its the principle of it! They had my money and I didn't have a part that worked but that's not a problem. I just couldn't have a part and they not have my money, that is unacceptable according to them. days went by that they completely ignored my text messages. First the replacement part had a scratch on it so they waited until the next day to send another one. Then that part had a blemish on it and wanted to send it to me without offering any kind of discount for the part, just a $68 discount on the shipping. I ended up spending $340 locally on the part and Sparks refunded me $212 for the part, so I am out $128 for Sparks' incompetency. I should have looked up google reviews before buying from them.Stay away!

Pretty bad experience with Sparks Parts. Ordered a few things online, manifold and gaskets, and thought it would be a normal, easy transaction. I was wrong.First, DON'T order through here if you have a different billing address than shipping. They sent me an email the morning after I had ordered telling me I needed to send them a bunch of screen shots so that they could confirm my transaction wasn't fraud. Fair enough, so I email them back and send them all my screen shots.Nothing.I don't hear back from them. Reach out via their text number. NOTHING. Email again, same story, no response. Been 4 days and my payment hasn't gone through and they haven't even attempted to contact me outside of what I presume is an automated email warning me of my addresses being flagged.Made an attempt to cancel my order, but haven't heard back. Talked to my bank to dispute if the pending transaction goes through and will be using a different site to buy from.

I chose SparksParts on the recommendation of a couple YouTube gearheads. While the shipping cost was quite a bit higher than sellers on places such as Amazon, it was on par with prices from other Toyota OEM distributors. And at the end of the day, Sparks offered slightly lower prices on parts than other sellers so it evened out.What I found to be disappointing was the lack of communication. My order was missing 6 oil filters. Multiple attempts to resolve the issue via email, text, and phone fell short. Luckily I selected the PayPal payment option so I was able to submit a reimbursement claim through that forum, however, I would have appreciated an attempt by Sparks to send the missing items as a resolution instead since I did pay for the shipping. I intentionally ordered more items to offset this cost.I will not be using Sparks in the future.

Criminals. Will send you incorrect part numbers and will refuse to send what you actually paid for. It has been 5 months and I am still waiting for parts that I ordered and paid for.

Incredibly horrendous customer service. Their reps rarely respond to messages in their chat box option online. And they never respond to emails. You d be better off ordering directly from a dealership as the sparks parts shipping cost is always ridiculous. And your questions can t be answered. Can t recommend this place.

I've been ordering OE Toyota parts from Sparks online on the rare occasion that they are needed. Sparks has always delivered my parts to Atlanta very quickly and at a better price than I can get locally.

Having dealt with some terrible customer service as of late, dealing with Sparks Parts was incredibly refreshing. I placed one order for some hardware, and later realized I needed some additional hardware. This lead to being charged double shipping costs - I was just going to deal with that. However, Sparks Parts emailed me, letting me know that they noticed I placed two orders and would be combining the two orders and refunding my second shipping cost.Takes notes, everyone - this is how you do customer service right!

I had ordered my parts worth $550.00 , 2020 tundra front painted bumper end caps on April 5th,2021 and on April 24th, 2021 I was told it will it will be shipped the same week. Its been 5 weeks and going on 6 weeks and now it's may 6th and no follow up emails or text messages about my parts even though I've emailed and messaged them many times. It's disappointing that a company doesn't even have a rep to talk to because everytime I call it goes to a voice mail that they will text me back or to text them. They were very good at responding when I had questions prior to my order but as soon as I placed my order and they got my payment it's been terrible to say the least. I wouldn't recommend any parts from this place and I found a better place out in Colorado. It sad to say I disputed it with my credit card company and they went after this compnay.

I would highly recommend avoiding Sparks Parts. I ordered a set of 4 weatherstrips for my FJ from Sparks Parts for around $100+ and the RH weatherstrip was scuffed. I reached out to them and they wouldn t honor a replacement because I installed it prior to thoroughly inspecting... I didn t realize that was a policy, but just bad business to not replace a brand new defective product.The damage product I was asking them to replace only cost $16 and they basically brushed me off. If they throw customer service away over that amount, I could only imagine how many other customers they hoodwink. There are more reputable and decent part companies out there that are safer to do business with. Posting as a learned lesson and to let other Toyota customers know to consider other online vendors.

BEWARE - Wrong item sent, horrible customer service, didn't refund me the whole amount.I ordered a Genuine Toyota Bed Mat Long Bed (PT580-35050-LB) from Sparks Parts and received a short bed mat ( PT580-35050-SB). Showed the seller a screen shot of the original online purchase order and also the invoice I received with the item to show the mistake they made. Messaged the seller (which was only available through text message) and they made me jump through hoops having to take pictures of their error, then repackage the heavy mat and lug it around spending an hour round trip to find a Fed Ex that would take a package that big. I was told they would send me the correct item once I dropped the wrong item off at Fed Ex. They changed their tune when I made the mistake of asking for some compensation for my trouble (and their error) and was told that instead of sending me the correct item, they would refund me once I dropped the item off at Fed Ex. Well I dropped it off and provided the tracking number and they stopped communicating with me until 4 days later I noticed they partially refunded the return and made me pay for the return shipping ($30)!! Why should I have to pay return shipping when the seller clearly made the mistake (which they acknowledged).First time customer and will never use them again.I would use extreme caution with this place as they easily make mistakes and have terrible customer service. Just hope they get it right on the first try I guess.

Took my car in for routine maintenance. Everyone was helpful and explained everything to me before it was done. The waiting area was nice there was even a children's play room. Everything was done in a satisfactory time. I would recommend.

I ll start off why I contacted Sparks Parts,I was in need of a Qi wireless charger for my phone but wanted an OEM Finish,Couldn t find anything that was clean looking,So I was told to contact a Toyota dealership to help me out,My local dealership wasn t able to do much only because the rep who picked up sounded like she just gets driven in cars and actually knew as much about vehicles as I knew about Astrophysics,I then through the help of google found Sparks Parts in Myrtle Beach North Carolina,Long story short they were able to assist me,And now Sparks Parts will be my main to place to go for Toyota parts,And I live in New York
