Mercedes Benz The best or nothing , here is the worst service of all professional car repairs that I ve had.Wind noise, sunroof leaking and sunroof fly-away while driving were common issues for 2015 Mercedes Benz C300. Before these issues became a widespread issue and then there was a recall, this dealer blamed the intake tube for producing the wind noise and I paid $300+ for their fix, but the wind noise was still heard.I did not want to bring the car back because this dealer could come up another fix, which could be much more expensive such as replacing all the intake components that where the air came in.Then, one day, I figured out the root cause of the wind noise was from the sunroof, which could not close down all the way because the left bracket was out of track. By then, the car was out of warranty and water had started leaking into the car from the sunroof.So, I fixed the issue by pushing the sunroof down then sealed all the sunroof panels with $10 silicon purchased from Walmart: pulled out the fuse to turn off the sunroof permanently.That $10 silicon also fixed the wind noise issue, which was wrongly diagnosed by Mercedes-Benz of Myrtle Beach: replacing the intake tube, which I don t think that there has been a second repair like this.Due to the stain on headliners, this luxurious 2015 Mercedes Benz C300 was worth less than a used Toyota Corolla, but that $10 silicon from Walmart has been good more than 5 years.The vin is xxxxxxxxxx9462.

My first Mercedes vehicle and my first maintenance experience with it.Experience was excellent from entering to leaving. I am very particular about my vehicle and so is Mercedes of MB.The video inspection is a very good feature.Dealers other than Mercedes in our area seem to me to have two levels of service, one for area visitors and a lessor level for locals. I found Mercedes of MB to have one level of service front to back, top to bottom and that is one of EXCELLENCE.

Buyer, beware! I have bought from Myrtle Beach automotive at least five cars some Mercedes, and some BMW and I ve had the same salesman for a few years. I always thought mean did things right and was a nice guy. Until this LAST time. he said he was really busy so he had someone else help us. He was very sweet and nice but it was besides the point I didn t know why my regular salesman didn t make the time for me. I looked at some cars because I was trading in my BMW X5 and I went with a Mercedes car. I drove it home that night and realize that there was not gonna be enough room in there for me so the next morning I called the salesman and the other salesman that he sent me to both of them twice I left messages and my husband called and nobody called us back so we showed up there less than 20 hours that we bought a car with only 20 miles put on it and told them that we would like to get a bigger car or take the SUV back. He told me there was nothing that they could do about it and what really got me was that you wouldn t look me in the eye which to me is a sure sign of being dishonest. Now the fact that I had 20 miles on the vehicle and we were literally there within 20 hours of the purchase of the car. I was quite shocked that there was nothing they can do and that I felt the dishonesty with them. On top of it all one of the other managers called me back and my husband told him he paid us 4000 under Kelley blue book on our trade in which we didn t notice until the next day, and he said oh yeah, you re right we did make a mistake, however, there s nothing we can do about that now. That manager was trying to talk us up so we would come back but I assure you I will drive wherever I have to drive to get another BMW or Mercedes. I will never buy from this dealership ever again! Be careful and look over your paperwork real good. They also rush the paperwork at the end because the place was closing so that s why we never noticed it. They gave me very little for my car. Saying that these luxury cars depreciate in value very quickly, however, when we saw what they sold it for it was an outrageous amount almost the cost of a brand new one and it was three years old, so I don t understand how they depreciate so bad, but yet they made that much off of it I had only had it for almost three years which was my lease. I now realize why they couldn t do anything for me because my son saw the car listed and it was already sold the next day and we saw it with the writing on it across the street where they clean the cars up then the other financial guy tried to tell me they had to put new tires on it when I turned it in with 15,000 miles on it and had it serviced three weeks prior to this and they had said everything looked great! They would ve said some thing if I needed tires, so I know that was a lie. I am extremely disappointed in the way that they treated us and acted too good for us and for someone that is such a loyal customer not willing to do anything at all to try and help the situation. I would be very careful if you re shopping here and keep an eye on everything they re doing because there is some very dishonest people there that come off as really nice people but when it comes down to a problem, they don t care how you feel it s already over with they ve already made their profit so they re done with you, I would highly suggest going to Charleston to purchase your next vehicle over this dealership.

This place is great! Awesome communication! Brad Stewart really knows how to make people special! I live in the Charlotte area and there are BMW and Mercedes dealers here but would make the one-way 4-hour drive all over again just to have a dealership like this. One thing - they will make $5-7k off my vehicle so charging for new front tires probably wasn t necessary but get it. Thanks, again!

Our experience was great! For new residents of the Myrtle Beach area we were treated royally! We did not have an appt., but a problem arose with our 2010 Mercedes 350E requiring immediate service. One call to Mark and he took good care of us. Received a beautiful Mercedes 2017 SUV for a loaner, and had it until our car was serviced. It was a wonderful experience and plan on using them for all maintenance services in the future.

Great experience as always. Mark was exceptional in getting me in and out before I embarked on a coast to coast road trip. Your lounge also makes it easy to wait although your sales floor makes it way too tempting to upgrade. When I bought the car from this dealership years ago from Waylon he highly touted the service staff... He was not wrong. I am definitely a customer for life

Service department was terrific. Efficient, professional and precise. Our second trip to the dealership for service and they have been excellent both times.My only issue is with the attempt to talk with Finance Mgr. After waiting for 15 minutes to talk with him about a 5 minute question, he blew me off without a word, but, through the service concierge that was professional enough to wait with me until Mr. Important showed up.Can you spell Ford treatment ?

If I could give 10 stars I would. You hear the nightmare stories of car lots and salesmen and never really hear about the great ones. Well Jason and Ed and Myrtle Beach BMW were AMAZING! Probably had the worse service experience...Owned numerous Mercedes Benz the service department at mb myrtle beach until recently was very good. My last 2 experiences were mediocre and the most recent was a cluster.They should eliminate the word service as it was not what you would expect nor desire.It's a luxury car why did I feel I was dealing with a Yugo dealership.Won't be going back.

Recently, my husband and I helped our grandson purchase his first car. We had an immensely positive experience. We want to thank again Tom Jackson. He was professional and quite congenial. The only thing superior to the quality of a Mercedes Benz vehicle is the level of customer care at Myrtle Beach Automotive. Could not ask for a more outstanding buying experience. Went to Mercedes Dealer in Myrtle Beach to purchase a used vehicle that was online in a photo. Walked into dealership and everyone greet us with a smile and can we help you? Talked with the receptionist and she said would get us a salesman. Jacob Vinson walked out and asked if he could help us. We asked him about the vehicle they had advertised. He said let me locate it and get a dealer tag. He came back with a dealer tag with car brought to door, we got in and drove and were real happy. Let us experience how the car handled. After the test drive he took us back to his office and we said we were interested and what was the price for the vehicle? He had it in writing on a estimate form for us to revue and we said we would like to go home and discuss it. He said please call me if you have any question or I can help you. We called and he answered all our questions and e-mailed us finial numbers. We were so please at how professional the dealership was. We asked when we could pick it up he said he would get it back to detailing and fill with gas, I asked if he would call when it was ready. We picked the vehicle up looked great and what a great feeling to have a full tank of gas and have a wonderful experience at the dealership. Will recommend the dealership as a great experience Thank you for having a dealership run as this one was.

This dealership went above and beyond to make the buying process exceptional. My salesman, Dan, provided a no-pressure sales experience. The facility was state-of-the-art and offered a very comfortable atmosphere. The finance department went over my options for warranties and led me to the best fit for my use of the car, which is traveling for business. Although the car was used, it was exceptionally clean and very well taken care of. I know it would not even be on their lot if it was not in such great condition. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I cannot say enough about how perfect my experience was! We contacted Tim Rebe about a car we saw online. He knew we were driving from out of town, and was there and ready when we arrived. There were no hassles, nothing. He let us drive the car and do our thing. The car was detailed, and sitting upfront for my arrival. I could not have asked for more! Thank you guys for making this purchase fun and exciting!

I feel the dealership went over and above to make sure I got the vehicle I wanted. The transaction was prompt and they went out of there way to fix a couple of issues I pointed out on the car. They had these completed quickly since I was on vacation for the weekend. I got to enjoy my weekend and a pleasant experience with the Myrtle Beach Mercedes dealership. I would highly recommend this dealer.

I never write reviews but I felt it was necessary with the level and quality of service I received at this dealership. My friend and I purchased brand new BMW's from Robby and I just cant say enough how great and easy of an experience it was. Robby was an excellent client advisor and answered every one of my questions and made my trade in and stepping into my new BMW as well as my friends so easy. I live in Florida and I drove up just to deal with Robby, everything was taken care of and all I can say is it was an excellent experience and I didn't deal with one problem. My friend and I are so happy with our BMW's and all we can say is thank you Robby and thank you Myrtle Beach BMW.

I initially contacted the dealership via their website about a CPO 2012 ML350 after dealing with a very uncooperative dealership in the town that I live in. I received a prompt reply with all of the information and photos on the vehicle I inquired about. I sent over the VIN and other details and photos of the vehicle I was trading in and was given a firm appraisal via email along with a full buyers order. This proved very helpful as I live about an hour and a half from the dealership. Upon receiving the appraisal and buyers order I made arrangements to go to the dealership after work. Our sales rep Robby met us at the door and had the ML pulled up front for us to check out. We went on a test drive and my wife loved it(this vehicle was for her.) After the test drive I grabbed my registration and insurance information and we went to Robby's office where he took down all of our pertinent information. Soon we were in the finance dept to sign everything which was quick and painless. After signing they have a product specialist that went over all the features of the vehicle with my wife. We couldn't have been happier with our experience. No high pressure sales tactics, no typical car dealership games. I would highly recommend Myrtle Beach Automotive to anyone looking for a new or pre owned vehicle. This was by far the easiest car buying experience I've ever had.

I am a consultant and subject matter expert in the automobile industry, and General Manager, Waylon Johnson, Internet Sales, Tim Rebe and Finance Manager, Matthew Verost, were extremely professional, courteous and expeditious in their handling of the transaction. Thank you for showing me that dealers have embraced consumer demands and living up to their claim of being the most transparent dealership you have and will ever visit ! I was coming from Columbia to buy my dream car that I had been hunting for for weeks. Gabriella Morea, a Client Advisor at MB Automotive, was PHENOMENAL! I made the last minute decision to drive down one evening, and would be arriving in a rental car just before the dealership was supposed to close. I got there around 6:15, Gabriella had everything ready and waiting for me, and I was out the door in my new car before they closed at 7! Gabriella even went above and beyond in helping me get my rental car back to them before I left town. GREAT service, GREAT experience, GREAT pricing! My husband and I recently leased a MB SUV from this dealership. I was apprehensive at first since it's the only MB dealership in Myrtle. I'm from larger cities where we have more than one MB dealership, so the dealerships really bend over backwards for your business. Our salesman was Corbin Jarrett and he was great to work with. He impressed us with his extensive knowledge of the MB vehicles we test drove. I told him what I wanted (exterior/interior colors, trim level and upgrades). Corbin knew the vehicle I wanted and pulled it from the back lot (he didn't even have to check the computer). We were thoroughly impressed with his positive attitude, upbeat personality and MB knowledge. I've leased many cars in the last 15 years and my experience with Corbin ranks as one of my favorite car transactions. Thank you Corbin for your hard work and great attitude!

Miss Ashley provide me and my family best service i have ever got.She gave me courtesy vehicle for 3days no charge and manege to fixed my car at very little time, the tech. guy has to stay a little late to finished it up.I want to thanks miss Ashley very very much and the tech who stay late to finished it up. More over the price was very good for replaced fuel pump for a little under $1,400.00.Thank you I am from Columbus Ohio and We were in vacation at beautiful Myrtle beach.

Purchased a Sprinter online sight unseen. Was nervous about it never had I done anything like that. John took great care of me, I was so happy with my van.The more time passes I am more appreciative of it & the complete experience.Purchasing a used vehicle no longer sucks at least @ MBMB.The con was not being able to get to meet the team in person, & see Myrtle Beach!Next time I hope to!

I was traveling from Northeast Ohio and got a flat on my way to North Myrtle Beach. Brandon in Service got me right in and within 2 Hours my tire was replaced and the service department did the 20,000 mile service on my car. All went well and after it was washed and vacuumed at no charge I was on my way good as new. Only have great things to say about Brandon and BMW of Myrtle Beach. Thanks again

Very efficient from the initial contact. Scheduling was done via internet My records were waiting when I arrived. We were provided a courtesy car for our use, only requirement was that we replace the gas we used (honor system) Car was ready earlier than anticipated. All repairs and questions were answered. Of course, the car was washed and cleaned. Very satisfied and will returned if needed.

Jon did a great job with our service needs. On a Friday, late afternoon he organized a loaner car for us when our S550 was towed in with a flat left front tire. The tire was ordered and replaced. They also performed the Service 'B' which was due in 20 days. Great help to us and thanks!
