UPDATE: April 14, 2024 No registration, no paperwork, no response to email. Two months since purchase- unable to use trailer on road. $399 Dealer fee PLUS tax and registration UPDATE: April 1, 2024 -- Still no registration for my trailer, no paperwork. Temporary tag expired and my trailer now sits in a storage unit. Police: "Don't let me see you on the road again with the trailer"I purchased a new trailer in February and the dealer - Redline Powersports of Myrtle Beach - delivered the wrong trailer. A bit of irony here: When I took delivery I attempted to verify the VIN and the salesperson stopped me -- "No need to do that, I check it".The VIN on my contract does not match the trailer I have in my possession. While I can appreciate people make mistakes, 40+ days have passed. I have made the first payment, the temporary tag has expired and I have not received my tag (I paid a fee to have the dealer register). The manager handling this debacle "no longer works here" and the new manager is "very busy".I am paying for a trailer I am unable to use.

I drove from NC to the Myrtle Beach Redline Can Am dealership 4 hrs because they are a great dealership to deal with. This is the second Can Am Spyder I have purchased from them. They have always treated me well and have great salespeople like Steven and a great management staff. Their service department is number one. Ask for Lawrence, he will treat you right. The finance department will find away to make your deal come through. If you live in North or South Carolina it would well worth your time to contact this dealership.

I have an older GEM car Which was subject to a recall, Redline Powersports, and particularly Kenny Smolinski made my repair a top priority. I feel most dealerships would ve sidelined something like this, but these guys talked to me frequently during the entire process. They never overpromised, And they definitely delivered. I greatly appreciate the thoroughness and knowledge displayed by the whole team. If something ever goes wrong again, I would not hesitate to give them a call.

Huge selection and some unique motors here as well, went for some parts their staff in the service department were all great and super helpful went on a slow day to find some things everyone at the counter chipped in to help to find some difficult parts I was looking for really appreciated.

I asked Eric a service question on the website text option and was answered the same day even though the location was closed! Eric put new tubes and bands in my dirt bike tires and had it done within a few hours of drop off. Excellent service all around.

Had a great buying experience with Zach and a great closing with Glenn. We got geared up in parts as well. My kids are stoked. We purchased several four wheelers in a day. Quick and efficient and friendly staff! Highly recommended and would drive from Wilmington again. Much better inventory to select from so it s well worth the drive!

I was greeted at the door, friendly staff and extremely knowledgeable. Isaiah Brown was the sales professional and was just that. Professional and took time to walk me around to try different bikes, see how they fit to my body size. When we found one that spoke to me, he was streamline with getting all paperwork accomplished and answered any questions I had, most of the time answered them before I even asked. I will most definitely be coming back for all future purchases.

My hubby purchased a bike and I ended up having to pick it up. After driving almost 3 hrs to arrive, we find out that my truck didn t have the necessities to strap down and tow the bike. My sales rep David and team jumped right in to assist and get me on my way! The customer service, from the finance manager down to the customer service folks was superb! I Highly recommend Redline! Be sure to ask for David, he s great!

Went to redline power sports today to get a r7 ended up with the sickest r1 !!! My mans DREAM BIKE ! STEVEN and TYLER made everything so easy , gave us a killer deal! They were all so funny , great , and genuinely great guys! So happy to have gone here and look forward to our riding journey! Highly recommend and definitely will be coming back for more in the future ! Everyone in the whole shop was helpful and great !

I purchased 4 units. 2 jetskis and 2 rangers. 1 of the jetskis has had problems with it since the day I purchased it. I have returned the jetski to the dealership 6 times. The jetski was supposedly repaired and returned to me and each time it had the same exact issue after they said they repaired it. The jetski obviously has issues and they do not know how to repair this brand new ski. It has been brought to their attention about the ski many times. They continue to kick the can down the road expecting that this problem will go away. I have asked to speak with the owner (Johnathon Waters) many times and he will not accept phone calls or return calls because I'm told he is busy with sales and customers. Being that I purchased 4 units I thought I was a customer. Please understand they are only wanting you to purchase units and not contact them about problems with units. Zero service after the sale!! Be aware and know you are only important when making the purchase, not after the sale. These guys are certainly capable of selling you units but are not capable at all of handling any service or issues after the sale.Mark Jackson

I went to Redline Myrtle Beach location in July looking for a Yamaha Waverunner. At that time, Lawrence (Larry) was in sales. He was the ONLY salesman to offer to help me and he worked with me for over two months trying to locate a specific model I wanted. Larry was not able to locate what I wanted (he tried HARD), but I did find one at another dealership and purchased it there. Fast forward to the first service needed on my Yamaha FX Limited. Larry was now in the Service Dept. I had heard some "stories" about Redline's Service Department, but felt confident trusting them for my service needs since I knew Larry was in that department and would take care of me. I scheduled my appointment and Larry greeted me with open arms when I arrived. He took pictures of the Waverunner and trailer and said he would call me when the service was completed. He got my Waverunner serviced in the time frame promised (two days) and got me back out to enjoy the water! Thank you for everything, Larry!

Purchased a brand new boat from Isiah the salesperson on Wednesday. Isiah is a new salesperson and he constantly went inside the dealership to avoid dealing with the issue. We agreed to pick up the boat today, Friday. We arrived to the location and the boat was atrocious. It was never cleaned, with dirt and grime everywhere. The Garmin was never installed, and the boat was missing pieces. There were animals footprints all over the seats. The general manager spoke with us and he was being extremely sarcastic. Don t deal with this place. The finance manager said they cleaned the boat and when she came outside, even she couldn t believe what she was seeing. We stopped out deposit through the bank, luckily and took our business elsewhere. If you pay almost $40,000 for a boat and it looked like this, you d be appalled also. If I could give zero stars I would.

While In Florida Our Can Am Spider was backed into while parked. I contacted The Service Dept at RedLine to set up an appointment when I returned home To little River SC and Appointment was set up 4/5/24 at 10am to exam bike get parts ordered. On 4/5/24 The service Department And parts Department Went out of there way to make it happen and thru out the next Week Updated me on status of delivery. Today 4/12/24 I was notified that parts had arrived and picked up in which I did. Once again today the service department and parts department went out of their way to accommodateMe to get the can am back looking good as new. In a world of so much negative I wanted to point out the personal in both departments! Thank to all the staff for making a bad situation a very easy transition to get our bike repaired in such fast fashion. I Would like to especially point out Kenny in service for going above and beyond to make this happen as well as Joey in Parts For jumping thru hoops to find the part and get it to me within one week! Red Line power sports should be proud of having such caring and talented professionals.

Buck was the best!!!! They helped me every step of the way. I am a customer from California and it seemed like it was going to be a tough process to get the bike over here -- it was seamless. I purchased a 2019 Kawasaki H2 from them for a great price and now the bike rests in my backyard, I couldn't be happier. Thank you again for your service.

My motorcycle was damaged while sitting parked in our condominium parking garage. I was away on vacation when it happened. I called Redline and Eric answered the phone. He was very professional and friendly and got me in right away to get an estimate for the needed repairs. I got the estimate the same day and my insurance company worked well with Eric and sent the insurance check to me within a couple days. Eric got the parts on order immediately! To this point I am very pleased with Eric and Redline. I am very confident that Redline will do a great job getting the bike back to like new condition in a timely manner. I would highly recommend using Redline for any of your repairs/service.

Very disappointed. Contacted the dealer on 1/10/24 about a used side by side. Very responsive and scheduled an appointment for 1/12/24. Appointmentwas confirmed on our way. When we arrived after the 200 mile, 4 hour trip,our salesman Steven was unable to find the key for about 30 mins. Stated they had 2 keys but unable to locate either. Trying to overlook this we proceeded with the purchase as he should have been ready. During test driving he seems to have little to no knowledge of the units operating procedures. Once inside to purchase and do paperwork seemed to take forever.About another hour and half passes by before we leave. Very disappointed in my overall experience. Also still waiting on another key that was promised. On 1/23/24 I emailed Steven about the status of the key and he stated he had been sick and would have to reach out to the manufacturer and would be in touch. I waited for a until 2/6/24 to reach out again and not received a response yet. Very disappointed and would never recommend. I don't feel like there was much effort put into my purchase.

Bought a brand new 2024 Honda Rancher ATV. Was originally priced at $11,600 out the door. Negotiated to $9,619 and that was what we agreed and SIGNED upon. Come to find out that they are charging us $10,800 after we received the finance information from the third party!!!!! OUTRAGEOUS. What a lie! Paperwork was signed, and we were told a price and that everything was all good. I questioned why the computer stated $10,300 and I was told by Christopher Clark oh yeah they just haven t updated it in the system. Nice job man! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. THEY LIE TO YOU.

Have had my bike here for brakes which they did excellent job! Last time I was towed in with charging system not working they quickly got me up and running!! Thanks to Kenny and techs! And I live 80 miles away!

For me personally, Eric from Service has helped me tremendously multiple times. He's always willing to go over any questions I might have, and his commitment to getting these vehicles serviced quickly and efficiently is why I keep coming back. I am out of town and ordered a GEM cart through them for one of our properties, the team was very helpful getting everything squared away. Eric in the service department was particularly helpful when we sent the cart back to have the doors added on! Definitely eased any stresses dealing with this from afar.
