First thing I noticed was how kindly I was greeted by the woman at the front desk. She was very helpful and vey kind. The bay where the cars were being tended to was very clean and well kept so I felt very confident that my vehicle would have the same standard. Everything was explained to me as far as pricing and the products in which I was requesting. My car was in need of some serious TLC because I have a 3 year old and he had made quite a mess with snacks and spills. When I picked up my car I was very impressed with the results. My tints were outstanding. I had purchased the High performance tints and I could feel the difference significantly as far as the heat reflect. They also looked amazing. There were several items left in my car when I dropped it off to include a diamond ring that I had left. I was contacted by Debbie the woman at the front desk and informed that it had been safely secured along with the other items left in my vehicle. Overall I was very satisfied with the tint and the detailing of the car and would highly recommend services. AJ gave me an overview of everything that had been done and closed the sale he was very well spoken and knew exactly what he was talking about. He spoke with pride about the work being performed and had a standard to compare what should and should not be done when it came to the cars. I will be going back to this shop in the near future for further vehicle maintenance. Thanks Pro detail!

This company is amazing. They went above and beyond for me today to get me in, Including staying after hours. I am so impressed with their work. I'll absolutely be coming back for all of my detailing needs. I HIGHLY recommend them.

I got the outside of my car detailed today at Pro Detail & Tint. Ben and his co worker waxed, buffed and clay bared my car and it turned out awesome. I am super happy with my results. Everyone was really friendly and very professional. Sam in the front office was very helpful as well. I will def be taking my car back to these guys. I would def recommend these guys to anyone looking for a good detail job.Services: Clay bar treatment, Auto detailing

I've lived here all of my life and finally decided to get my car windows tinted. Come to find out there are many factors when choosing your window tint. Obviously how dark do you want them, what is legal, what shade/ color but more importantly UV RAY BLOCKAGE! I didn't know this and AJ here at PRO DETAIL WINDOW TINTING AND CUSTOM AUTO SERVICES explained my those factors quickly and thoroughly to me to where I made a truly informed choice. I knew exactly what I was getting for my money and how long it would take to complete as well as after care.. I just want to say to the world out there these guys are top-notch and will make you a happy customer!

My wife deals with AJ. Tinted her car. Later did mine and then my parents.I went to another highly rated shop and was disappointed.Just go here. They do a great job, take their time to help and answer questions. They actually care and want to get what you want. The lady that helped us was awesome also.

The staff here were very friendly, professional and did an excellent job. I was scheduled to get 4 windows done, when I arrived, I inquired about getting 2 more done, I was told that was no problem and it was taken care of. My appt. was within 2 hours of calling and inquiring about services performed. Great shop! I recently took my 530i BMW here to have my windows tinted and I was very happy with the work they did. Aj and his staff were very friendly and down to earth and did a great job on my window tint. They only use top of the line products and their shop is very neat and clean. Overall I had an awesome experience with these guys and would highly recommend their shop! I will def be returning for detailing work, headliner repairs and other services they offer! Bring your car into Pro Detail and you won't regret it :-)

I got my Pontiac Grand Prix windows tinted here and they did an amazing job. I did a lot of research and called many different places and Pro Detail was the most knowledgeable, reasonably priced and they had great customer service from start to finish. They use high quality products and they showed me the huge difference from what they used compared to the cheap tint I came in with. I'm very happy with the finished product and I will take all my vehicle's here.

Agree with all the positive reviews. The guys, AJ and Justin, were personable and very helpful in choosing the right level of tint for my car. Looks great and the price was good for all the work they put in. It would be wonderful if more retail experiences had this outcome.

This place is great! AJ and his crew went above and beyond for me. We inherited a car that had a terrible smoke smell and they were able to get it out. They did a beautiful detail on the inside and out of our vehicle for a very reasonable price! Super professional, very nice. Will definitely be back!

I had my car tinted with AJ and his crew and am very pleased. I had no clue what I needed before walking in. There is a woman there(wish I could remember her name), she spent tons of time explaining the difference between tints to me and educating me. All of the staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable able. I waited while it was done. They even offered to drive me somewhere if I needed. I was very impressed with their courtesy and efficiency as well as knowledge. Not to mention the lifetime warranty on the tint I received. I would definitely recommend them and will be using them if I ever purchase another vehicle.

AJ and his staff were fabulous and super polite! They did a dark tint strip on top of windshield and washed and detailed my car and everything was completed perfectly.I keep my nissan in great shape but his staff made sure the car was extra shiny and look forward to working with you and staff further. I brought my 2007 Honda in today to get the exterior detailed and it looks flawless! The shop did a TREMENDOUS job! I brought it in with tree sap on the trunk and back panel-along with the normal wear and tear for an almost 10 year old car. I was hesitant that it had ruined the clear coat, but AJ walked me through what he thought would be my best option and went above and beyond to make the car look as good as new! They completely exceeded my expectations and I would recommend these guys 100% to anyone looking for their services.

Had them detail the exterior of my car. They did not call when the car was finished. After picking up the car, the next day I noticed that they did not clean under the hatchback and missed some black plastic parts. A few weeks later, I see that the paint is blotchy showing inconsistent cleaning/polishing/waxing. I personally will never return.Service: Auto detailing

AWESOME! They are great and so knowledgeable and so easy to work with. Car looks so sharp! I had my windows tinted with their ceramic line and hood and front fender fixed and painted. I highly recommend everyone to work with them.

I own a 2013 BMW 335i and got windows tinted at Pro Detail. I had a lot of questions and they always had an answer for me and helped me out a lot. Very nice staff and gave me a great and fair price. They did a great job and i recommend using Pro Detail for anything you want to do to your car. They are very professional and I will coming back to do more things to my car.

Great job tinting my sunroof, rear windows on my '06 VW Passat. I went by for a quote about a year ago and after waiting so long I decided to call for an appointment and they even remembered me! The work done was very professional and did not take as long as I thought it would. The price was nice and the customer service at Pro Detail was beyond my expectations! I will definitely be a returning customer. My car looks awesome!!!

Great customer service. AJ and his crew were extremely nice and personal. I did have to take my truck back to have the tint fixed. There was a noticeable gap on my driver side window. They replaced the tint without question but there is still imperfections. Paying $300 for tint I expect perfection. There is still a slight gap on the drive side and imperfections. With such dark tint they stand out and are extremely noticeable in sunlight. There is also a gap on the passenger side, which I was told can not be helped, but I have had tint on the same model truck with zero gaps or imperfection. Great customer service but with the imperfections and price I can only give 3 stars.

AJ knows his stuff. He and his guys did an awesome job on my g37. High quality tint. Professional. Quick. Clean. And cleaned up the interior. No dripping leftover. Not to mention. The lifetime warranty. And this shop is so legitimate. Way more so than any others I've ever been to. They even let you watch them put the tint on. I won't ever go anywhere else. Thanks again guys.

AJ did a great job tinting the windows on my corvette. Price was great. Two days later he put a decal on my hood,came out perfect. Would recommend AJ to everybody.

Best window tint by far of all companies I've used! The owner is friendly, upfront, and stands by his work!!! I recommend the ceramic tint. Pay a little more, but its worth it! Almost zero heat and great reflective properties!

I can t stress enough how great AJ is and what a wonderful job they did on my Nissan. The tint and detail made my car look better than new! AJ explained everything in detail and even worked with my schedule. I highly HIGHLY recommend coming here for tinting and detailing needs. Thanks again guys!

First of all I must say everyone made sure I was very comfortable in the shop. The Guys were very friendly! I talked to AJ and he kept it straight up with me from the very beginning. No games or gimmicks!! He's awesome!!! The guys did a wonderful job on my car, they treated it like it was their very own, even making sure I was comfortable with everything they were doing before hand. I highly recommend these guys!!!! Thanks again guys!!!!!

AJ did a great job on my window tint, and at a fair price. I highly recommend letting professionals like Pro detail and Window tint do the job. I just had my car tinted and had a new stereo system put in. Incredible service and they are very knowledgeable. I was able to wait on my car and watch the staff tint it. They were very professional. I highly recommend them. My coworker Belinda will see you next week.

GREAT PLACE , I took my BMW 650 To this shop for tinting service and exterior detailing it's black so I know how hard it is to work with . And those guys did incredible job with it . I had their premium film installed and my car looks like it's ready for a car show. I want to thank Aj that not only squeezed me in and work on my car in his Sunday schedule and made it happened but also resolved one issue I had with my car that BMW dealer want to charge me 800 dollars to fix it. Thank you very much guys. The best place in town

AJ is a fantastic worker both tint jobs were perfect. I am ha my seats reupholstered leather. Sal is an upholstery Pro. Just about anything you need the shop does it and does it professionally. I've had other tint shops in the past that don't do a great job. They left a car Messy with water inside and out. Don't have to worry about this Pro Tint Pro detail. They finish the job. I'll be leaving another review with pictures when they finished with the leather upholstery. Thank you guys you're the best in Myrtle Beach..
