My experience at O'Reilly was absolutely awful. The Casheer Austin was extremely rude & not helpful whatsoever. He had his music on his phone playing so loud we couldn't hear what he was saying. After we told him we couldn't hear over the music, he got a terrible attitude & treated us poorly.

Very knowledgeable staff. In and out quickly. Parts on hand. Great deals online then pick up in store same day. What more could you ask for. Highly recommended. Will return for all my parts.

Don t ever go to O Reilly s Auto Parts. They installed a battery in my car backwards and caused almost $1,000 in damages. They won t call me back. I wrote the CEO and sent it certified, with return receipt, no response. I keep calling and they say someone will call me back. This happened in November. No telling if there are more residual damages.

My kiddo and I camped in Myrtle Beach and it has been a while. I forgot to look out for the tree two feet away from me and I took out a mirror. Try driving without that rear view mirror (and you too, will likely take out a mirror or an eye) and it is rough!I also had a bag on top of the car that I wanted extra security.I stopped at this store as I drove right by it. Excellent customer service!! Not only did the representative help me figure out what to buy but he also helped install the ratchets for the bag Thank you! I felt a great deal more secure on the way home! And the tape for the mirror held- actually it I m still is, as my appointment to get it fixed is next week an expensive oops!

I had an auto problem at 9:30Pm on Labor Day weekend Saturday night and Austin made sure I was able to get back on the road. I had to meet friends from Ohio at top golf in town. I was a little late, but I really appreciate the guys at O Reily looking out for their customer. Thanks

The staff at this store are helpful and knowledgeable. They'll let you borrow tools if you leave an ID, and if they can't get a part for you, they'll help you source it. Combined with all this, they also have better prices on parts than Napa, better availability than advance auto parts, and they'll price match some parts like auto zone.

Great service from these guys!! I was there three times in a couple days. They got me what i needed and got all the problems fixed after helping me find the codes on my truck!! except the manager, he did not seem happy and was reluctant to help me, he sent me away with no positive help. Time for a new manager??

I had the pleasure of speaking with Devon and he was very professional and helpful. He gave me a quick crash course on some of the Mercedes models and the workings of my car. I never received so much help in my life at a parts store. I was blown away by his knowledge. I only want to deal with Devon from now on.

Bought an alternator from them on 2/15/23 and on 4/25/23 had to get it replaced because it had a bad bearing. Making me have to pay my mechanic $85 two times. Then on 4/26/23 I had a $5 reward I needed to use before May. I needed some correct license plate screws/fasteners for my 2012 Toyota Corolla. I asked one of the employees which ones I needed standard or metric and he said he thought Toyotas were metric so to buy that set and if it didn't work I could exchange it. I immediately walked out to my car and tried to install them. They were not the correct ones. I immediately went into the store and try to exchange them for the correct ones that were the exact same price and Austin told me I couldn't do that because I used the coupon. I either had to pay full price for them or he could give me my $0.26 I paid for sales tax back. I told him the other employee said I could just exchange them and he said no I couldn't because of using the coupon. I will never ever ever do business at O'Reilly's again!

I had recently bought headlight bulbs back in October and one of them went out. I ran to OReillys to see if the warranty was good to swap in store, the cashier told me they were so thankfully I was able to swap them out at no charge. I ended up accidentally grabbing out my high beams instead of my low beams - Jeff was the person who helped me and he was so nice! He confirmed I took out my wrong bulbs so I put those back in and grabbed the right ones. Within 10 mins I had a working headlight again and Jeff even helped swap out my wiper blades. He was very nice and helpful. I truly appreciated the assistance from Jeff and the rest of the staff I encountered. I hope y all have a wonderful holiday! Keep up the good work

Had to go replace our serpentine belt. Dad said it was a five minute project. It took over an hour. We got really familiar with the parking lot scenery. It was pretty good other than my dad getting lost in the store for about 45 minutes.

These guys were awesome. Came here for Jeep Jam 22' from ocala Fl. I blew my jeep transmission up and they allowed me to swap transmissions in their parking lot. Austin, I think Douglas and the guy with the turbo diesel VW were all top notch. There were a few other nice people there but can't remember their names.. Don't know what O'Reilly is paying you but it ain't enough. Thanks for making a bad experience a little better. Thanks again.(ps we made it home)

They sold us 2 Faulty Compressors and cost us 1500 in labor and missed work then refused to make it right and cover the cost. Poor customer service and dismissive managers. Do Not Recommend, please go anywhere else.

Helpful honest staff.i had a large order and during bagging, a small part got left on the counter. After getting home and sorting through all the parts I found out it was missing. I called the manager and he left a note on the counter for me to be able to pick the part up the following day without hassle. Good parts,good people,good prices.

I've visited the 501 store in Myrtle Beach 3 times in the past 3 months and Cody has taken care of me as a customer each time. The place is always clean, friendly and Cody has gone above and beyond to help me each time. Great Job

I went in today to get a set of brake pads and rotors. The employee behind the counter greeted me and was very friendly but things got weird real quick. He came out from behind the counter and asked me to follow him to the aisle just past the entrance door. He explained he was going to do a special deal for me today.Once we returned to the counter and he started gathering information on my vehicle so he could get a price on the parts he explained that he would price match Advance for me but he would just need me to five him $5. I thought he was joking at first. I just awkwardly laughed but he kept asking. I had to leave. It was just too weird. I ended up going to Advance. I have always gone to O reillys for my auto parts needs but now I m hesitant to go back in case I might run into the sketchy employee again.

The gentlemen who work at this location are second to none! I'm used to using O'Reilly in Ohio, and when my current car needed front calipers, they were quick to grab them for me, and even carried them to my car. Then when I brought my cores back, seeing me walking to the door with them, they quickly ran to get the door for me, and get my refund processed. Definitely going to be my go to parts store from now on.

Hi my name is ashley and I recently went to the store on 501 because my oil light was on and i needed some other items, doug is who helped me and he was super nice and professional. He checked my dipstick until he was comfortable enough to let me leave. Working in customer servicw myself i have to say i was very pleased with his. thank you doug for helping me today. I will for sure come back when i need assistance again.

In stock parts and low prices. CJ at counter rocks! 6 Star Service. Big parking lot and easy in and out to 501 in MB near Seaboard.Recommended before other chains as there inventory seems inline to what you looked up on there site vs what they can order for you.December 2021 update: staff goes above and beyond getting the parts for you. 6 stars again for this new trip in.
