Had to go have tires rebalanced. They weren t done correctly in the first place . And gentleman bottoms out my front end and pops bumper clips on the passenger side. Called and got no satisfaction . And I have proof from my dash cam . And the gentleman made light of it and said I was just lowering it hahaha.

They'll get you some tires that's for sure, but unless you have 5+ hours to wait for them to put them on, I wouldn't recommend. I got there 3 minutes before they opened. It was one other person that got there before I did. I literally waited for 5 hours. I asked would they be done by a certain time because I had an interview, I was told yes. Guess what I WASN'T and missed my interview. I also didn't get to select my tires which annoyed me. If I'm financing something, it should be exactly what I want. The staff are professional, knowledgeable, and polite just not considerate of their customer's time

Polite and fast service. I had my tires ordered and they were there within two days. Went with Geolander H/T G056, 245/70/16 for my 2007 Ford Explorer Sport Trac to replace more expensive Michelin LTX Defender s that were wore down. Scheduled install and alignment on a Saturday at 10am and they had it ready by noon. Will definitely go back when I need tires again and/or repairs.

Super easy to get approved!! They tell you what to bring and if you have it then you re good to go. Very helpful staff and they keep you up to date on the whole process. You can see you car being worked on while you wait.

This company is trash! Told us we was approved days ago and now they saying we re not approved for anything after driving all the way down here. I will never work with this company or even tell anywhere about them. I have a great job and good credit and they denied me absolutely ridiculous

I came in on Thursday 11/30 to have a tire looked at that was put on a week prior. The gentleman at the desk told me it would be a few hours before he could have someone look at it because it was 6 cars in front of me. That was no problem. He took down my name and number and said he would call me when he had someone available that day. He never called to follow or reschedule. Not the next day or the next.

This place was easy to get tires! But when your vehicle quick working like you know if it stopped working. RNR will still charge you for the tires even if you don t have them. If you skipped a payment they will be calling your reference like you been 30 days late. They didn t even try to offer me a settlement on the tires or try to help me with paying tires that I don t have. I can t help that the transmission went out on my truck. All I was asking if they can make a settlement so I have don t have to deal with it anymore. But that s not happening.

Everyone at RNR was so helpful, polite, and accommodating. I am a single mom with two children so when I realized I needed two new tires yesterday, I was stressed about having to spend that money right now. The staff there did everything they could to make sure I spent the least amount of money while receiving top-of-the-line tires and service. I would highly recommend them to any and everyone!!!

Came in to buy wheels and tires, was goingto pay cash. Talked to 2 gentleman therethey tried to convince me to do thepayment plan and said they had to call thedistributor to see if they could get thewheels I wanted over night as I was on atime constriant (4 days). Was told the nextday I had to update info on my vehicle to dopayment plans. I said l'Il just pay cash, sendme a quote. They never followed up, nevertold me if they could get the wheels or the tires.Absolutely a waste of time, don't work with them. Order your wheels and tires online.

Getting RNR to order a particular pirelli tire was easy. After my vehicle was in a small accident. I went ahead and changed front load support strut system on one side of the car and a tie rod on the same side of the vehicle. I asked the text to snug up those bolts. Because I was unable to put enough strength on them. Was only able to put just enough strength on them to get the vehicle to RNR tire After getting the vehicle back I asked the tech. Did he snug up those bolts? His response was no that he put his hand on the front load strut system and tie rod and felt nothing loose. I was highly disappointed that they ignored what I was asking. After doing all the mechanical work myself at home you would think they would Make life a little easier for their customers that don't have professional grade power tools. Now I'm having to drive 160, miles a day with the fear of losing my new tire, and the hardware I installed. Definitely was not asking for much

Arrived with a nail in our tire,tech said no problem come in. We had no appointment and were in and out in less than an hr. Prompt,pleasant and courteous. We were not charged for our repair!!!! You can't get any better service then that! Thank you RNR

I walked in this place and I received the best service I've ever had in a long time. I got the rims I wanted the guy helped us pick out and told me what would look good and they looked great. they didn't give me a hard time I filled out the paperwork and they had me out in a no time I was so excited to drive away in what felt like a band new car. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

Straight up sales. Will work with u if u need payment plan. Ckean and professional facility. Got me back on the road in an hour after I was in the shop. Customer service was up to expectations. Technicians seem quick and sufficient at what they turn out. Would recommend if u need a hand gettin back out on the road

Stopped in today to see what was available for my 07 Nissan 350z, Chief showed me several options and upon see one I liked, would me a price. I paid and the work began. I saw them scratching their heads and I thought to myself, when did I buy those tires.....are they dry rotted, asi don't drive this car much. Turns out the tires were from 2016. I knew I had to get tires also. Chief fixed me up with new tires and rims and I left a satisfied customer expecially knowing that my tires are new too. Car drove like a dream. Thanks Chief for treating your customers RIGHT! You have my vote.

For such a large display showroom they have minimal common size wheels in stock. Customer service is horrible after you leave the showroom. Don't try to call you'll never reach anyone. And then when you finally do you'll be shocked at how high the prices are.

Very good experience. Employees had knowledge on all questions asked. My tires got put on in a reasonable time. The price for the tires was reasonable. I have had my tires put on for a little over a month. i have had to get one tire fixed and it was done in a reasonable amount of time. if I was to go back for tires in the future i am more aware of how payments work with them. One of the employees is a slick talking and I'm know aware of how he operates. He is a slick talker, and I would recommend to really pay attention to how the payment plans work.

Adam was AMAZING! Despite, how busy it was he was able to assist everyone with kindness and poise. We walked in the day after a holiday and he was very busy. Adam was very kind to everyone who had walked in. I am VERY happy with the deal I had got. I don't make much money so the financing option worked for me. THANK GOD! I really needed tires being that they were dry rotted. THANK YOU ADAM

They will harass and harangue your brothers and sisters that have nothing to do with the loan my wife took out for a set of tires! It's like dealing with the mafia wanting their money.
