My brief interaction with the proprietor would have been a master class on how to not onboard a new customer. Had it been recorded it would have made for a viral video. I was just short of being told to get off her land from the moment I rolled in. I never met a live action Saturday morning cartoon villain before.

Sonny has always been our #1 choice when it came to towing services. My son was in a 4 car pile up last Friday & they were there immediately to get the car. Also Sonny didn't release the car once the insurance company totalled it until my approval. Very Professional!

when they do answer the phone they are very professional. although they have been repairing my car 3 months ago, if i don t call they will not give me updates, rarely do they have someone at the phone when shops opens.

Sonny's is a first class operation. I will recommend them as the BEST Auto Body.My Husband and I have been very satisfied with the service. We will be picking the vehicle up next week and will be making comments at that time also.

Took my truck here after I got in a accident and they did the worst job I've ever seen. If I could attach pictures I would. Went to go pick up my truck after two weeks, they didn't finish till the evening so it was dark out. Next day when it was bright outside my truck was painted two completely different shades of grey. They didn't blend at all. Didn't tape off the windows so I had over spray everywhere. They re used old parts then tried to charge me for new ones. Left headlight wiring and bulbs dangling. My wheel well linear flew off on the highway because they didn't attach it back with all the bolts. They screwed my bumper inserts in the bumper using cheap metal screws instead of the push pins you're suppose to use. I'm very meticulous with my vehicle so I caught all of these things. Makes me wonder how many unsuspecting people they have ripped off.

My family has used Sonny's for over 30 years. He and his staff have always been friendly and professional and have ALWAYS responded when needed. Great people and service!

Had some body work done on the back end of our car. The work was great - like brand new! And the price was what he quoted. I would recommend Sonny's and would go back to him in the future.

Company doesn't keep records of their services. Mechanic further damaged our car and charged us for spark plugs that were never changed. Owner claims they don't keep records of their work.

Sonny's is a great place to get your car fixed, a very friendly warm environment, reasonable prices, and great service they repaired my car into prime time condition with a new paint job, and I also had a few dents repaired. I recommend sonnys to everyone on the grand strand, the BEST service around you won't find such a welcoming environment anywhere else.

Always take my car here! Just had my breaks done, staff is honest and friendly. The owner is the sweetest lady. I would recommend Sonny's to everyone!

I used Sonny's for a company vehicle repair and the receptionist was rude and the car was returned filthy. Grease left on the interior dash and seats and floors were full of dirt. They got the job done but we will never use their services again for our company.

Disappointed. Mechanic failed to show up the morning I made an appt. No one called me back to explain. Sonny the owner is awesome...just disappointed in his staff and lack of customer service.
