Had my 2007 Nissan 350z painted last week. Henry was easy to work with and they held true to their word. A good guarantee was given and I'm a happy customer. They even restored my headlight guts. A win win for sure. Next stop is the top shop for a new soft top and then some repairs on the inside. Thanks Henry and Maaco for making the process quick and painless.

The actual paint looked very good!! I felt they had my car much longer than they had stated. The Hyundai dealer sent the wrong part. Henry also fixed my seatbelt guide. Happy with the responsiveness I was pressed to use an expensive rental car extra cost. I could not interpret the listed estimate and actual costsHenry and Corey were good people.

I recently brought my 2007 Toyota Prius back to Maaco Auto Body Shop & Painting in Myrtle Beach, SC. I wanted to show them areas where the paint was peeling. They had painted the car a couple of years before. I was quite pleased with the paint job at that time. The color they put on was original to the car. I do not know if there was problems with the under coating, top coats or sealing coat that caused the peeling but I did know that Maaco warrantied their work. When I brought the car back and showed them my concerns, they inspected the car and found more problems than I had seen. We went inside the office and reached a viable agreement. The car was going to be repainted with Maaco assuming the brunt of the cost. My out of pocket expenses were negligible compared to what they would assume. They were going to use the same color but apply more top coat and a different sealing coat. When I saw the car, I was amazed how different, yet newer the car looked. It actually looked better than when I bought it. You could look into the paint and see the sparkle in the paint. They "hit it out of the park" to use a baseball euphorism. I am pleased with Maaco and how they stand behind their work.

My Honda is over 20 years old and was in dire need of a paint job. I took it to Maaco and the staff was very accommodating, accurate, and friendly. I was astounded at the result! The car looked like it was just driven off the show room floor. I would recommend their facility to anyone looking for a good paint job that's reasonably priced. Also, they discount if the customer pays cash. Kudos to Maaco and their staff.

Paint job is OK. Couple of issues. They quoted new bumper at cost of $1.2k. Paid for bumper, got call back that actual cost was over $800 higher than quote. Not sure how this miss a quote by over 60%??? Supposed to be done in a week, max week and a half. Day before week and a half came, I called and was told they just needed to put bumper on and they would call me next morning when ready. Never received a call saying it was ready or not. Called the following day and was told they just had to put it all together. Two days earlier, only had to put bumper on? Finally got call very late the day that it was ready.

Henry and his team did an outstanding job on my 2018 Cadillac Escalade. My paint was fading and the dealer wanted $10k to paint. Maaco painted my entire vehicle for $3k, and it looks brand new again. I would definitely recommend this Maaco location to others. The entire staff was knowledgeable and friendly. If you want a top-notch paint job at a very reasonable price, trust Henry and his team.

They were very professional and patient with me. They fix my quarter glass and did a nice job. If I could give 10 stars I would. We have a 2012 Jeep Patriot that s was starting to show paint chipping and sun damage. Gave us an estimate took care of to them , got it back today we are ecstatic with the job they did no oversprays took the time to do it right!!Staff is great friendly and helpful Thank you Macco

I read the reviews before I brought my vehicle here to get painted and they definitely live up to all these good reviews! The staff is professional and helpful and the work performed is top notch! I shopped around for months to find somewhere for a reasonably priced paint job that looked good and found it here at Maaco. I was greeted cheerfully by two workers seated at the reception area. My wait was less than 1 minute. A kind gentleman followed me out to examine my car and within minutes I had a estimate on what it would take to fix the peeling paint on my Kia. He took time to give me additional options and give me some price ranges. I have used them one other time and was very satisfied with the job.

We were referred to Maaco by a friend who had an excellent experience there and were not disappointed. They repaired some minor damage to a bumper and exceeded our expectations: fast service, great quality work, and the staff was great as well. Highly recommend this location!

I wish I could rate them a 0. I asked them if they can give me an estimate for painting my 1984 Dodge Ram W 100. They said to bring it over to their shop to get an accurate estimate. I drove an hour just to get there only to get no estimate. They said that it's the job is too big for them. I was very disappointed. That's the last time they'll ever see me

Returned to my van and found a large dent after parking down town. I've used Maaco in NC and went to the 501 location as they have painted a few family cars. Henry and the team went the xtra mile to make sure it looked factory new... Give them an opportunity to go the xtra mile for you!

I had my 2004 Jaguar xj8 completely repainted. All dents and scratches are gone and the paint is beautiful. Maaco did a brilliant job on my car. I dealt with Corey from the beginning. He did my estimate and followed through with the entire process. I have a 23-year-old truck the roof needed repainting Michael did it when no one else would the job they did on a scale of 1 to 10 was 100 I couldn't ask for anything more if my truck needs anything else which it does a new bumper it will be in hopefully they will be able to help me they did a great job also we're very easy to do business with

Only good thing I can say is that they were able to get my vehicle in quickly. They spray my windshield with primer or something my fender liner was not ripped and damaged when I took it in (I have photos to prove) but it s broken now. The door isn t fitting properly near fender. I have been back twice for them to fix the female in there was able to see o was charged for factory part but they use a aftermarket I guess because nothing fits right. It s such a terrible job.Service: Painting

The right rear bumper was torn off. They temporarily fixed the issue,( at no charge). Until the parts could be ordered to fix it properly. A local friend recommended them and I have to say kudos, they did a great job.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim
