Made an appointment for an oil change. I arrived about 15 minutes earlier. They took my car in for the oil change. They said about 30 to 40 minutes to complete the job. It was done in 40 minutes which included a multipoint inspection of my car. They were very courteous and I will be back there for my next service.

We are from New York and we had our oil changed and tires rotated, they even did a inspection of areas of our vehicle and we needed air filter. We are very pleased in there service. Very polite and professional! This will be are place to go again every year we come down to be snowbirds

I developed brake issues on my way to Myrtle Beach. I contacted Meineke on Monday and they had many favorable openings. They provided a comprehensive brake check and gave me written options. In less than 2 hours I a new caliper, rotor and brake pads to be able to safely drive home to Massachusetts.

Stopped in for what I thought was a rear brake issue only to find it the front brakes in need of replacing. Meineke provided estimate, pictures, detailed explanation of repairs and estimated time of completion. Meineke surpassed my expectations on price and workmanship. Very knowledgeable and friendly. They drove my car and immediately knew what was wrong & their assessment was right. My car was repaired early the next day. Excellent service and answered all my questions. They put in new breaks and I would recommend them to anyone.

The manager was very honest he showed me that my car would be about $3,000 worth of work. He took me out and showed me exactly what I needed so that I could reevaluate if it was worth putting that into the car. I only paid 2600 for the car to begin with. Any dishonest person would have just sold me all that stuff without taking in consideration that I was putting good money after bad just to make a sale. Because of that honesty I will take any car I ever have in the future and recommend that store to everyone I know.

Same day oil change and front brake calipers and pads. Tyreek was very kind and understanding. I had two dogs with me and the technician finished the job in about an hour. Exceeded expectations. Thanks guys!

Excellent service! Took care of all my problems with my Jeep!Giving 4 stars because your free towing never showed up. after waiting 2 hours, I finally called someone else! Cost 125.00 to have my vehicle towed to the shop!

The service was great, but tried using my points to pay for my oil change but it only removed my points , but didn't cover the service and was still charged am extremely not thrilled, I earned my points but can't use them , extremely pissed.

My husband had an emergency come up with a tire situation. We came down to Myrtle Beach, got 4 new tires and an alignment all in about 2-1/2 hours. Staff was very nice too.

They had done the job ok but Over Charged customers too much money. Just changed the muffler and an oil change they charged me $781. The muffler itself will never cost more than $200. I came 7:20 and about 9::20 they finished. Within that 2:00 I have seen they worked on other can as well. So about less than one and half hours they finished my car and charged me almost $600 for labor that s a ripped off

Great experience from the whole staff and tyreek went above and beyond was excellent you need more people like him I came in for Uber inspection and unpon leaving I mentioned that I was doing Lyft also he said you need a different inspection form for that I didn t realize that he saved me time and gas and money he took care of me and for that I will be doing my future business with this store thanks Rick freedell Myrtle beach sc

These guys were awesome I was able to get a front end alignment in less than an hour. I had an appointment but got there 30 minutes early and they started working on immediately. The cost was very low. I ll definitely use them again.Service: Wheel alignmentService: Wheel alignment

Went into the shop to get my oil changed on Thursday afternoon. I came home and parked my truck in my driveway and that s where it was parked overnight. Come out Friday morning oil is leaking from the truck (never happened before) and on my driveway. Took it back down Friday morning they said it was overflow and a hose was secured. So they took fox the oil problem and took the skid plate off and cleaned that. Went to the store and close my doorand could hear vibration coming from the skid plate. Took it for a third time tech kicked the skid plate and told me he could probably fix it. Not the words I wanted to hear being it was my third trip back in 24 hours. They took back in the sho and secured the skid place. Said one of the eight screws came loose. Again never has this problem. So hopefully it will hold. Oh and I m still trying to get oil stain off my driveway but not having much success3 weeks have passed now. Call the shop as the response said to ( I know it was automated) and the manager had no clue to what I was talking about. He actually offered me a free oil change I just started laughing. Told me to call Meineke customer service line. Whoever was on the other end of the line took down my information and told me somebody would be getting back ahold of me in two business days. 5 business days later no call back and stain still on my driveway. Called back the service center and they had no record of me calling. I told the person on the other end I want to speak to a supervisor. And guess what they can t connect me and stated it would take 2 business days to call me back.Do yourself a favor stay away from this incompetent company.Further update went to Blacks Tire in Myrtle Beach and it was awesome. Meinicke could learn something about customer service from themService: Oil change

They are a scam. They billed my debit card twice for $385 when I called and complained, they told me there s nothing they can do call the bank never heard of a business not giving you a credit when they made a mistake don t go there. They sold me tires when I really didn t even need them.

I came across Meineke due to this center being one of those covered through my cars warranty and I m grateful I chose them. Got a new car, check engine light came on within 24hrs with a thermostat code being the issue. I don t know much about cars but when I went in I had the pleasure of speaking with Kelly. She s one of very few females in the shop and she knows her stuff. She s VERY knowledgeable, professional, reassuring and friendly. Leaving the shop the first visit I fell informed and assured. She got me booked for an appointment and the process was everything that she told me it would be if not easier. They even had everything fixed within 2hrs and I was quoted 3hrs. I left a very happy customer and they won my business from here on out. Awesome company.Service: General repairs & maintenance
