My engine died. I spent less than 12 minutes total at Myrtle Beach Kia in person or on the phone and received a new engine at no cost because Kia took the initiative to extend the warranty because of a defect. This is the first Kia I have owned but Kia has earned a lifetime customer because of this and my overall satisfaction with the car. I've had my Kia for 8 years and would recommend them to anyone.

I just wanted to drop a little review on Myrtle Beach Kia this morning. I bought my Kia 1.5 years ago and hands down still love that experience. I have not so much loved the service. I recently had an issue and learned that Will has now taken over the service advisor position along with new management and my experience, today was excellent!!!I wil begin to call, take my car back to Kia. He was so attentive and even though I was a walk in, in distress he made the wait easy and communicated through it all!I even heard him come out letting a customer know they weren t due for the service requested. Just to let them know he would perform, but it was not an expense they needed at that time.In a world fueled by money and making money this spoke volumes!!!So if you ve been like me and done with the service department at Kia, please reach out to Will!!! He truly is changing things and you will be pleasantly surprised and very well taken care of!!Thanks Guys! Yall are the real MVP s today!!

I wanted an oil change on my 2017 Hyundia Santa Fe before my trip up north. The Hyundia dealer could not get me in until August. I tried the KIA dealership. The service advisor Will told me they were also booking appointments into August but he would try to get to me if I left the car there. I had it there at 8:AM and it was ready at 11:AM. Thank you Will Thibodeau for the great service.

Terrible dealer marking their products up 20% above MSRP... COMPANIES LIKE THIS ARE WHY THE INFLATION IS SO BAD
