Very helpful staff. At most napa's I have trouble getting help. Its almost as if the staff won't even look at you. But at this location someone immediately asked if i needed help, then proceeded to help me narrow down my search and get the product for me and tell me how to use it.

Today i visited this Napa Auto Parts for the first time. Unfortunately, i was not there to buy anything. I live in the apartments behind this store, and i had locked myself out of my apartment. These guys were so nice in letting me use their phone to call my husband. (I had left mine at home). I even had my dog with me (i was taking him out to potty) and they had no problem with him being in the store. This is now the only place i will go to buy auto parts when i do need them, and i will reccomend them to everyone i know. Thanks guys for being so nice. It was a blessing in a stressful situation. You guys are the best!!!

Came into the store and waited forever because the three people in there kept answering phone calls and they ignored is for a while. Finally got what needed. Part was fine.

Guy at counter didn't seem very enthused about helping get some windshield wipers. I'm used to walking in our Napa and getting greeted as I walk in. This place seemed like they could care less.
