Waited 2 weeks for a Side Mirror I ordered to be shipped. Once I received it the Mirror was Damaged and plastic was broken off. I understand the damages probably happened during shipping, but they ordered it from Mopar and didn t check the box prior to shipping it out.I contacted them and sent it back. I am currently waiting on getting my replacement Side Mirror.I will come back and edit my Review once I receive another Side Mirror that is undamaged.

Parts arrived quickly and were consistent with description. Shipping seemed expensive given the weight and dimension, but compared to the service quote by the local dealership for the same parts, it was still very cost effective. All in all a good transaction and will consider this source again when servicing any future needs.

A gas tank for a dodge magnum was purchased from Mopar parts Inc and ended up being returned. Return shipping was charged as well as a restocking fee which is understandable but when it came down to a refund these people really have given such a hard time. Part of the refund was sent back to bank account than they took it back and that caused the bank account to overdraft and than they say they're going to send a check..... still haven't received it. And now they say that can't locate tracking number for refund check.... I would recommend these crooks to absolutely no one.

I will reserve my rating upon seeing if Mopar parts inc. cancels my order. I ordered this and they sent me an email stating that it is on back order and i could cancel it. The problem is that there is no way to cancel it. no links, both phone numbers do not recieve calls and there is no way to get a hold of any one. i will give it a couple of days and if i do not get a response i will report it as fraud to my cc company and take care of it that way. Hopefully i dont have to.

I highly recommend this company! They took the time to ensure that the window was the correct one for my Jeep and had it out in just a few days. I lost my window in a freak thing where it flew out of my Jeep driving down the road out of no where. It had been in my soft top for weeks no issue and then it just let loose. The woman that called on the phone was kind and caring. This was a stressful time as we were leaving for a Jeep show the next day and now I was missing a window! She knew what I needed took her time and made sure I received the correct part for my model. The two local Jeep dealers where miserable to deal with and completely clueless. I was thankful and my Jeep looks perfect again! I couldn t be more thankful for their help and speediness.

Extremely Shady Business Practices. Basically, despite whatever they say on their website they do not seem to take returns. If you fill out the return form posted on their website, they simply email you back saying they only do returns via phone. Why is there a form on your website for online returns then? If you call the returns phone number they give it just rings. No answering machine or anything.

I found the part for my truck at a discount.Ordering process was quite straight forward. The items arrived well packed and worked well. I'd look to Mopar Parts if I need any other parts for my truck. Highly recommended!

Thank you!! My 2021 RAM was getting water in the signal lamp of my psgr. rear view mirror. I asked my local dealer to take a look at why its getting water and they said it would be roughly $700 to replace the whole mirror assembly. At this time my lights were still working. Well, enough was enough, normally I would pay it, to scared to screw something up. I took to UTube and finally got the mirror off and when I did the water inside the signal lamp shorted out the board inside. It was MOPAR PARTS INC. that saved my day!! They were the cheapest I could find for OEM parts even with paying shipping and handling. I received multiple status updates via email and received the PART I needed in a matter of a couple of days. The part was in impecable condition and worked beautifully!!! I saved over $600 and now that my psgr. mirror assembly is so nice looking it makes my other one look like I need to order a lamp for that one!! This is my second order for MOPAR PARTS INC. I purchased a bed extender a time back that was also an excellant purchasing experience!! 5 STARS for every aspect of my purchase!!! Thank YOU

This company is falsely advertising parts online and trick you into buying the parts more expensive.Telling you, your vin numbers doesn t match the parts that you ordered but I have the right for your vehicle, but is slightly more expensive. And let me tell you they re not the only one using this practices.They even sound like parrots repeating the same thing. I talked to 2 different people and they talked like they were reading a script.

The worst experience ever, order a small screw for my Jeep I needed asap I've been checking the status sending emails asking about it and no response. After a month I just got an email its just been shipped I go to track it and the info is not correct.

Ordered a part that I absolutely needed for my Grand Cherokee. For whatever reason shipping was delayed. The part was listed as in stock, but when I called to see why it hadn't shipped yet I was told it had to be ordered in. I was livid as I paid extra for expedited shipping, and it was listed as in stock. I would have ordered elsewhere. The first person I spoke with wasn't able to do much, but I ended up speaking with Randy who couldn't have been more accommodating. I was just trying to get some assurances on when the part would be shipped. He was able to source the part that day somehow and shipped it overnight for me. I got it when it was originally promised and I didn't have to take a day off from work to install because of that. I understand the times we're in and get sometimes things can't be done. Fortunately, Randy really went above and beyond to take care of me as a customer. I'll continue to order here without hesitation. Thanks again!

Ordered parts from their website for a time-specific fix. Order was canceled with no reason given days after being placed. When asked why they waited multiple days to respond and finally responded that order updates were only given via phone. Ordered the parts from another company.

Everything was great and smooth delivery. I gave it 4 stars because the website should make it a little more easier to identify the correct side need before purchase. Not everyone knows which is left or right. Example: saying driver side or passenger side mirror left or right side mirror.

Ordered parts on the website that I needed and paid only to receive an email telling me that I would have to pay over $100 more in shipping prices after I already paid almost $30. Spoke to Theresa originally and she said that it states in the terms and conditions on their website that if shipping is different, they would let us know. Asked to speak with a manager and Jessica got on the phone who was very rude and condescending. She said that they would have to have someone deliver it to us because of the size of the package and it would be less for that, then proceeded to say that it doesn't matter because they cancelled my order anyway. Asked to speak to her manager and she let me know that there is nobody higher than her within the company. I will never do business with them in the future and if you don't want to be told that you would need to pay over 4x more than the original quote to get your items, I would stay far away from this company

I place order with them on August 2 and paid $25 for OVERNIGHT shipping. They didn t created the invoice til Friday August 4 so I didn t get my package til Monday yall. I called and told the woman what happened and how I would like a refund on the shipping amount bc they didn t get it to me til 5 days later in a nice professional way. Whoever answered the phone was rude and lacks customer service. She basically was like we shipped it Friday and it s on your door step I m like ok but I paid $25 for overnight. Her tone is what did it for me so I asked for a supervisor .. she placed me on mute for almost 10 mins So I say what s taking so long and she says you asked for a supervisor right you must wait for one I said well the right thing to do is check back in with your customer and say hey I m still waiting so this lady mocks me and repeat what I said. Then I started talking and she talks over me and I asked her to stop talking over me that it was unprofessional and she says I do not care Lol it really is funny to me because who treats paying customers that way. She so lucky I didn t get her name because she would not have her job. or it may be a family business and they don t care how their employees speak to there customers! I ll never ever purchase anything else from them and neither should any of you !

I ordered 2 new bed rail caps,. There is a different part number for left and right. They sent me 2 rights... . This did not match my order. They literally don't know they're left from their right

Been looking for a part for my vehicle for months. Nobody makes the part aftermarket and nobody in my area had the part. Stumbled across Mopar Parts Inc. website and saw they were showing in stock. Ordered them and in a few days they were delivered to my door step. Great price, easy checkout, fast delivery. Can't ask for anything more!

I ordered a window for my 2018 Jeep back in Dec 22. It turned out to labeled wrong by the factory so I returned it. I then brought my Jeep to Safelite who quickly repaired it. Almost 2 months later MoparParts sent me another one without me requesting it! They sent a return label with a fraction of the necessary postage. They are ignoring all my calls and emails! I think they are trying to stick me with this thing!They have horrible customer service!!

Got a PCV hose for my old car.Part was shaped slightly differently, but it still hooked up and performed like it should.Five stars because the part works and the shipping was prompt. Cannot complain.

Very fast service. I put the wrong vin number on the part I ordered, and they contacted me right away to verify what I needed. Then I had my part within a week. So yes I highly recommend them. Also I got what I wanted.

Ordered part about a month ago and they kept telling me that it would be in on the following week every time I called. Part apparently arrived then they "lost" it in the warehouse so would have to order another one. Never again

I ordered the lower unit of the CAI for my 2015 Ram Sport 5.7, I'm very impressed with the quality of the kit and the instructions. This was the first time I ordered from Mopar parts, I have more stuff to get and will hit them up for the hood intake to fit the lower. Ordering is easy off the site and parts look-ups are a breeze.

I should have done more research on this company before doing business. I ordered parts on 1-4-21 and paid $46 for expedited shipping because their website said it will be delivered between 1-7 and 1-8. The delivery date is now 1-12-21. I was planning on working on my Jeep this past weekend but now I must rearrange my already busy schedule.I called them and they refused me a refund for expedited shipping. From the looks of previous reviews this company has a very unreliable history.They shouldn't be advertising specific delivery dates they can't promise and make the customer pay for it.This is the only company I've ever dealt with online where paying high dollar for faster shipping is a gamble. They end up keeping your money even if you don't get the faster shipping.No where on their website indicates any type of low inventory. No emails from them after ordering, indicating any type of delay. Just excuses from the owner.

Horrible customer service. I was sent a damaged wheel o Sunday 7/11/21and i returned it on 7/12/21 and customer service jut told me the replacement will shipped maybe round the end of next week. They clearly don t care about he customer s needs. I returned he wheel with in an hour of getting the return shipping and even sent them a copy of the tracking receipt. I was told they would have to get approval from the manufacture to send me a replacement. This makes no sense. So much for trying to help the customer. This place doesn t care about you.

My experience was clunky. The aftermarket parts industry can be so much more straight forward. However, the part that was needed is only offered through the OEM at this time. The VIN did not match up with the correct part needed through the OEM catalog either. Ultimately, the part was easily acquired through MOPAR PARTS INC. by providing them with the number off of the part that I removed. They also sold it at a better price and provided it more quickly than getting it from my local dealer (where I have a discount from retail). Also, the communication was good. I knew where the order was in the process and I received updates on the tracking of the part. It came when they said. I knew what to tell the car owner. Promises were kept.I won't hesitate to use them again.

Horrible Experience. I ordered fitted floor mats for my truck. The ones pictured on the website looked correct after I entered my vin so I felt comfortable about receiving the proper mats. Not only were they very different than the ones pictured they were scratched up and bent upon arrival. Upon speaking to a rep at Mopar I was being told that the mats are correct repeatedly.

It takes forever for them to ship to you! If you don't need you part for a month or two then that's fine, otherwise find the part elsewhere.In response to your response: your website said the part was in stock, this was why I went with your company. And it also said shipping was 2-5 days. If things are not available then it needs to show that on the site so people can have the choice to wait or look elsewhere. Also the part was a small funnel about the size of a screwdriver and it came in a box big enough for 2 laptops. No wonder why the shipping was sooooooooo much.
