I cannot recommend Rapid Auto Repair enough! They are very efficient and the customer service is wonderful! My brakes were changed in record time. Highly highly recommend! Extra bonus that they are good with a Subaru!

I went here at the recommendation of a friend that has brought plenty of his vehicles there over the past few years. The owners, Amber & Daniel, are amazing! I don t understand anything about cars other than the basics. I appreciate that they take the time to explain to me what may be going on, and then go from there. They will not do any repair until it is diagnosed and you receive a call. My experience has been nothing but pleasant and I appreciate that they always go above and beyond. Amber is the sweetest and is always giving me some inside information. For instance, today she mentioned where to get this great jumpbox on sale without me even asking! She has the foresight to think there may be something I can do or get for the future, that will give me peace of mind. The last time I went for an issue, they diagnosed it, and then Amber suggested I check to see if it is under warranty first, which it was. They could have made some pretty decent money off of me. However, their honesty and willingness to help me, proves to me they are caring and honest. I will not go anywhere else.

Just got my Durango back for a radiator replacement and from what I can tell so far, they did a great job. Super friendly, very nice to work with and very reasonably priced. I'll be back for sure, thank you!!

This place is the best! I got an oil change here while on vacation and they were so fast and friendly! I can t recommend them enough if you are looking for friendly quality service.

Always a great experience,Repairs are always done right, fair prices, with great communication to explain things when you have questions.I ve had 5-8 repairs now, from a oil pan changed,to calipers, to head light adjustment,to a timing belt water pump/ pulleys and seals to simple repairs.It s great to have a mechanic locally you can trust that only bills you for the time they actually work and not always round up to the next hr when they actually only worked 30-45 min. It s great to know you all keep track of your time and are honest.Thank you for providing great reliable service to the community!

By far the best mechanics in the area. Daniel & Amber were so kind and helpful with walking me through all of the repairs needed on both my wife s vehicle and my own vehicle. They were very patient with me and all of my questions as well. They also helped me figure out the most affordable way to fix things and prioritized all of the repairs for me. 10/10 will recommend to anyone looking for an awesome mechanic that is honest and treats you like family as soon as you walk into their shop!!!Services: Transmission, Tires, Auto engine diagnostic, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Brake service & repair, Battery, Oil change

Really like the staff; Dan and Amber are super friendly and professional. I really appreciate all they did to help find the right parts I needed for my car and at an affordable price! It was very refreshing to not feel pressured with extras or up-sales or anything... they simply fixed what was broken so I could get my car back on the road safely. It is clear they are a very honest shop, and truly concerned with my safety. I really appreciate having them in the area and will continue to rely on them for my car maintenance needs. These folks are genuinely good people. They know what they are doing and price fairly. The customer service is the best I've ever seen. They explain everything throughly and make appropriate recommendations. They aren't here to rip you off or scam you. They genuinely want to fix your problem. It's nice to see a small business thrive with people who have such good hearts. They deserve their high rating and success. This place will be my go to mechanic for as long as I live in Horry County and as long as they are open. I take my car to Rapid Auto for ALL of my needs. Daniel is knowledgeable and thorough. Amber takes the time to explain things to me in a way that I understand. I always feel well taken care of and they do this for a very reasonable price. I will no longer go anywhere else! Strongly reccommend!

Customer Service is amazing! They Do all my service work! Bentleys, BMWs, Porsche, Audi. Amber is very friendly and accommodating in the office. Daniel is very thorough and meticulous as a mechanic. Prices are very fair for the excellent service they provide! I have referred many friends who also feel the same way!

I couldn't be happier. I usually do all my own work but this time I decided to go to a pro. I'm so glad I did. The work was done fast and more importantly correct. They were extremely nice and 100% honest. I knew what was wrong but I went in there pretending I didn't. They explained everything and the prices were excellent. I will be going back when ever one of my cars needs to be serviced. I'm very happy I found them

There was a TON with my car that I didn't know was wrong - the owners here are two of the most caring people I think i've ever met when it comes to customer service. I was recommended to come here from a friend who goes here often, but I was blown away at the constant communication (especially for someone who is dumb with cars) and what's even crazier is getting all fixed for the wild low cost. I'll never go to anyone else for as long as I live in Myrtle Beach. Thanks guys!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment

Just picked up my truck from Rapid Auto Repair. Had the roof painted and rust repaired behind windshield. These guys really delivered. Very impressed with the work. 10/10 would absolutely recommend. Gave me very detailed handwash after too for free. Very competitive pricing. Teaching local kids hard work too. Very satisfied!

Great people with good reliability. As a single mom going into repair shops I have always felt like I am getting ripped off or taken advantage of. I KNOW these people are nothing like that. Came to rapid auto for a noise in my suspension , before taking it to them I took it to two different shops and they could not figure it out. Rapid Auto new exactly what the noise was and had me fixed up in no time and was very reasonable on price. I love this place. They are honest and very knowledgeable. What you don't know, they will ensure that you are well aware of what's going on every step of the way. You can't ask for better customer service from Amber. She is awesome! Thank you guys for everything.

As a lielong visitor to Myrtle Beach I expected to be ripped off when my vehicle would not start one morning. Rapid Auto Repair was one of the few mechanics which could perform work under my vehicle warranty, and i made the right choice by calling. While I anticipated a diagnosis of a bad alternator or starter, a call from Amber to the warranty deptaterment revealed the system had simply been disabled temporarilty--a miscommunication error!She even found me a hotel to stay in for the extra night! She is the embodiment of the term' Sales is Service /Service is Sales!.' The service bays are clean and bright, the techs are communicative and helpful too.I almost 'never' give a rating of 5 stars. Rapid Auto Repair is one of the rare businesses i have dealt with that absolutely deservrs it!Services: Electrical, Battery

This shop is great! I got my AC serviced and it came with a 2 year warranty. The girl at the front desk was very friendly and the facility was clean. I will definitely be back for any of my future car needs!

They went above and beyond for me, and the customer service was the absolute best. Daniel and amber took there time explaining everything going on with my car. Overall it was the best quality that didn t cost me an arm and leg, never going anywhere else but here for now on.

The only place I send my vehicles to and the only place I recommend to friends and family. Always honest. The only place that FINALLY found what was wrong with GFs car & were able to repair. Great customer service also!
