Ed is the absolute best. I'm extremely picky about where I take my car, but he always does a phenomenal job and I always feel good about the quality of service. He's always patient and listens to my concerns, and explains the steps I need to take. I'm so glad I found a shop I can trust. Highly recommend.

Erika is always super friendly and helpful. I've visited this store several times and always look for her. She always answers all of my questions and makes sure I understand what services I need and why. She's consistent and professional and she's one of the reasons I come to this location. Love her!

Service was quick but service advisor was not very friendly when they called with suggestions. His responses to my questions about brakes made me question they knew what they were talking about or did not check them well. Rear brake pads were recommended but no work to rotors. They said they were fine so I asked about glazing on rotors from normal breaking and isn't it normal practice to turn rotors or atleast scuff them with a whiz wheel. He checked with tech and he said no need. Brakes were on vehicle for 50k miles and this is hard to believe. I also had belt tensioner checked and was told there is some movement but they can only get part from dealer so they can't do the work. I am a service director in town and I would have recommended getting part from dealer and doing the repair instead of throwing away chance to get more work for the company. Then I found at pick up no paperwork on brake or rotors measurments and or check list that most shops do with oil changes to up sell. I know I needed wiper blades and filters haven't been changed in 2 years. To top it off there was grease on my driver door, both fenders and oil on engine cover pooled up on emblem. I know my car was not the cleanest when I dropped it off but it's not neglected and washed regularly.

I needed my car to be looked at because an engine light was coming on. Anywhere else, nobody would lift the lid without charging $50 or more. Alex was extremely nice to check this for free AND on a Sunday even. He was so nice to give me advice and a recommendation. I really appreciated this as I will probably have to spend a bit on the repairs needed. I've been here before and have always received good service while hearing all good things as well. Thanks Alex.

These guys are the best in Myrtle Beach. I highly recommend this business to anyone looking for car repairs. They promptly return calls and are very professional.Everyone I spoke with took the time to explain what I needed for my vehicle. They are caring and do not over charge for their services.If you are looking for a repair shop, call these guys. They are the best in Myrtle Beach.

I had bought new tires at another Mavis Tire location here in Myrtle Beach but when I went back for an alignment their machine was down and was referred to this location.Alex handled my situation very professionally and got my vehicle back on the road very quickly.I would highly recommend NTB and thanks again to Alex for his friendly and professional service.

I went by NTB to see if I could get an alignment on my Volvo today.They took me in even though I didn t have an appointment without hesitation. They were very professional and kept me updated on the progress of my car.There is a very nice and comfortable waiting room with TV and charging station for your cell phone. I recommend everyone to go by and see guys at NTB.

Came in with a tire sensor light on and needed new wiper blades before traveling 6 hours in tropical storm weather to Atlanta. Alex at the front counter quickly checked me in, and they pulled the car in the bay immediately in the pouring rain. After inspection, they quickly identified a screw that caused air to leak and was hard to spot. The tech plugged it right up, and I was quickly on my way back on the road safely! I definitely trust these guys if you are traveling from out of state!

My experience at NTB Myrtle Beach was fantastic. I had a screw in my tire and showed up on a busy monday morning. I already had my spare on, so Larry suggested I leave the tire with them and they could call me as soon as it was ready to be put back on the car. Despite the long expected wait time, I received a phone call within an hour or so and the tire was plugged and ready to go. It has held up incredibly well! Larry and his associates were kind, welcoming and extremely helpful. I was unsure if I had road hazard warranty on the tires; Larry looked it up for me with no trouble. Overall fantastic service. Quick, easy and all done with a smile. Thank you NTB team!

I brought my car in on 2/14 to get my car looked at before a very long drive to Washington State. My car was looked at two days prior by a different car service provider but my car still drove the same. The guys over at NTB not only fixed my car but were the some of the nicest people I ve come across. My car drives like new and I feel so safe on the road! I can t thank them enough for doing such a great job with my car(even restoring my very dull headlight and changing the light I didn t even know went out!). If you are in the Myrtle Beach area and looking for a trustworthy and caring car service provider, NTB on 501 is the way to go. Thank you again Alex and team!!

These guys are absolutely fantastic!!! I drove in at 5 minutes till they closed, and they greeted me with smiles and kindness. I had an emergency flat because of a damaged stem on the tire. They spent the next half hour fixing the stem in the tire. I will always bring my car to them for repair. They are just amazing human beings and mechanics, which is what makes the business amazing!

Scottie was so welcoming! Got me in right away. Alex, another specialist there were together helping with another issue with my car. This was a top of the line visit! And I just got an oil change!NTB as usual, no matter the state has by far the best service! 10 years with them & going strong! Thanks for all u did today!

Larry was great! Took care of another shops mistake in wheel weight placement after my tire rotation and oil change. Didn t charge me extra to move weight and balance that one wheel. Great service and friendly staff. Will return!

I was going to go to a couple shops to get an estimate on some work i needed done on my car and this is the first place I stopped. Larry spent 15 minutes talking with me and answered every question I had. I never felt rushed and he was friendly and knowledgeable explaining all my options. After speaking with him i didnt even check out any other shops. I don't even care if the other shops I was going to visit saved me a few bucks. You dont get customer service like that anymore and I will definitely be bringing my car here to get the work done!

I have been bringing my car to these guys since I moved here 6 years ago. They know what they're doing, they're honest (no b.s) and here's something you don't read much in a review for any tire or mechanic shop - they actually seem to be in a good mood at work!! That goes a long way with me. I absolutely recommend them. Just remember to check for coupons as prices incresince Mavis took over.

I am so happy I stopped here after hitting something while driving home from work. Even though it was 20 minutes to closing, Joe made me feel comfortable and assured me they would take a look and see what could be done. Jo in the service department was really helpful. He fixed my tire and took care while handling my car. Their service and friendly attitudes made a difficult situation easier. And I appreciate the care they took of my vehicle every step of the process. The respect and care for my property they showed and their quality of work is why I give 5 stars. Highly recommended!

While we were in Myrtle Beach visiting family, we unfortunately had a nail puncture our tire. I reached out to NBT, and Scottie was the one who picked up the phone. He welcomed me with such warmth and a great sense of humor. The tire repair was done in a flash, and Joe did an excellent job making sure it was done nicely. I highly recommend paying them a visit; they offer exceptional customer service and are incredibly efficient!

Been to this location for tires on different vehicles at least 4 times. Prices are fair and they don t try to hard sell services you don t want. This will always be my go to place. Even watching them interact with other customers in the waiting room you can tell they are honest and respectful.

Love NTB! I used to come here years ago when I moved away and loved them then. Moved back and still receive great, respectful service. They don t talk down to me and make sure I m all set. Pricing is great too!

Computers were down when arrived, however, staff were eager to help accommodate our needs for our vehicle. Needed mail removed from a tire. Staff were speedy and communicated well, not only to us but all customers before and after we arrived. Definitely recommend and will be returning for an oil change. Thank you NTB!!

This group of people are best at beach. I didn't have Google account and made one just to leave review. Larry store manager is honest and cares about your experience he is so wonderful. . I don't like Mavis and hope they don't change the sign. Larry is passionate about the customer experience and totally made my day! Thank you larry

Have always used NTB. They have been professional and knowledgeable. Efficient in any service I have hade with them. Today, I was completely surprised that they were bought out by Mavis. Not only did they raise their prices on their oil change they even removed the coffee maker from the lobby. I really love the staff and fear that the new company and their changes will deter all of their loyal patrons. Not, sure I can pay $123 for an oil change again with them. the stars are for the staff and their skill and professionalism. Not at all for company.
