They did a good repair on my SRT. It took over a week and I should have had a rental car but they didn't have any. They do send you a text saying they will keep you informed about your repair but I never received any updates.

Yup, they ordered and had my part the next day. It was Mopar, which is good, but $$$ for something I should have bought on Amazon for 1/3 the cost. Was surprised they didn't ask me about my jeep and ask if I had anything needed for it for service or customization. Oh well, FBK it is!

I called needing my jeep fixed on a Monday and they were so far behind it would be Friday before they could even look at it so I called DeFalcos they had it fixed in two days.Thanks for your response I will definitely try you again. I didn t feel it was your fault. Being busy is a good thing and I really appreciated your shop being up front and honest with me instead of getting me in there and keeping me all week. Honesty goes a long ways with me especially in a repair shop. If I break down again I will be calling your shop.

Had to have a radio installed because the one that came with the car went bad. They had to order a new radio and told me it would take about a month to come in. About 10 days later they called and said the radio came in. I stopped by the dealership to see when I should bring the car in and they told me if I had about an hour they could install it. An hour later the radio was installed and I was on my way. Service has always been good at this dealership.

I am new to the area and needed a few things done for my Jeep and this place has become my favorite and my new home for my jeep, service is outstanding 100% ,, I could not be more happy with them..

Very friendly staff that go out of their way to make sure they take care of your needs. They make sure you don t have to wait more than needed when my vehicle was being serviced.
