If you want a car, without feeling like you re being hounded or being treated like just another dollar in a dealers pocket- visit Myrtle beach Kia. Ed was the most thorough sales associate, and did not make me feel pressured to make the decision. He allowed me to visit other dealerships in the area and not only did Kia s vehicle stand out the most in its class, the dealership in general seemed to be the only one that genuinely listened to me and had my best interest in mind. I ll be loyal to this dealership even if I move states, because that s what a good business deserves in return.

Bought my 17 year old daughter her first new car from Keith Gannett at Myrtle Beach Kia. Being a woman I was pretty guarded and curt with him.. However, Keith earned my trust with his patience and honesty of who he was, not just a salesman but also a Christian man! Knowing nothing of Kia as a brand I was pretty impressed with the Kia Soul and warranty! My expectations were highly met, and the warranty was more than I can expect for a new driver. Keith checked all the boxes and preparing this car to go home with us. I highly recommend Myrtle Beach Kia and Keith Gannett..

Went in to look at cars with my Grandparents and was immediately greeted by Jason Gingras. He helped us from the moment we got there up until setting up Bluetooth on my new Hundai before driving off the lot! Very knowledgeable and personal, my know-it-all Grandfather was very impressed with all he did for us which says a bunch. I am not one to expect anything for free. I was raised in Manhattan and outside of the city, and have not experienced let me do you favor type of thing - especially when it comes to cars. I purchased my Kio in late 2021 and drove it across country from the west coast to Myrtle Beach. And I established contact with MB Kia as they would be my closest Kia dealership. Immediately, they wanted to purchase my car. It was late 2021 and the car had less than 3,000 miles and it was hard time in the world and harder for cars. Frankly, I was lucky I found this car and it was a bit of a miracle that an amazing Kia dealer in Oregon located it for me. I was not selling the car. I had not owned a car in over 11 years and had to purchase this car to live here because there is no reliable mass transit which I had been using as my main method of transportation from mid 2010 to late 2021. And I have been really lucky with the car and only take it to MB Kia for oil changes. However, I did back into a pole the other day. Very gently for the most part but it did pop out a piece of the bottom of the bumper. Photo attached. And I had the piece to put back. So, I drove over to MB Kia and encountered a service tech. I explained and showed him the problem. Before doing so, a coworker notice the situation on my car, and took a flashlight, looked in and said, there is a plug that has to be removed, and then you should be able to come up from under the car. Would involve laying on the ground. My coworker did not have tools to do this, and I would not ask him. That's a stretch in my opinion and I really don't know him well. So, now I am standing at the service area at MB Kia with the service tech, and he says "Oh, you have to take this to a body shop, They need to pop off the entire back bumper and fix that way." I explained what my co-worker told me and the tech said "nope" doesn't work that way. "If I could help you I would, and if it was that simple, I would reinstall but it's not." Hmm. Tech gave me the card for a body shop that MB Kia uses. I inquired as to the cost and was told probably about $80.00 30 minutes of labor. Okay, off I went. BUT, and there is always a but, that was NOT the case at all. My co-worker was correct because I went to a different collision center than suggested, 5 minutes later, no lift or bumper removal, fixed and zero dollars. The nice man said, oh it's good to help people out when you can and this was simple. He did state that dealership employees are there to sell cars and not do favors. I believe this now and really disappointed by MB Kia. Now, the tech could of thought this was how to fix the car, and that is scary in itself because he should know how to repair all parts of the car. He could of been drumming up business for the collision center he suggested and have some sort of deal with them, or could of been plain lazy and not care about providing excellent customer service and helping a lady out. You be the judge. Suffice to say I probably won't go back to MB Kia. And a family member is looking to purchase a brand new Kia, and I was going to suggest MB but not any more. Kia in Florence is a little further but they have been amazing and will get the sale and business in the future.

Ask for Jake Devlin! We just purchased 2024 Sportage and Jake was super knowledgeable, got us a great deal, and made the purchasing process streamline. 100% recommend this dealership and Jake as the salesman. We will be back for our next one.

If you re thinking about buying a new vehicle from this dealership find another or get a different car. Their service department is the worst. It could take weeks to get an appointment, it s nearly impossible to reach them, they don t return phone calls, they don t call you back when they promise and screw up the simplest task.On top of that they re sloppy. They forgot to reset my oil warning light after an oil change so the reset indicator came on every time I started the car. When I called to get it resolved they told me I needed to make an appointment. When I questioned the mistake THEY made they basically said take a number. I figured I could live with the light until my next appointment.When I purchased my new car as an accessory I had Myrtle Beach KIA put on window air deflectors, one was flapping in the wind within 6000 miles.More recently I dropped off my car there to replace a tire. I also told them about the indicator light for the oil change, they assured me they would take care of it. It took a day to get a replacement tire, if they were telling the truth which I don t believe, I could understand the delay. When I called to see if it came in they said it did and would get to it in the morning and call me.The next morning no call. I called to find its status, I gat a recording that said I would get a call back immediately. That never happened. I called back and FINALLY got through. They told me that someone was just assigned and it would be ready in an hour and a half.Now I go to pickup my car and asked if they fixed the oil change indicator light and the service manager said they didn t fix it and would get right to it. A man came out, hopped in my car for a few minutes and said he fixed it. When I get home I shut off the car then started it again and the oil change indicator light popped up.I ve been buying new cars for 50 years and have never experienced such incompetence and terrible customer service.I m done with KIA. Anyone want to buy a KIA Niro Hybrid with low mileage?

This rating is for Will in service the service department he is great. If you ever in the service department make sure you ask for him. He really exceeds all standards of great customer service. As long as he is there I will continue coming back because it's rare that you find good people in a service department

I went to purchase a car and also trade in my car the complete process was handled wonderfully my salesman was Eric he took his time to show us all about the car also sales manager Wess made a good deal with my trade in and last Mike he went over my warranty and financing. Was very refreshing dealing with a car dealer that everyone was looking to help you if you need a Kia go see them at Myrtle Beach

The most rudest and incompetent individuals in the dealership game. Buy a Honda or a Toyota, KIA dealerships and cars are deplorable so are the staff. Brought my care in for multiple lights on the dash, when I picked it up I specifically asked if all warning lights were addressed and the individual at the service counter said yes. Started the car and some of the lights are back on and then he back tracked when I went in and stated there are lights still on, his response " Well I don't know, there is no tech here". So why lie when I specifically asked if everything was addressed when I first went in. Typical KIA mentality and service - horrendous.

So far today, KIA service advisor Matt and the roadside assistance have both been fantastic. I bought my 2022 at this dealership brand new. This is the first issue I have had with this vehicle. I have heard horror stories about other dealerships here in Myrtle Beach, but I will say, they are taking good care of me here. I appreciate the great customer service

me and my wife were looking for a new van and we were looking at all the makes and models, ran across the kia carnival and fell in love with it. now we wanted a certain model, and this was the Trickey task we wanted the VIP seating and seemed to be a task to accomplish, well Joe Claudio at myrtle beach kia took extensive time to find the exact one we wanted, and he found it! I called numerous dealers via several states and got a run around, they wanted money down etc. Joe said no worries let me do what I need to do, and I will call you. he sure did! before that we wanted to test drive one, he drove to my job and we went on test drive with a base model just to see if we liked how, it drove and handled, that to me is a salesman doing everything to make a customer happy. he was on top with staying in contact with us and told us he found one and is having it delivered same color specs and package we wanted. we went to the dealer same day and signed the paperwork and left. he also came in on his day off to deliver the car! top notch!!

Be very careful about "saving a lot of money"! This dealership ADDS $4995 TO EVERY CAR ABOVE THE STICKER PRICE. THEN says they're giving you a discount off of the "made up" false "Dealer list price" so you still.pay OVER STICKER for the vehicle! And the $525 "closing.fee" is additional DEALER PROFIT!" DON'T PAY IT.GO on line & shop nearby. Don't pay these exorbitant prices.

Great Service from the staff!! Will Thibodeau and Matt in service department are awesome!! These guys are jam packed every day but are able to work with you to get you scheduled. I needed first 7500-mile service and a recall upgrade and they got me in despite the huge backlog. Thanks guys! I've learned that it is best to schedule routine work way in advance to get on the calendar. Clientele has increased 3-fold in the last few years and they are doing everything they can to keep up and accommodate everyone. just be a little patience and they will get you in.

I highly recommend Kia of Myrtle Beach. I m from out of town and stopped by KMB while in town for other business just to see what was on the lot. I spoke with Thomas and told him exactly what I was looking for and my price range. I wasn t in any particular rush to buy a new car. Without being a pest or pushy, Thomas did a great job of staying in touch and trying to find exactly what I was looking for. About two months later, Thomas came through and delivered exactly what he promised, at a price $12,000 cheaper than dealerships in my area. I was happy to travel from Spartanburg to Myrtle beach for that kind of service and savings. In a time when many dealerships will take advantage of you because they can, I was very pleased with Thomas and his team. My wife is now the proud owner of a beautiful telluride, and I will be referring anyone looking for a Kia to KMB.

Had a great experience with Will Thibodeau on having to bring my car in for 2 recalls. He explain everything thoroughly, timely, and service with a smile. I always enjoy all my service advisors at Kia. The only down side, wish you guys were a little closer on the north end! Other than that; always have had a great experience.

I am a senior citizen that just purchased my first new car EVER! A brand-spanking-new Kia Sorento Hybrid. My salesperson was Joe Claudio and he went above and beyond helping me get the car I wanted for a price I could afford. I felt comfortable dealing with him and he is great at his job. The entire dealership was extremely nice and by the time I was finished with this purchase, they felt like family. I whole heartedly recommend buying your next car from Joe and the Myrtle Beach Kia family!

Originally, I felt a little defeated with scheduling and lack of rental cars but all in all Will made it happen for our family. My car needed to be serviced and extra checked even though it s only a year old and purchased in Willmington. The service department did their best to make things right!

Service man Will was awesome. Was able to squeeze me into his schedule at the last minute and got me taken care of! I purchased my car almost a year ago and all oil changes and services have been taken care of by this gentleman!!
