Since 2009 I bought 4 Corvettes, 3 Cadillacs and 1 Chevy Blaze and each came from MB Chevy and Cadillac. I have always been more than satisfied with all the sales and service staffs. When the new models of the C7 and C8 Corvettes became available I purchased them without up charges completely unlike other dealers in the area. Mr Rodrigues is a honorable and ethical owner who will continue to have my business and loyalty. I just bought my first EV last week and the sales consultant, Mark Ackerman, took a great deal of time going through setups and procedures which were new to both my wife and myself. If you like to feel comfortable and treated fairly this is the place to buy a vehicle.

Just had a great experience working with the sales team at especially, Monica. She was very proactive and responsive and if she didn't have information for me she very quickly got it. Davide was a great help, especially as it pertains to electric vehicles. Overall a great experience and I would definitely go back.

The service department was terrible, I took my car in having an engine part failure to be replace under my powertrain warranty, and the lady stated that the part was not covered under my powertrain warranty. So I contacted multiple Chevrolet dealerships and they all stated that the part was in fact covered under the powertrain warranty. So I was able to contact and make a case with GM Headquarters, and they said the piece was also under my powertrain warranty, and stated that they would be in further contact with me while they get the problem solved.

Myrtle Beach Cadillac is the best dealership I ever had to deal with they are very kind and very helpful I have never met a car dealership that was any where near as good. Greg in the service department is in a class all my himself nobody better.

I recently posted a bad review after having such a horrible experience. In this review, I won't go over all the negative details, but I'm glad to do my part to post a review that the issue is finally resolved the third time.I appreciate Tony, the service rep, for understanding my frustration and doing his best to resolve the issues. Tony eventually was able to help me get a meeting with the manager, Jesse, who also understood it was a mistake on their end and was empathetic and valued my business. I get it: Mechanics can make mistakes no matter their long tenure and expertise. However, the manager, Jesse, made it right and gave me a couple of free oil changes, and that was a grand gesture to restore my confidence that the customer is a priority. So, thanks to the team for holding everyone accountable and making it right. I am satisfied.

We ve moved here over 5 years ago. We came from Chicago where we had choices in dealerships. Unfortunately, this is the only Cadillac dealer in the area and by far the worst dealer I ve ever experienced since I began purchasing vehicles over 40 years ago. Even though I love Cadillacs, you are much better off purchasing a different brand, just so you don t have to deal with this firm.

My boyfriend went to Cadillac for an oil change. Everything went good. The next day a woman from there called to how the service was all he said was he felt the price was a little high & she hung up on him. Very bad customer service. That was very rude of her. I think if someone is going to call about the service they should not hang up on a customer. You want people to come back not go somewhere else.

Do not buy a car from here! They tried ripping my 75 year old mother off and called her a liar after she already purchased multiple vehicles from them. She ordered a new car from them and waited over a month for it to come in. Terms for the purchase of the new vehicle as well as her trade in were already agreed upon however when the vehicle finally came in and she went to pick it up they completely went back on their original agreement with her and giving her a to bad attitude while calling her a liar. The owner of this dealership claims to be a family man and a Christian but they couldn't be farther from that. They are extremely lucky that I did not go in with her that day as she called me extremely upset when she returned. How dare you treat her like that. She is 75 years old with a dying husband at home. The only reason she was trading her other car in was to get lower payments so she can pay for his care. She ended up going to Judd kuhn where they helped her every step of the way and were unbelievably companionable and nice to here. Big difference!! This dealership has NOT heard the last from me. I'm just getting started. We will be talking to GM headquarters in 2 weeks.

Worst service department in the area. Had a scheduled oil change at 8:30 AM and didn t leave until 11:30 AM. No communication about the expected, wait and little to no understanding of how to schedule service appointments in an efficient manner.

Contacted them about trading in 2 vehicles for 2 new vehicles. I sent them all info on ones we were trading in and they stated they were busy and would get back to me the next morning. I didn t hear from them at all the next day and I even emailed them stating I was still waiting hear back from them. Crickets! They must not need or want business! It s been 2 weeks and still haven t heard from them. We went to Cary and made the trades that day! I would not recommend going here if you are looking for good service!

Went in for a recall and when I went to picked up the vehicle it was wash and shiny!....they even had it completed before the estimated Time!! Even a shuttle was offered to take me where I wanted to go! Can't remember the lady name I dealt with at the service department but she was top notched!!I had gone to Jud Kuhn Chevrolet in Little River with the same recall and they kept the vehicle all day then called when they were close to close, the lady on the phone said "come and get it" when I went there she claimed the parts didn't come in so it wasn't done! (And this was an appointment)

Unethical, shameful and uncaring. In 75 years, never treated so poorly. Promised an amount for my Cadillac to purchase a Chevy Trailblazer as my husband is dying. I'm trying to cut costs (they knew this). After waiting 2 months for the Chevy, the sales manager lied and said they quoted a lower price for the Cadillac.Also tried to rip me off on the lease deal compared to what other dealers are offering. Probably figured we'll take advantage of this old lady. I did my homework and not fall for it. Do not go there - they are disgraceful!!!

I purchased two new Cadillac XT-5 and traded two 2019 XT-5 with this dealership about one week ago. My experience was excellent, as they were very easy to work with and gave a more then fair trade for my used cars. I worked with Elle Griffin, as my sales Consultant, she was very professional and extremely knowledgeable regarding the new Cadillac XT-5 systems and was able to quickly walk me through the set-up. Elle is one of the best sales associates I have worked with....I have purchased 5 Cadillac's for me and my wife in the past 6 years. Work with her you will be impressed.

Run! Run fast, run far from this dealer's service dept. I had a horrible, horrible experience with them. I had been a repeat customer until recently. I took my vehicle in for 3 minor repairs. One repair they wouldn't even do, "too difficult", second, repair non-functioning inside door handle, third, replace all u-joints with greasable type u-joints.They let my vehicle sit for 3 weeks without touching it. I just happened to be nearby on a Saturday evening, saw my vehicle sitting in the parking lot with plastic over driver window. Stopped in, inspected, nothing had been touched......for 3 weeks. Went back on Monday, service writer girl told me they where "swamped", service Mgr knew nothing about my vehicle being there. It took another 9 days to complete 2 repairs........I thought.Couple weeks later, cleaning and waxing my vehicle, I dropped a tool and, of course, it rolled to the middle under my vehicle. Crawled under, looked up and saw 1 of the u-joints without a grease fitting. Only 1 u-joint out of 3 I paid for were the greasable type, and the technician didn't bother greasing that one.The technician also didn't bother greasing the slip yoke on the drive shaft, nor finish installing the hardware, just stuck the bolts in but didn't install the washers or nuts. And finishing the job, the technician had the carrier bearing out, laying on a work bench and didn't see, or didn't care the bearing was bad. No call to the customer, shows to me no "test drive" was done after the "repair".Like I said, RUN!

I have had all service for my Cadillac XT5 completed at Myrtle Beach Cadillac. Kensley Chapman has been my service advisor and has done an exceptional job in managing these service visits. She is outstanding. The service that has been completed has been done to perfection and I could not be more satisfied with my experiences at Myrtle Beach Cadillac. I highly recommend them to anyone purchasing a car or for any service needed. They are first rate!

We bought a Certified XT5 2018 in July 2021. The service has been outstanding until today.We have put only 6k miles on the car and the breaks dropped into poor condition from in great shape. Very low driving miles for breaks to go bad.We felt, being a CERTIFIED CADILLAC that they would take care of us. The sales manager was going to charge over 800.00 for new breaks. Remember 6000 since July 2021, the best the would do is 400.00Our suggestion, if you buy from this a CERTIFIED CADILLAC from here, take the care to a trusted mechanic to go over the car. You might find the certification may be wrong.

The service ladies are nice. My warranty has rental and they make you go to hertz now according to the service workers which is lame because we buy luxury to ride luxury and spend a lot of money on service when needed. The older lady at the front desk of the dealership is nasty and acts like she is being bothered when you talk to her, I m not dealing with her ugly attitude anymore when I go there. We all have our bad days but don t take it out on me buy a stress ball or something I m not your punching bag.2014 Cadillac CTs owner

They will overcharge you and then negotiate to make you feel like they are good people. They charge over 125.00 an hour for labor. . I have never dealt with a dealership that had such low ethics. They had to put a piece in my transmission that took 5 hours and tried to charge me 1,500. Never do your service here.

The reason I gave Myrtle Beach Cadillac five starts is because Myrtle Beach has an employee named Ramon who was my service adviser took good care of me and attended me very quickly. He even showed me why my 2004 Cadillac was recalled. Ramon took his time and showed good customer service to me and a few other customer that came in while I was waiting. Ramon had no problem answering all my concerned that I had about my car. I would recommend Ramon to all my friends because I know he would give them 100% attention to there concern and they will leave Myrtle Beach Cadillac with a smile, like I did. Wish there was more then 5 stars and I would of picked them all. Thank you Ramon.

I was SUPER impressed with this dealership. Cameron was wonderful and very knowledgable, they got me more than I was expecting for my trade in, and Tony the finance guy worked FOR me, getting be a 1.9% rate! I bought three cars in three days from these guys!

Great dealership. They always take care of me. Service dept friendly and efficient. Paul Rodriguez the owners son is AWESOME. REX IN SALES IS SUPER AS WELL. Highly recommend purchasing a car from them. Christians too. They will take great care of you!!!

Dealership does not look like what Cadillac requires as their standard look. Very few masks being worn. Sales people all standing around joking with each other. If you need help it will take awhile and then its like they are doing you a favor. Only reason to go here is for warranty work unfortunately. Vehicles are over priced and they just don't seem to really care. They need to send in an undercover shopper and get feed back they would probably be surprised, I will buy the next vehicle elsewhere. Sorry for the review but I gave owned 309 cars and have sold cars for a few dealerships. I wouldn't work here. Hopefully they will take this as constructive criticism and try to impove.

I am super excited that we visited this dealership when we were seeking our new car. Our salesperson (Charles C.) was extremely professional and a no pressure type guy. Super grateful for his knowledge and professionalism. I would highly recommend this dealership. Love my NEW XT5

We are from out of town and brought in our XT-5 for service. The service department was professional, helpful and very efficient. Brad Davis, the service advisor, was a real pleasure to work with as well as the other staff. We will be using Myrtle Beach Cadillac as our dealership now that we live here.

Beware of buying used vehicles from Chevrolet/ Cadillac in North Myrtle Beach SC. I bought a 2017 Cadillac xt5 and within 2 hours of driving home with it, the torque converter went out! Well they did replace it but now there is another problem.......the whole rear end serves when going over any bumps at highway speeds and I've taken it in almost 4 different times now and they claim they can't find anything wrong. This most recent trip I ask for a detail to be done and that went horrible as well. There was spray marks all over my vehicle that wasn't even wiped and the same from the inside of my vehicle. There was spray splatters on the center of my windshield and rear view mirror that never was wiped up. Not a good place to buy a vehicle or to have service work "OR" have your vehicle detailed! Run if you know whats good for you.............*Update: called the dealership to notify them again of the same issues and no one calls back! Funny how they respond to Google review but not to the customer calling themselves to the stealership? There has also been an electrical issue as well that has just been blown over as well. That would be my mobile printer I need to have my work on the go. Everytime I open my drivers door while printer is on, the printer shuts down as soon as I shut the door? They said they try to duplicate these issues and the other issues and low and behold the issues are right back in 2 days......from whole rear end swerving when going over bumps at highway speeds because a torque converter was changed to my detail service was totally not a detail but a wham bam thank you mam job! Still have black smears all on my interior from the torque converter work they done. I was going to oay for this to be cleaned but they didn't think it was important enough for them to acknowledge! Now let's see how long it takes for the stealership to contact me back now that this will be my 4th time complaining about these all of above issues?

Service department Becky very rude , doesn t know the meaning of customer service. Hold times to speak to a manager and service department are Ridiculous long!Please stay away from these Crooks! Sold me a lemon and now offering to buy it back at what it s worth ( per owner) , which is -11,500 less than what I I paid for it, plus the $5000 cash I put down!
