Honestly, I have never experienced such great customer service when getting my car serviced. Made a super easy appointment online to fit into my schedule. Not only did they call to confirm, but when they had openings they called to try and fit me in for a sooner appointment. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and welcomed in. Plus check in was quick and easy. I had the option to stay and wait (but had to go to work). Scottie called during to service to advise me of some things to keep in mind for future appointments and also called when service was complete with a final total. No surprises! I highly recommend.

I ve lived here for 24 years. As a transplant I didn t know where to get good service for my vehicles. Asking for recommendations, Mavis came up so frequently I gave them a try on a brake job. This location of Mavis on Macklen Road is my favorite. The service people there are polite, they listen. They treat customers respectfully and kindly. The mechanics out in the shop do first rate work. Never had a bad experience and never needed to bring a vehicle back. And for sure their estimates are reasonable, very competitive in comparison to their competition. The whole operation is trustworthy. They do what s needed and do it very well. Only place I recommend to for vehicle service.

They are awesome here. So nice and they don t take advantage of a woman. I went in equipped with the knowledge of what my van needed and they came back with the exact same information. They were able to accommodate getting the part quickly and installing immediately.

Vince and his team did a wonderful job. Had I mail in the tire and was over due to change all of them. I called at 4:30 and they were able to get me in and out the door by six for 4 new tires. Extremely professional and courteous.They provided me an excellent price. If you want something done right and find someone trust worthy This is the place to go.

Exceptional service all the way around! I came in for a simple battery replacement and they included free services and gave me all the information I needed about my car and future repairs that may be needed. Unlike other shops, they were not pushy or trying to upsell unnecessarily. They really made me and my car feel taken care of and reassured. I am the daughter of a retired mechanic so I know the typical stereotype but Vincent is one of the few exceptions to the masses and seems to really care about his customers and the service he provides! I would highly recommend stopping in and having them service you!

What a great experience. The gentleman who checked me in for my wheel alignment was very friendly, had a great personality, and was very professional. They did a great job in my wheel alignment, and I am very happy with their service. I will be going back again when I need my car serviced. They have good prices too.

My second time coming to Mavis since I ve moved to SC and they have been very helpful with servicing my car and finding the issue. Today, Stephanie helped me and her customer service skills are amazing! I would definitely recommend.

I had a good time getting my oil changed for the first time by myself. There was a very friendly staff. I got an oil change and it took about 1hr 1/2 but there were people ahead of me in line, so understandable. They gave me a free tire rotation and a discount at checkout. slay. They didn't try to haggle me out of more money which I appreciated.

The staff is great. Stephanie is awesome. So is the management. I was recommended by my brother to come here. It's my first time. I'll come again when I need too. They worked with me, super friendly, and so helpful. FANTASTIC!

Scottie took care of my son's flat tire (a patch) in less time than he even estimated, about 30 minutes! He was friendly and welcoming to us. We liked his professionalism too. They performed other tests & checks for us for free so we would know where we stand with brakes, shocks, and tire tread. The waiting area is clean and comfortable too.They did not charge us for the patch. We appreciate the customer courtesy! Thank you!

Outstanding service. Had a slow leak in a tire, they got me in fast and repaired the tire quickly. Eric at the front desk and Shawn in the shop were completely professional. Plus, the waiting area was clean and comfortable. I highly recommend them and I'll be back.

Mr. Vencent and Scottie is a very wonderful guy. He is here to do his job and help us out as best as he could. He will always find a solution to your problem. This whole place has every nice people and makes you feel at home. They are also quick with their job!!!!

We were driving down the road and lost air pressure quickly. Mavis was the closest tire establishment to get a patch in our tire due to a screw. Incredible experience while dealing with Joe!! Our tire was repaired quickly, providing great customer service, and the team is very professional. Definitely returning for future needs. Thank y'all!

I made an appointment to get my rear brakes changed on my Mercedes, I dropped my car off, and 10 minutes later I get a phone call saying that they do not have the brakes for my car. - why put me on the schedule if you don t have the inventory? - They ordered the brakes for my car, so I scheduled another appointment exactly a week later for my brakes at 8 o clock AM , I wait while they fix my brakes and at 9:30 they tell me that they cannot change my brakes because they don t have the tools I waited An hour and a half for them to tell me that they did not have the equipment to do it. If you run my Vin number, ask me what make and model my car is, ALL the information on my car comes up. You specialize in automobiles , I just feel like you should know these things, so I m not wasting my day off. Everyone is really nice, but that was a waste of my time.

I m new to the area and wasn t sure where to go when I found a small leak in my rear tire. After reading reviews - all of them positive, I chose Mavis Tire and Brake. The experience was just as expected. Instead of up selling me they patched my tire in about two hours and I was on my way. Would highly recommend for fair business and great customer service. Look for Scottie

Just have to say what a pleasant experience I had today with getting tires and alignment, Mavis Macklen Rd. I made an appointment Saturday night for 9am Sunday online. Got an almost immediate acknowledgment email. Got to shop about 10 minutes early and they were open for business. Was checked in by Jay very pleasant and knowledgeable. The car was ready in time that was told to me. Mechanics did an exceptional job. Then was checked out by Samantha who explained everything that was done. Great team of employees. Would definitely recommend

Jay and Joe were able to see me late on a Friday afternoon and literally saved me from high weekend prices elsewhere. They were both highly knowledgeable and very helpful. I highly recommend Midas and if you get a chance, say hello to these two nice guys!!

I called Sunday set up an appointment for Monday, car started running hot. Monday am took my car in they put it on the racks, checking all fluids and other parts under the hood. They are all on my trying to figure this out. Great guys.

Went to Mavis after having issues at a local tire shop. I had to go back to the local tire shop three times and was still having issues. I took my Corolla to Mavis and waited less than 30 mins and they not only fixed my issue, explained to me what was wrong, AND thoroughly inspected my fluids, brakes, etc. Everyone was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Prices were extremely reasonable. I will be back and would highly recommend.

I went in to replace 3 tires.Joe was really GREAT.The tires I chose, did not meet my standards. So Joe replaced them. In short,Joe and Sam went above and beyond any automotiveservice people that I have had contact with in the last50+ years. (28 cars, 4 trucks, 4 motorcycles).(Jay and the techs are also great too)

I am new in the area got a flat tire, changed it myself in heels!! Drove to Mavis in Socaste Paul was so nice to me I went back to have my car serviced!! Mike was what I call an examplt of Customer Service Gold stars!!

Love this place very friendly and honest Stephanie was very helpful. Prices are reasonable and work is excellent will continue to use them for all my regular maintenance needs.
