Traveled from Canada to Myrtle beach and exhaust blew on our way. Went to Meineke and they took care of us right away. Had part in stock and fixed our issue within less than an hour. Customer service was out of this world. From us walking in the door to service technician to us leaving. They were amazing with us and so sympathic of our issue.Would definitely recommend them to anyone with any issues. Fantastic place to get serviced.

Needed brakes badly. It was late afternoon the day before I was going out of town for a trip (work). They worked me in. Tom & Tom did a fantastic job and had me back on the road in less than an hour. There was also a promo covering brake install, so the extra savings was much appreciated as well. Fantastic, reliable, friendly too!? What else can you ask for. Thank you Meineke, I will be back!!

Chris was excellent to work with! I took my car in for an oil change, but as part of their service they provide inspection of multiple areas of the vehicle. I appreciate the time they take to photograph every area they inspect before doing any work and text the photos to you. Another issue was found, and he not only explained what that issue was but took me out to the vehicle and pointed it out. He then explained what may have caused it and how it should be handled. He could have tried to sell me the kitchen sink , but he didn t. I truly appreciate his honesty and the time he took to explain ALL the reasons why he recommended the course of action that he did. I will definitely be going back and highly recommend Meineke on George Bishop Pkwy.Kudos to Chris and his staff!!

I was unsure what oil to use in my vehicle. When I questioned the store manager if synthetic oil was the best choice, he honestly said a synthetic blend would be a better choice after consulting recommendations from the database Meineke maintains. He further stated doing so would be half the cost of full synthetic. I appreciated the honest advice as well as the savings. It is unusual to encounter a retail store recommending a less expensive option. I highly recommend Meineke when an oil change is needed.

The new manager, Steven, super friendly, and super informative. He took care of our jeep in a very timely manner, actually hours earlier than he thought it would be done. Great place, and great people!

Feels kind of scummy to point out that replacing a part what would then driving the car will immediately damage the car, replace said part, and then not give a refund for the work done that was immediately damaged before it was able to be worked on by a collision shop after identifying the root cause to be a bent radiator mount.Thoroughly disappointed with the way this was handled and hope that people will think twice before coming here for service.

Chris, the service manager was very helpful explaining everything with my exhaust system. He said that he could fix the leak for me in about 45 minutes It was done a half an hour service department did a good job I would recommend them to anybody.

I needed to have a headlight replaced. Chris said it would be about $175 because of the labor and it would take an hour. I was very surprised when he told me it was done in about 20 minutes, and the labor was considerably lower than the estimate. Nice job Chris. Thanks and I will be back. Happy Holidays.

Extremely professional and nice, showed me what was wrong with my vehicle after 2 dealership mechanics gave me the wrong diagnosis and one of them charged me a fee. I will be taking my car back to them for anything I need done. They saved my Christmas and restored my faith in humanity.

Absolutely awful customer service. Set up an appointment to have my mufflers replaced. Instead of taking the time to get the work completed. They put my car in the air and sail "It couldn't be done" I have done it on the exact same car as before. I told them to pack the muffler up and get my car off the lift. Went to another place and had it done in an hour and a half. Laziness at its best.... I will never recommend them to anyone.

Came in for an Uber inspection. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. The waiting area is clean. I would definitely give 5 stars to the manager. James was beyond helpful in getting me back on the road. The car I purchased had locking lugs but for some reason did not come with a key, so when I got a flat most places said they couldn t do anything. James picked up the phone and called the dealership to have the work done, and he even got them to cover the cost of everything but the patch which included a whole new set of wheel locks and keys. Very pleased with the experience!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto tire replacement

The staff at Meineke was very professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely be back. The manager, James, I think, is great. My son actually referred me, and said the guy there seems like a good, trustworthy person which is important when it comes to your car. I have to agree with him.

Rip off city. I went in for an inspection for Lyft, then they said I would only pass if I spent $850 on tires. I went to National Battery & Tire, they passed me and offered me all-weather tires for $350, I wasn t looking for new tires just yet but I bought them anyway

My 2nd experience at this Meineke on George Bishop Parkway and I am exceptionally pleased both times.I won't go anywhere else for service for my car, they are terrific. Thank You All for being an auto repair/service that I can trust because I have been to others that cannot be trusted in this town.

I needed an oil change today and I couldn't book online. I called and James was able to make an appointment for me. When I got there, they got me right in and right out. I would have given 5 stars but they left the plastic in my car on the seat and on the floor. While I appreciate that they used it in the first place, I like getting my car back the same way I handed it over. I know it's a minor detail, but details matter.

From the moment of calling to get my vehicle towed, was given information for towing, what will be expected when the vehicle arrives. I did get a couple of calls as to when the vehicle arrived and the possible issue I had with it, to what they will do and call before any work is done. Got a call of the Diagnostic test to see what the issues is and also received a text with a site to go to for the results of the Diagnostic. Great communications not just from the front desk. One of the mechanics that brough my vehicle out to me explained what was done again and gave helpful advice as to future maintenance and care. The person I spoke to mainly was James.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair
