Eh, it's a dealership mechanic. Don't expect the price to be cheap or to be done in a timely manner. Even oil changes are best to just drop off your vehicle unless you have 2-4 hours to waste.

Well I made a appointment little did I know at the end of the day they said well we did not get to it today will bring it in tonight and will be the first one they do in the morning ok well. I showed up thinking my van would be ready . But not they wanted to keep it another night just to put it on the machine to tell me what was wrong with it . Sorry poor customer service there I took my van home and now looking for a place that will treat the customer with some respect.

We arrived on vacation and the 2nd day we were here our 2022 Chevrolet Equinox wouldn't start, I had my vehicle towed to Myrtle Beach Chevrolet they notified me that they were very busy but would get to me as soon as possible, Becki was a very helpful service advisor got us a rental at enterprise and in a couple days had us up and running again, I am very pleased by the service department and Becki the service advisor !Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

I have a 2021 chevrolet silverado with 18,500 miles that is used for personal use and never used for towing. They charged me over $1000 for rotars/brakes due to environmental concerns & wouldn't process it under the warranty. This vehicle is known for brake issues. So much for buying 15+ new gm vehicles since 1988.Service: BrakesService: Brakes

Had to get new keys made. If you have something to do don t go here. I dropped the car off at opening and I m still here at 5:00. They can t tell me when it will be complete and I m an hour late for work. I m furious at this point
