I have an old car that was a mess when I brought it to this Midas. The service I got from Brian and the master mechanic was absolutely terrific. They were very transparent about what problems my car was having and the fixes that they were going to do to the car. I even got to see up close what the problem was under the hood before work started on it. The communication from Brian throughout the whole process was superb. He kept us in the loop on the progress of the car and the fixes that were taking place. The price was very fair and much less than I originally thought. Once I drove the car after it was fixed, it drives like new. I could not believe it.I cannot recommend this Midas enough. Finding a good mechanic is very hard to find these days but this place has that and much more. I would highly recommend going here for all your car repair needs. You will be very happy that you did.

I have been using Midas off Waccamaw Blvd in Myrtle Beach for many years. From routine oil changes to new tires to complete brake service, I have never been disappointed in the quality of their work. They are quick, efficient and price competitive. Top that off with their honest, responsive, customer service gets them 5 stars from me all day long!

My experience at Midas in Carolina Forest was truly exceptional. Bryan's assistance was invaluable; he was incredibly helpful, personable, and succeeded in putting me at ease throughout the entire process. Having had negative encounters at dealerships in the past, this experience was a breath of fresh air. I wholeheartedly recommend Midas to anyone seeking automotive services. As a woman, I deeply appreciate the level of care and respect shown by the employees. The atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable, and I will certainly be returning for all my maintenance needs in the future.

Midas exceeded my expectations. I went to get a simple oil change and not only did I get that but my tires were rotated and I got a rear window wiper blade that I d been searching for the last 8 months! Everybody was friendly and professional . You know I ll be going back there the next time I need service. Great job! Brian and the crew were great!

I traveled to vacation in Myrtle Beach SC and wound up needing rear brakes on my 2017 Ford Edge. The Midas dealership at 3354 Waccamaw Blvd installed new pads and rotors in just a few hours. The mechanic explained the inspection and offered to show me the needed repairs. I was able to wait in a very clean environment and had enjoyable conversations with the staff while waiting.I highly recommend this Midas location for any auto repair work. If I lived in Myrtle Beach they would do all my repairs.

I ve been coming to this Midas for 6-7 years with at least 3 different vehicles and I always have an outstanding experience. Even when (VERY RARELY) they haven t been able to perform a certain repair they have referrals on hand and even those referrals have done a great job.This is a top tier group of individuals who take genuine care of people. I will continue to go back.

Had a flat. Brian in the office was very helpful and got me in for my tire plug same day. Rob the mechanic did the plug and I haven't had any issues this week. I was in and out very quickly. And fair price

This Midas location came highly recommended by a colleague at work. I am so happy I took her advice. I seriously have never had a better experience at another auto service shop. Everyone was highly professional and extremely friendly and reassuring. I was able to get my car in right away and the problem was fixed immediately! I was thrilled at how reasonable and fair their prices were. I absolutely recommend this Midas location!!

Excellent service. Another Midas in the Atlanta area changed my oil and forgot to put the oil plug gasket back on. Brought my car to the Myrtle Beach Midas and they drained the oil, put the gasket on and refilled the oil. All this without charging me. Have always had a great experience at this location.

Brenda, Dan and Brian are the best! They are an asset to Myrtle Beach and the Grand Strand altogether! Best place to get anything done on your car. Oil change , tune up , brakes , tires , general repairs , friendly customer service !!!

I will ALWAYS take my vehicle to Midas on Waccamaw Blvd. They are so kind and genuine every time. Always honest and straight forward. I don t have to worry about any false diagnoses. Want to give a huge shout out to the staff here at the Myrtle beach Midas. They are always super helpful. Also would like to say thank you to Brian for being so nice. I always stop in to get an oil change before I take a trip and they are quick and do a thorough inspection every time!

We traveled from Michigan and began to hear brake noise. We searched the reviews for a local shop with good reports and integrity observed by customers. We booked a Monday appt online and Brian confirmed Monday morning with a phone call. The shop diagnosed the problem, offered a fair repair price, suggested a local restaurant to wait comfortably and have lunch. Brian kept everyone in the waiting area engaged in giving us the best local recommendations for restaurants, sightseeing, music and theater. Great experience.

We needed tire assistance - tire kept deflating. Called, got an appointment right away. They were right on time and had us out of there quickly even thou it was more involved than just adding air. Very friendly and professional staff.

They were absolutely honest with us. We were told at meineke that I had to have new rotors (4) and brakes. Midas called us and showed us that there was nothing wrong with either. Thanks for the honestly and respect.

***Long Post Alert***This shop is not the norm by any means. I originally called Jiffy Lube to ask some questions regarding an oil change (as they were literally 4 minutes away) but the guy who answered the phone did not want to be at work that day. I decided that lousy customer service didnt deserve my hard earned money so I called Midas. Immediately when he picked up the phone, I could hear the enthusiasm in his voice. He answered my questions and made my appointment within the hour. In todays world you want to be in and out but I respected that he advised they were not a quick lube and will do a thorough inspection of my newly "new to me vehicle ". It was the 1st day of Spring break so I had my special needs grandson with me and I felt like we were family from the time I entered the lobby. Midas was very thorough in letting me know exactly what was needed for my vehicle and what could wait which I appreciated. I had a snack with me that my grandson finished but he wanted more that I didnt have. The Manager asked my permission and went into the back where he had a stash of goldfish. He saved the day from a potential tantrum and THAT SPOKE VOLUMES!!!! My car was done soon after with the oil change and immediate part it needed. The professionalism and hospitality that Midas ahowed as a whole has WOWED me. I will shout it to the mountains. Please visit Midas on Waccamaw BLVD in Myrtle Beach for all of your service needs. As a car guy, I don t trust my repair work to just any garage. But when my Jeep TJ needed professional attention, this place came highly recommended and exceeded expectations. Thoroughly professional, unbelievably competent, and uncharacteristically responsive. Not traits you find often in the business world let alone auto repair. But that s what you ll find here.

I had a muffler detach and the repair part is no longer available. Out of town and heading home in a couple days, I assumed I d be driving in a very noisy car. But they were able to fix it (and it required welding and part fabrication) in a few hours. Everyone was kind and courteous, Bob Evans is next door for breakfast while you wait (but I did spend some time in their clean waiting room). On the other side is a locally owned gift shop where I did some browsing. Great service!

I've been a customer about 5 years. There have many times when I needed them. I've ran over so many nails that it has become a joke. Brenda, Dan, Rob and Sam have always treated me special and made me feel at home and also that they care. I've seen this same treatment towards all of they're customers while I often wait on my own tire repair. I'm grateful for them and very impressed with how they take the time with you. Today I found myself with another large bolt in my tire. When I arrived I was greeted by they're newest ( Bryan) with a pleasant attitude and then suddenly Sam also comes out to greet me and to help They worked as a team and provided me with confidence to know I was in good hands and where I needed to be. And Brenda IS The Best! She loves her customers :)

I must share that Brian front desk person fabulous at coordinating my appointment.Tony assessed what the problem was and repaired it. Was my air conditioning motor blower. Dan is the manager and is a fabulous doctor of cars.I can always count on a great job and honesty. I've brought my car in for a myriad of different issues and they always treat me with respect and honesty.So glad they are my car mechanics go to.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

Everyone was very heartwarming and very explanatory. They told me about my issue and didn t try to up charge me with services that weren t as necessary at the moment. This was my first experience with this Midas operation as I recently relocated to Myrtle Beach. The team (Dan, Brenda, and Brian) did a great job. Brenda called me in advance of my appointment to get my VIN to be sure they had the correct oil filter on hand. They were very efficient and friendly! Great place, off the beaten path of the main drag in Myrtle Beach. Plenty of parking, waiting area is very clean. The service and staff went above and beyond and I had my service completed in a very timely manner. Will definitely come back to the shop again. Always friendly, honest and professional...this is the only place we have our cars serviced. Great job done by all from the moment you call or walk into the moment you leave. We cannot say enough good things about Brenda, Danny and all of their employees.
