One of the attendants came out and checked my alternator with the load tester to make sure it was charging OK. He said it was good at 14v but wasn't sure earlier because the gage was fluctuating between 13v and 14.5v. Now I have peace of mind for my trip home ! Thanks again for your help!!

My husband stood in the store for over 20 minutes with absolutely NO employees in sight. As I was calling the store phone number, he walked through the back of the store (employee only part) to find the staff all out in the back parking lot BLARING music and just hanging out. My husband just stood at the door waiting on one of them to see him. When he heard the phone phone start ringing one of the employees answered it and started walking back to the building and noticed him. That store could have been wiped clean and that staff would have never known. We could not believe the lack of professionalism that we witnessed tonight.

Needed new battery. Prices were a bit higher than expected and warranties on the two lowest cost batteries were 12 & 24 months. My dealer had 84 month battery for less. However, it was an emergency as i could risk having dead battery again. And, service was immediate, no wait, and the associate did a great job installing the battery so happy.

Please don't buy Parts from O'Reilly's. I will give the story here but buyer beware. My sister is a single Mom and works full time, to pay the bills we DoorDash on the side. We live In the South so Summers are Brutal here. On 5/26 I went to the O'Reilly's near my house and purchased a Compressor kit because the A/C in her car stopped working and we were told that was the issue. On 6/1 a local garage did the work and the AC was back! 6 days later it stopped working again. Garage said it was the compressor and it had failed with low pressure. Had several discussions with the O'Reilly's store and they made the exchange very difficult. Couldn't get in to the garage until 6/21 and they swapped the bad compressor for a new one. Which didn't work... They tried everything but finally recommended we take it down the road to another shop. We did 6/24 and then 7/1 and they took hours ( and money) pouring over the car to finally discover that a wire on the "new" compressor was broken. Instead of fighting with O'Reilly's they just fixed the wire. It worked for 6 hours then went out again. 7/8 they were able to diagnose another faulty part on the same compressor and ordered the part. On 7/15 it was finally fixed. So 1500 dollars 4 missed days of reg work and Many missed days of side work because it took 7 weeks in the Hottest Months of the year to fix. I spoke with the District Manager and he responded today with a Dismissive email stating he feels they aren't responsible so won't be paying. I am beyond angry and frankly shocked that this was the Customer service provided. He didn't contact the garages and instead stated it was a part on our car and the garages fault and not the CLEARLY 2 Faulty parts they sold us. I will be filling in small claims but wanted to put this out there. Right now money is tight, this company sells faulty products and then refuses to make it right. Please use any other company unless you end up like we did. I hope this saves even just 1 person from this terrible situation.

Have loyalty card which is a plus, for every $100 dollars spent you get a coupon for $10 off on your next visit. Very helpful associates. Never waited long in line.

Came in to replace my battery on my truck, however I have multiple wires for my accessories that s connected to my truck. Dylan, which is a commercial manager took the time to professionally install all my wires back properly. He did not have to do this but was very professional and great customer service!! Well job done Dylan!!!

I say this O Reilly s is the best! My serpentine belt and pulley got damaged on the 3hr trip into Myrtle beach on 544. It was 20 minutes from the O Reilly s Socastee store. They stocked the correct belt and pulley for my car. I had no way to get to the store to get it. I was stranded on the side of 544. I called and talked to Jamie at the Socastee #4013 store. After verification that they had the parts I needed, I then asked if there was anyway they could deliver them to me. Jamie delivered the parts and then also went out of his way to help me get them installed so I could get back on my way to the beach. I could not have asked for better or more professional help from Jamie and this O Reilly store. If you ever need any auto parts and you are local to this store you should definitely stop there.

I've been using this store since they opened it. Tonight's the last visit. Punk kid named raymond tried arguing with me saying the part I needed wouldnt fit after i showed him it's the same part number off the old part. Then he said he needs my vehicle info to pull the "right part". I said just pull the part I gave you so I can be on my way. He then counted my change 3 times to get it correct. Just poor hiring on managements part. I guess I'll have to suffer and take my business to advance or auto zone. Maybe one day these auto parts stores will hire QUALIFIED personnel.

They had everything we needed and the employees were great. The only complaint is if you are using gps to get there, it takes you to a closed road. The entrance is right off of 707 so don't follow the gps

We had a good experience, but their sign on the at the time said...We wear masks to protect our customers...but neither employee was wearing a mask, so the sign was pointless.Otherwise good service.

Had a lot of wind noise coming in through my passenger door. The staff quickly pointed me in the right direction to some weatherstripping. There's plenty of parts for whatever you may need, and the staff are friendly and helpful! Got in and out in a jiffy

Horrible. My husband and I drove to over from Greenville for the weekend. Well the fuel pump went out on our vehicle. Luckily my husband is a mechanic. He changed it in the parking lot there. But the staff was so rude about it. They made us feel like we were homeless people or something. Will never go to another O'Reillys again.

Unbelievable service on Thanksgiving morning.The man at the counter took time to test the battery in my Volvo XC 90, 8 cyl and installed the new battery.The old one was the wrong size and bad.The Volvo starts now like a brand new car.Kudoos, Sir!!

The worst service ever. The younger guy was too busy on his phone to answer any questions. The older fellow finally spoke up. Not alot of info at all.... It was 1 p.m. and I guess they were to scared to melt outside , so no one came out to my vehicle. The O'REILLYS IN little River TOPS this one by far !!

Buying a part for a car O'Reilly's Auto Parts sometimes has a better price then I Vance Auto and AutoZone but then AutoZone and Advance Auto have prices that vary day-to-day just like O'Reilly's if you need a fuel pump on Friday order it on Monday never order anything in the middle of the week O'Reilly's
