Great experience with our sales agent, he helped us narrow down the exact model we wanted. We love our Kona Se & everybody asks about it. It the neon yellow. Great vehicle at a fair price. Dealership is clean. Never felt pressured. Very transparent pricing & financing. Got in & out shopping & purchasing in very timely manner & it was a busy Saturday afternoon so we really appreciated the smooth process.

They take amazing care of me and always assure that my vehicle is repaired correctly. The new location is amazing ! Their staff is top knotch and waiting area comfortable with snacks and free coffee or bottled water.

Had my vehicle serviced at MB Hyundai. Was impressed with the speed and manner that I was greeted. More importantly I was thrilled at the straight forward conversation and how they managed my expectations. Had a few items to take care of so they were upfront about the range of cost and time required to service. Then they exceeded my expectations in terms of cost and wait time. Had a fantastic experience on this visit. Kudos to Jason and Jessica.

We've had an ongoing issue with the trunk of our SONATA, which was purchased in N.Y. Brook Billmeyer listened to us, and went above and beyond to make sure it was fixed at no cost to us. Thank you for outstanding customer service every time we take our car in for service! Truly outstanding staff and the coffee is good too!!

This dealership was amazing! Dave was our sales representative and he did a fantastic job teaching us about the different types of vehicles and really making sure we know what is what! The dealership is so friendly and pretty big! They have a kids area and a waiting area with coffee, soft drinks and muffins. They were all so nice and I couldn t have asked for a better experience!

We had a flashing symbol on our Hyundai palisade that we couldn t figure out. We called the dealership and spoke with Victor. He told us to bring the car in and he would check out the symbol. When we got to the dealership, he helped us right away. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable and we really appreciated his willingness to help us in such a timely manner.

Conveniently located and modern new dealership in Myrtle Beach. The team takes the time to understand your needs and is very conversant about the vehicles in their inventory. Good process to evaluate the Hyundai options. I purchased a Santa Fe. We worked with Kevin. Great technical training and education to get you set up with Hyundai on line. The vehicle has many helpful technical tools which I an still learning.

I purchased my Hyundai from another dealership in April, but when I received a recall I sought out a closer dealership to have the care of my vehicle. I chose Myrtle Beach Hyundai. I was able to schedule my appointment over the mobile app. Once I arrived, I was promptly met by a service tech that greeted and verified everything. They escorted me to the waiting area that has a charging station, work area, TVs, comfortable seating, water, sodas, snacks and coffee. I was kept up-to-date during the experience and once the service was complete, I was given a detailed explanation of the findings and was escorted to checkout then escorted to my vehicle. This experience was repeated during my oil change as well. Very much impressed and happy with the total experience.

The salesman, Geff, took great care of us even though we told him right off the bat that we were merely browsing for a future purchase. By the way, it was raining pretty badly when we stopped in. Geff walked through the inventory with us, answered our questions, took us on a Tucson test drive, and offered us something to drink. We asked for his card & will be back there when our car lease is up to make a purchase.

I just want an oil change I'm only in Myrtle Beach for a week and they told me it would take 3 weeks to get me in. Then I asked them if they can do an update on my GPS system because my car is telling me to?? THEY TOLD ME THEY WON'T DO IT?? I HAVE TO WORK WITH THE FACTORY? HYUNDAI TOLD ME THAT'S NOT TRUE I CAN JUST GO TO ANY HYUNDAI SERVICE SHOP AND THEY WOULD DO IT!!! SO THEY LIED. Wow I was excited because the dealership called me back after this review!! Unfortunately instead of listening to me he argued about what I posted!! He still claim it takes 3 to 5 weeks to get an oil change! I told him I drove my car after I hung up with them and took it to Jiffy Lube, they did it right away and got it done in 15 minutes. I suggested that they should look at having one stall open just for a oil change so you can satisfy their customers. He thought about?? Then he told me that the Hyundai dealer will not do an upgrade on customers computer, I told him that they did already in Wisconsin?? I will stay with my review!!!!

Today, my sister and I made a trip to Myrtle Beach Hyundai to find a car that was right for me. I fell in love with the Santa Cruz that I saw online and Steve Burns was happy to let me test drive it. From that point on I was sold. Steve was very informative and helpful during our time at the dealership. Definitely would recommend working with him to anyone, especially those who may be a little apprehensive about car shopping. Overall, it was a good day!

Went in for oil change on my wife's 2022 Tucson and it took 2 hours. Waiting room very clean and well stocked with drinks and snacks. People very polite and helpful but no idea why it took so long with an appointment. Offers to replace the cabin air filter for only $58 which isn't as bad as others but it's a 2 minute job for a $15 part. But it was free under warranty and comfortable wait was phone and a book so no big deal. Got a car wash as I nice bonus

Don t buy your new or used vehicle from Myrtle Beach Hyundai. Extremely poor customer service and very Rude service department manager Jason Bonadonna and staff.I own a 2022 Hyundai Santa Cruz this is in full warranty. There is an issue involving the door to the gas fill. The door would open sometimes and not open at other times. The door would not open when ready to fill the tank leaving me panicking at the pump. Having a wife and a special needs daughter this was very concerning to me. This happened on three different occasions. The last time resulting in having to call the dealership for suggestions on how to open it. I attempted what they had told me to do for about 30 minutes before the door finally opened and I was able to fill the tank. The dealership advised me to make an appointment to come in and have this problem fixed since it was an ongoing problem and it would be fixed under warranty. I called Myrtle Beach Hyundai at 760 Frontage Rd. Myrtle Beach SC. 29577 and set an appointment taking it to them today to have this issue fixed. When I arrived, I got out and showed Vincent Floravanti the Sevice Technician that the door would not open when mashed. He witnessed this and said that they would have it fixed . He was the most friendly person working there that we dealt with that day. Offering to help us with our special needs daughter. They kept my car in the back for over two hours, having me wait in the waiting room only to come out and say that door was working fine for them. Saying that they would get into trouble if they replaced a door that was not broken. They refused to take my word for it and the word from Vincent Floravalli a service technician that witnessed the door not opening. I m not sure what the man s problem was but he came across as being very rude and not at all understanding about my worries . I ask him what was I to do when I was 5 hours away from my home and the gas door wouldn t open. This is when he rudely said that is wasn t his problem. I told him that he didn t have to be so rude and that I needed to speak to the manager. He then just stormed off away from me, with an attitude. I had to go to the service desk and ask to speak to the manager. Jason Bonadonna the service manager finally came in, after making me wait another 20 minutes He was just about as bad as the Service Advisor,saying that they wouldn t honor the warranty that I had on my vehicle. Saying that they had to witness the door not working and they wouldn t just take my word Fitbit and fix the male functioning door.This is a constant ongoing problem I m having with my new car and this dealership refused to honor my warranty and fix this broken door. Being extremely Rude and all but calling me a lier. Im still having problems with the door not opening and Hyundai refuses to fix this serious problem. I have it all on video.

Just to set the stage, I already own a Hyundai and I love it. I walked in that day in anticipation of buying a new car.From the moment we sat at the desk it felt very uncomfortable, we couldn't get any pricing. Everything was "about" or "approximately". I was told that unless I was ready to say for certain that I was going to buy, I couldn't be given a price based on real numbers. Every price I was given was a guesstimate.Needless to say I left, and purchased my first VW (Tiguan) that same day, form Myrtle Beach VW. Where they know how to treat customers.

It was great. It was our 1st time there. We had bought an extra key fob they had to program it to the car. They informed us we had a recall which was a computer update in which they took care of while we were there. We pulled in a few minutes before our appt. Told to go into waiting room and they called us when it was done. It didn't take to long maybe 1-1.5 hrs you had 2 big screen tv's to watch they had complimentary Water & sodas in an under counter refrigerator. They also had on the counter above refrigerators tea & coffee. They also had different chips,crackers and I believe it was muffins on counter. The chairs in the waiting area were very comfortable.

Mathew Duro sold me my Sante Fe three years ago . Car has been great; no issues in three years. Last week my backup camera stopped working. I called Matthew about it and he had me bring the car in the next day. Even though I didn t have an appointment, he got the service department to fit me in. A new camera was installed and I got my car back within 24 hours I would highly recommend him if you need a new car and the dealership is very friendly and accommodating.

I got my oil changed on my 2023 Venue (first service) Brook Billmeyer was my advisor, and he was absolutely fantastic! He walked me through everything that was done in the first service, made sure everything was done correctly. Can t recommend Brook enough for an advisor. 10/10

I took my 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe to Myrtle Beach Hyundai to get repairs done on the engine that was factory warranty the representative Mr. victor tells me to bring it in and he would get service done with no problem. In 29 days, they called me to pick the vehicle up because repairs were done. The dealership wanted me to pay an additional fee of $160 for a dynastic that I did not recommend authorized to them. The vehicle would not come out of gear until the brake Shifter switch was replaced. And I refuse to pay for it which I stated to him prior to that. The vehicle had no issues other than the engine. When I drove it there his supervisor Mr. Jason Bonadonna Stated that I had to pay for it. And I told him that I refused to pay it because it was something that happened at the dealership. He recommends me not to come back to his property for no reason because I was right. He tried to convince me to pay out of my pocket for the dynastic test. He was very unprofessional at this business, and he is just an employee to cover something for a $160 that I did not due to the vehicle. He was rude and disrespectful. I recommend nobody to take the vehicle or deal with Mr. Jason is not the person for that job. I never got beside myself. I would never disrespect him. I own a business as well. I also have video of our conversation in his office and the Pullies on the vehicles about to come off because they are damaged.

I bought my car from another dealer, however, I wanted to find a closer dealership that would help maintain my Santa Fe and came upon Myrtle Beach Hyundai. They have a new location and a beautiful showroom. I was having an issue with my car and I called the service department and was speaking with Michael Walsh. Told him the problem and he said bring it in. My car was under warranty and had a few recalls. The service department fixed my car that day and the recalls and I was on my way. Sadly the service manager has horrible customer support and communication. I had a paint repair with a loaner car scheduled. I called the Friday before to confirm and left a voicemail, twice! Nothing.. it s been over a week and all I hear are crickets. This is a warranty repair, on my 3rd Sonata purchase. BTW, Hyundai better improve their paint quality. I ve seen too many cars with paint issues.

We have owned several Hyundai vehicles and worked with multiple service departments in dealerships in North and South Carolina. Myrtle Beach Hyundai, by far, is the most honest and customer friendly dealership we have ever dealt with!! Jessica Madonna, our service advisor, is the most professional service person we have ever met. She has guided us through multiple issues that our 2016 Sonata Sport Limited has had and she has always gone above and beyond to get our issues resolved. The Service Manager Jason also was very helpful initially giving us the correct information we needed to submit our case to Hyundai and then Jessica took over and followed through at every turn. Bravo to Myrtle Beach Hyundai for having such awesome people taking care of their customers in the service department.
