Don t use this guy!!!! Run!!!! Waited 2 day for them to show, finally arrived after 8pm. Had issues with my trailer brakes. They rewired the break box and by morning my battery was almost drained and check engine lights sending major malfunction codes. Of course no answer or reply when I tried to contact them. Basically they changed me $150 and totally ruined my truck. Either he has no clue what he is doing or a very sick individual that is trying to kill me and my daughter. Do NOT trust this man with your vehicle! Total scammer who does not care about your safety!

They requested a deposit to fix my car. Gave a total of $500 for the deposit and for parts. I come with receipts! Knew i was a single mom see I had kids & still scammed me. Had my car for 3 days didn't touch my car. Lied about replacing a part and my gas was on empty when I got it back when I had half a tank. His wife's phone was in my Bluetooth list in my car so they had to be driving my car along with her caked up makeup finger prints on my touchscreen. Gave me the run around when I wanted my car back. It's like they didnt want to give me MY car back. Told me i was annoying and was being rude to me because they didn't communicate & I wanted updates on my car. They no longer respond to me about getting my money back. Don't use these people unless you want to lose out on money! Watch out for them & that's a picture of his vehicle beware.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Don t ever call these people they are a rip off and stole my money sound good to be true and they live on the Blvd but God don t like ugly what they did to me God surely will punish them so I m not worrying about it. They took 250 from me and never showed back up. But it s ok. I have 4 kids to live for and what they took from me someone will take from them. I hope them the best in life with their business.

My son blew a serpentine belt on a Saturday evening. Started calling mobile mechanics, knowing it was A Saturday evening, figured to get them there Sunday morning. Called 2 numbers, one no answer, one answered and sounded very drunk. Told me to call him tomorrow and hung up on me.. then tried Mr and Mrs Mobile. They came out that night and got the job done quickly and correctly. Great work!!

2 times I've dealt with situations that had to be dealt with on my truck. MISTER AND MRS came through within an hour each time! Always reliable and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend!!!!

I ll make this short. $600 later not only didn t he fix our problem, he made it worse. Excuse after excuse.What bothered us the most is it would have been unsafe to operate once he was done. Luckily I was suspicious and got a second opinion.Like a previous review said run

Being they fixed my axle now I m having the same codes again and was told that it s probably not within the same issue of what was going on before. Though the codes that are coming up was the same ones as before and happened within days after it was fixed. Never showed up or called me when I reached out to them about it. It s best to deal with a shop than mobile mechanics because all they ll do is act like they are fixing the problem and then not even help you afterwards they get the money.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Unfortunately, my son chose these scammers to come out to help him with his truck that broke down. Charged him $150 to come out and was to be taken off of the total bill. But of course they never came back. They never worked on his truck. I wouldn't doubt it if all these reviews are fake, making it look like they are helping others. I've called the police and an investigator to check into these people. It looks like the police and others already have heard their names. Hopefully they cant do this again. They need to catch up to them before they do it to someone else. Totally don't trust them. The wife or who ever she is comes with him to make it look like a family business. He even reluctantly wrote a receipt. I'm going to keep up with this until they are caught and dealt with!My son is following up with it also.

Last night my boyfriend and I were stranded on the side of S Kings Highway around 10pm last night and when looking for people to come help us this was our only option. After reading all of the reviews on here and being skeptical myself because of the scammer 1 star reviews and the reviews that say they never come back, we decided to bank on the mostly positive reviews they ve received, and let me tell you thank god we did. Upon arrival it was clear to me at least (someone who grew up around cars) that he knew what he was doing. Within an hour he had figured out what was wrong, left to go get the part, and had come back to install it into our car. There ended up being another thing wrong with the car (which wasn t his fault) but him and his wife let us leave our car at their place and completely fixed it for us this morning free of charge. I would 100% recommend them to anyone. They are the most down to earth people in SC and it s really refreshing seeing 2 people who care so much about people s safety to open a mobile mechanic open 24/7. You can t beat it. ALSO if his wife offers to clean your headlights let her, she did it for us while the car was getting fixed and they look so clear now:))

Would not recommend. We were stranded in Myrtle Beach, ( last week 9-1-2023) called them and they told us they could not get the part to fix our vehicle until the next week. That was fine, but they said they would come out and put our car in drive so we could drive it home (shifter cable broke) they never showed up. We got several phones stating they were on their way. We called them back and they said they would be there no later than 10:30, tried to call them back at 11:00 and it went straight to voicemail. They never showed and did not return our phone call after that.

We had a problem with our mini van. Didn t know what it was at first. They did a diagnostic on the computer and found out the battery was dead and it was causing the swerving light and the engine light to come on and it wouldn t start. So they got me a battery after midnight and installed it for us as quick as possible and for a reasonable price! Without their service we would have sat in the parking lot til morning because everything else was closed! Great job guys!

Shawn was great and I was able to come out on short notice after hours and get my alternator replaced overnight to keep us on the road. Communication was great keeping me pasted on when he was arriving and helping to pick up the part.

My husbands car broke down Friday and we put a lot of money into the car and was told it was the alternator. We called Mr. & Mrs. Mobile mechanics and they came out to put the alternator on and discovered that wasn t the problem that it simply needed 25.00 battery cables and connectors. Fired up got down the road and it wouldn t start, they came back and had made a tiny mistake and forgot to tighten up a couple screws so he did that and the car fired right up. Called for alternator to be replace, he came an suppose to have fixed it but he didn't. Called again the next day to see when he coming to finish the job, no reply til after 5. Said their vehicle blew up but they was coming, so by that time I just wanted my money back an be done with them. Long story short they dodging our calls and haven't refunded our money for a job they didn't do.

He was so bad that he had to change his name. He ruined my car,he never came when he said he would I called him so many times before he came back. He took my car and kept it for 5 hours. DON'T CALL THESE PEOPLE, THEY ARE SCAMMERS!

Referred by a friend. They were prompt, communicative and nice. Did the diagnostic on the car and went late in the night to get a new battery for my car. Car did start but it has other issues thereafter which they came back to look at but unfortunatey those software issues could not be solved so i had to have my car towed to service center but I was happy with the service that I recieved with Shawn and Tara going above and beyond and would recommend.

Amazing! I was leaving to head back to MD early this morning and backed into a telephone pole and broke a part on my tire, called them at 4am they got here by 5 and waited with me till every parts store opened we finally found the part we needed and he fixed it in 20 minutes!!!!! I thought I was going to be stuck here for a week waiting for a part and having a mechanic fix it. Reasonable pricing, great conversation and he did it as fast as he could knowing I needed to get on the road. I highly recommend this company! Who else is a 24 hour mechanic service!? They don't even deserve 1star, but it wouldn't let me post without choosing a star. This place is a complete joke-- if you don't mind spending 2-3 days of them texting you telling you, "Oh, we're on the way- be there in an hour." -- then go ahead and call them. This went on after our initial call for almost 3 days. The husband and wife both do some of the texting (lying) and it's always, "we're just finishing up this other job, and then we'll be to you in an hour." ~and then no call no text and no show. If you actually want a professional mechanic to show up and do the job, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS PLACE! I really can't believe that they are still allowed to even advertise after all the horrible stories of past customers I just read. What a joke! STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS MR. & MRS. AS YOU CAN! COMPLETE SCAM!

BOY, ILL TELL YOU WHAT! We was supposed to head out for our family vacation by six am on Tuesday. Well Monday night our air conditioning decided to just quit on us!Mister & Mrs. Mechanic made sure they made it to the auto part store before they closed. And they worked at night time to get our cold air pumping again.I'll tell you what, we had our vehicle packed and our cold air blasting out them vents like it was brand new!! We left ahead of schedule! And thanks to them we didn't perspire a single drop until we hit that beach!Service: Air conditioning

They tried to threaten a lein on a vehicle that they never touched. Claimed they bought parts for it. But then never wanted to move forward with doing any work. Even after half the money was paid. I would never recommend this place

Spent a small fortune trying get my car running. Every mechanic I spoke with had a different diagnosis. All in the hundreds of dollars range. NOT this mechanic. Friendly. Knowledgeable. This outfit is a scam. They are not true mechanics. Came out and did shotty work and left us with leaking oil. Was supposed to come back out to do another job that was paid but has never come back although we've called multiple times. They have no tools or supplies of their own.

We have a Keystone Sprinter 5th wheel. One of them darn slides has been STUCK for two seasons now!Mr and Mrs miracle mechanics got that thing fixed in less than a half hour! By the time we got lunch and came back it was back to normal!!So we went ahead and had them do our breaks too!The best part was getting the bill... It wasnt anything near what we were expecting!
