We lost power to our rig at a local park. Called and Chris walked us through some troubleshooting to discover it was the pedestal and not the rig. Saved us $$ not having to have a tech cone out. So grateful for their integrity!

Behind the service counter at Campers Inn RV in Myrtle Beach was a very helpful gentleman named Jeff. He very kindly worked me in to a very busy schedule at Mobile RV Medics. Prior to our camping trip I was connecting an observation camera at the rear of our camper and created some electrical issues that I couldn't repair. After several days of camping without some conveniences, Jim Svenningsen of Mobile RV Medics was tasked to locate and repair an electrical short, normally not easily found. On the morning of our scheduled appointment Jim arrived on time I might add, and displayed himself as a clean cut well spoken professional. After explaining our problem Jim went to work quickly and within 15 minutes he had located the area that needed repair, not an easy task when looking for an electrical short. Jim finished up the repair and went several steps above and beyond what one might expect in any repair. Fantastic guys that were very prompt and professional in working on my Class A coach. Our technician, Bill Townsend, was very knowledgeable but when he did not know something, his office was immediately responsive in diagnosing the problems. I called at 9AM and they were there by noon. Price was a bit higher than I have seen in the past, but worth the money. I've used a lot of these companies, and these guys were the best.

I have used this place twice in the past few years. Once, they came to clear a block in my RV Holding Tank and the second time - most recently - to repair damage to my camper that was from it hitting a tree whilst being towed. Chris has been so helpful throughout the entire insurance claim process. He has offered great advice and patiently awaited answers from the insurance company, which took about 6 months to get!! Through the entire process, Chris was so helpful and I appreciate his expertise so very much. I highly recommend this place for any RV/Camper repairs! They are awesome!Service: Body & Trim

Joshua was super helpful. He did a great job diagnosing my problem and explaining it to me. He was very knowledgeable. He went above and beyond the issue I had with my inverter/convertor on my Alfa motorcoach. I highly recommend him for any problem your having, he'll figure it out for you.

This was the first time we used Mobile RV Medics and were thrilled with the job they did on our furnace. Bill ( tech) and Mark ( service) were top notch. They were personable, knowledgable. and excellent at their perspective jobs. I strongly recommend the company and these men.

We had an issue with the awning on our fifth wheel while visiting S.C. Called and spoke to Chris, and set an appointment for the following day. Mobile technician was available early! Colby (the technician) was polite, friendly, and very professional. He fixed the issue promptly. We are VERY happy with the service!

Amazing service. Gentle people. I had a bad lock just on leaving the campground, 2 jacks broken. They replaced my Jacks in a very short time and I was able to take the road 1hour later !!! Thanks for your very good and fast service.

Bill and the entire team were PHENOMENAL! We called for assistance because the hot water heater was not working. We tried everything but couldn't figure it out. As newbies, there are so many things we are still learning. We called in the afternoon on Wednesday and were told that a technician would be available Thursday between 3 and 5. That was fine. A few hours later we were called to ensure that we had an appointment. And then Thursday Bill called us around 9:30 to say that he could come to us in 15 minutes. So not only did we get secondary confirmation of the appointment but the technician was much earlier. And when Bill came, he was patient and taught us all about the hot water heater and came into the camper to teach us how to use the tv antenna. He was cordial, extremely open and helpful, very professional and kind. We are so thankful for the entire crew and recommend them very highly. If you need ANY work or help, call Mobile RV Medics immediately.

Called Mobile RV Medic this morning with a significant leak in my travel trailer. Technician Bill came out promptly, diagnosed the problem (water pump), removed and replaced it in a timely, professional, and personable manner. This is the second time we've called them for emergency service and we have no plans to use anyone else in this area for our TT needs! Thanks so much!!

Bill Townsend was AMAZING to work with! We called Mobile Medics and scheduled an appointment for our new camper that was having some issues. They were timely in sending out a tech and followed through on warranty requests with Forest River. Bill kept in contact and kept us informed on requested work approval. We had an issue with our RV AC unit. We called them twice. Someone took our name and number and never called us back. We were able to get great service from another provider. Someone finally returned our call from Medics/Campers Inn the FOLLOWING day. I m thankful we didn t have to suffer in the heat poor customer service to not call back for 24 hours.

We were traveling and needed a new awning for our travel trailer. I talked with Jeff at Mobile RV Medics and he gave me a couple of options for replacement. He ordered exactly what we needed and a few days later he had Bruce & Josh come out to our campsite to do the replacement. Both men were very friendly and professional. They changed the awning quickly without any problems and were on their way in less than 2 hours. We really appreciate the excellent service we received and will definitely call them again for any repairs if we re in the area.

First, I love that a live person answered the phone right away when we called. Second, they accommodated out time frame and showed up exactly on time AND the same day we called. Their tech Bill Townsend figured out the problem we have been dealing with and resolved our problem in record time. And let me add that it s a problem we had other companies look at 2 times before without resolution.We will call on Mobile RV Medics every time!Service: Electrical

We arrived to our destination(Ocean Lakes) traveling from NY and we needed Mobile Medics the 1st night! Overnight our RV had a shower leak and the floor was a flood when we woke up! Bill responded to our call and came out immediately! He was super friendly and professional. We would recommend Bill highly to do quality work and follow up to ensure your satisfaction!

A BIG shout out to Bill Townsend for his continued expertise and professionalism during our recent service needs. Not only did he show up in a timely manor, he diagnosed, repaired, and educated us on the problems every step of the way.As 1st time owners of a 5th wheel our service issues have been stressful, but Bills willingness to repair our unit as if it were his own has been a comfort each and every time. Thank you Bill, you're not only excellent at what you do, but you're honest and trust worthy as well. Can't leave out Jeff and Chris at Campers Inn who have always been so patient, and polite when answering our calls for help! I had them come do work on my RV 2 times prior and I thought they were great. This last time though was a joke. The mechanic that came did a lot of talking and complaining and then said that he was going to be able to switch out a part for us. When it was time for him to come back, we got reschedule and then a call the night before (at closing time) he was suppose to come they told us to reschedule our appt when we get the part. The mechanic and this business has no customer service. Not sure what happened to all the people that worked for the company prior but apparently they are no longer there and they took their customer service with them. I don t know if this company has been bought out but within a few months the people answering the phone changed and the mechanics changed. The manager is not even responsive. I asked to speak to her and I never heard back from her. The good reviews are obviously from before this big change. This company is no longer worth anyone s time or hardship. It would be worth your time to go somewhere else to get your needs met because they sure won t be met here.

Upon setting up at Pirateland Campground on Thursday afternoon, we found our water heater not working. Going into Camper's Inn of Myrtle Beach, I made an appointment for an on site repair the following afternoon. Tech Bruce Bennett called the next morning and said he come earlier if that was convenient. He came and quickly found the issue of why our water heater went out. He showed me the problem, fixed it quickly, and made sure it worked on gas as well as electric. We will definitely be back and request Bruce Bennett by name if we encounter anymore camper repairs!

We are camping in Myrtle Beach and our rear A/C in our motor home stopped working. We called Mobile RV Medics and got an appointment the next day. They even came earlier than our scheduled appointment time. The Technician was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He temporarily got our A/C up and running while he went back to the shop to get the part that was needed. He returned quickly, installed the part and was done! It s now cool and we are so thankful! Needed a leveling jack replaced under warranty. We drive down to Myrtle Beach from Denver, NC (4 hour drive) to have Mobile Medics, specifically mobile tech Bruce Bennett work on our coach. The convenience of having Mobile Medics come to your campground and do the repairs right at your site is fantastic. It takes some coordination of parts, campground reservations etc but well worth not dropping your unit off for repairs at a service center and not seeing it for 3 +/- months. Highly recommend Mobile Medics.

I had a leaking black water value on my class C and called Mobile RV Medics for an appointment. Jeff told me he had an opening if I could bring it down or they'd come out to my house. I took the RV in and Bill fixed it quickly and was super helpful. I kept Bill's card and will surely call and ask for him the next time I need help. I will never use the other guys again, last time I tried using them they told me someone would call me for an appointment in a week and nobody ever called. Before that it was weeks before they could do anything and it always cost a fortune. I highly recommend Bill as a service tech and Jeff at the service desk.

Bought a new Grand Design Momentum from Campers Inn in Merrimack NH. The jack system would not function for me from the start so the factory dropped the ball on there extensive quality control they like to say they complete. Traveled with the unit to South Carolina a couple of weeks ago and could not get the jacks to level the camper . I placed a call to Campers inn on Myrtle beach in SC and they said they could send a mobile unit to come and take a look. it was a next day arrival and the tech was early by a couple hours. Bill Townsend was the tech and he started his evaluation of the Lippert jack system. After all the tries and tricks nothing worked. He then crawled under the camper to find the leveling unit was mounted backwards from the factory. After mounting the unit properly and leveling the coach perfectly he went back to the operation panel. He then asked the system to now auto level after a few short mins the coach was level and functioning properly. That was not enough for Bill he had to make the system do it again to make sure it would work as designed. Thank you Mark Hamel our sales person from Merrimack NH Campers inn for making a call to Myrtle beach Campers Inn in SC to get some help. My first call was to Conway Campers inn. and they never called me back. Thanks to Bill Townsend for all his help. He also provided some helpful information on our awnings and said when the camper goes in for some repairs at he end of this year the leveling device should be replaced. We made an appointment at the Campers Inn in Myrtle Beach, SC because our awning was not functioning. The technician assigned to us was Bruce Bennett. Was was very courteous and worked very quickly and efficiently to diagnose our problem. He alerted the Service Advisor, Jeff Jeannin, who worked with our service company and got all the required parts ordered and the repairs okayed. We were very happy with the service we received and this facility.

My wife and I recently purchased a new travel trailer from Campers Inn RV of Myrtle Beach SC. Bill Townsend did our walk thru to show us the proper way to use the trailer and all the amenities. Bill was great he spent a couple hours with us making sure we understood everything. Bill took his time and answered all the questions we had. This was by far the best RV experience we have ever had. I highly recommend mobile RV medics and Bill Townsend!!!!!

Actually our mobile service technician, Bill T., was great. He was right on time when expected, very courteous, thorough and professional. He took extra care to address all of our concerns and confirmed we were satisfied as he completed the work. Unfortunately the reason for the service visit was very disappointing. We purchased a new 2021 travel trailer at Campers Inn of Myrtle Beach on a Friday and when it rained on Saturday night we discovered several significant leaks. When I brought it up to the dealer they were willing to send one of their Mobile RV technicians out to our campsite to address the issues but I would have to pay the normal $125 mobile service fee. The causes of the leaks (on the roof, a window and awning) were evident and the mobile technician agreed that the trailer should never have left the factory in that condition and should not have gotten off their lot without being identified and addressed during the PDI. When I followed up with the dealer a few days later they offered a portion of the mobile service fee in merchandise from their store. the Mobile RV Medic technician service deserves 5 stars; customer service of Campers Inn of Myrtle Beach a disappointing 1 or 2 stars.Service: Body & Trim

Bill and Steve installed our new awning on our motor home this morning. They showed up right on time and did a wonderful job! However getting to this point was a disappointing journey! I first talked with Jeff over a month ago in which he seemed very interested in fulfilling my needs, he advised me that the awning should be available in 2 weeks. With no response from him after the 2 weeks passed , I happened to stop in to check on the status of things. At this point I was advised that due to COVID the awning was put on backorder, and was gonna be another 2 weeks! So I waited another 2 weeks again with no response from the service Department? Just on a whim I stopped by again and happened to talk with Chris, this was a short conversation because your computers were down and he had no way to track anything, so Chris took my info and said as soon as we get our system up, I ll check on this and will call you No Phone call? So a couple more days go by, so I stopped in again! Happened to talk to another guy (sorry didn t get his card or name) and he said he was gonna come out and measure the awning to make sure they got the right size ordered. I asked him if I m not there to help you measure are you gonna be able to do it alone? He said sure he s done it before, he will just pull out a monkey from the truck to help him! What the hell did that mean? Was he calling me a Monkey? After he made that comment the other service rep had a look on his face like I can t believe you just said that! Then he walked around the counter to two tubes sitting on the floor, yet there were no names on them, they were 19 foot sandstone awnings! Just what I had ordered a month ago. then the words came out We just got these in! Did you? Bottom line guys, I was quoted $650.00 installed! However the bill was $665.74? Were did the other $15.74 come from? And I did not get a receipt for services rendered. And I was also told no shipping charges will be paid by me.
