Very nice and accommodating owners! As far as the mechanic who worked on me car.... I was given a guesstimate on replacing gear linkage. Only call I received was when it was ready, stating repairs were (70%) higher but they couldn't reach me (????). No voice mail, no text message. 20/20 hindsight should have accepted the replaced $600 cable to verify. Got in car, and gears did not match up to console markings. Mechanic said that would be additional $300. I had a hard time getting into correct gear. Then I discovered one vent control pushed in as well as broken, then discovered my hazards and button to check tire pressure, etc not working. That was the final straw. I contacted another place where I had to pay $125 for them to align my gears (which they said should have been done) and to plug in the Hazzard and other buttons. As far as the broken vent, I'm screwed. Picture of broken vent and how it should look.So single women, beware.

I originally got a tune from Joey and had a great experience so I went back to get racing seats and harnesses installed. They did everything in one day and they look amazing! Their work is top notch and their customer service is great! Texted and called me to keep me updated the whole time. It felt like a friend working on my car for me. Would recommend them every time for any performance work or modifications!Services: Auto engine tuning, Body & Trim

Great place and great people. They really know performance modifications and tunes for vehicles. I brought my Bullitt mustang in for a tune originally, then a long tube install and re-tune a few months later. The results were HUGE!I have another car they are going to work on too. I am using them again because they have a great company and did a good job on my mustang. If you want to go faster then this is the place. They also have E-85 readily available.Services: Exhaust, Auto engine tuning

GREAT SHOP- Tony, Carrie & Joey were equally excellent. I brought my newly purchased Camaro ZL1 over to them to get some things done to it & their workmanship is spectacular. Not to mention, their pricing is much better than other places in the area. When I called, Tony & Carrie were so so helpful to answer my questions. I have a few more modifications I plan to make to my vehicle & I won t take it anywhere else now! I would definitely 10/10 recommend this shop to all my family & friends. Very honest & kind people.

My husband dropped our 2016 GMC Sierra SLT off recently for a diagnosis. We were told there was a $125 charge for the diagnosis, which we agreed to. Let's Go gave us a quote for repairs that was quite a bit higher than the local GMC dealer had previously quoted, so we told them not to do any repairs, and that we would be there shortly to pick it up. A few minutes later, we received a call from Let's Go stating that they had installed new plugs in our truck at a cost of $456. They stated they had to do that in order to make a diagnosis. My husband told them we did not authorize that work, so they stated they would remove them before we picked it up. When he picked up the truck, he noticed it was running worse than when we dropped it off, but he drove it straight to the GMC dealer and dropped it off. The GMC dealer called us a short time later to tell us that two of the plug wires had not been reattached. I am not sure how this was missed by Let's Go, but it did not give us a great feeling about our experience with them. This is in no way a false review....It is our honest opinion of the service we received from this business......EDITED FOR CLARITY after seeing the reply from Let's Go Automotive - I never said we paid for the spark plugs. In my review, it states that they were removed before we picked up the truck since we had not authorized that work to be done. In addition, the truck was obviously not running well when we dropped it off due to the lifter issue, however, it was running much worse when we picked it up due to the fact that Let's Go apparently didn't reattach two of the spark plug wires when they put everything back together. While I realize that everyone is human, missing not one, but TWO spark plug wires seems excessive. When we dropped off the truck, we were told the diagnostic fee was $125. Now, Let's Go is claiming we should have been charged more. I guess I don't understand why they quoted us a diagnostic price if they weren't willing to stand by their own figures. This is by no means a FALSE review as Let's Go has claimed in their reply.....We are regular people that dropped off a vehicle for a diagnosis. It is unfortunate that Let's Go Automotive feels the need to claim that I am not being honest since I have only stated exactly what our experience was with their business.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Jason knows his way around BMWs! The shifter on my 21 year old E46 felt very loose and mushy and the clutch wasn t as sharp. The whole shifting experience needed a refresh. I got straight talk from the start with knowledge based recommendations! The entire team there at LET S GO are all great to work with. I m totally satisfied with the work and my driving experience is thrilling once again!

We came here to see about a jeep and really like people , so like I am bad with names but I can remember a face , but was told one was Sean and the other was Tyler , and his dad which was one of the ones I can t remember but he was cool as well .. as well as the garage peeps so everyone was nice and fun to talk with ..Now the vehicle in which we are talking about , is a 95 jeep and got to say is a nice ride as well as the other cars out there on the lot and priced reasonable as well So very happy with the way they took care of us and a unforeseen issue with a brake we had come up being 4 hours from home ..they got us taken care of and back on the road and now at the beach enjoying the rest of our time here with out any worries . SoGot to say A+++++ to LET S GO AUTOBY ALL MEANS , stop in and check out what they got at one or both locations ..Great people and great cars and trucks , you won t be disappointed

Can't say enough of what a great experience I had with these guys.I recently moved to Myrtle Beach from MA and as with all things, you need to find new doctors, dentists, vets for the dog and of course, a new mechanic.I originally went on Google looking for a Mercedes mechanic for my 2013 Mercedes C300 and my 2002 Mercedes SLK32 AMG. I found a shop with good reviews and a supposed good reputation so I brought my C300 there twice. First time, I was pleased with the work and the price, although they had the car for two weeks resulting in me having to get a rental. The second time, not so much as the car needed U joints and I was told that they couldn't just replace them but that I had to replace the entire drive shaft, a $2000 job. OUCH as the car has 143,000 miles on it, but it's been a very good car so I went forward and authorized the work. This time they also had the car nearly two weeks.Upon completion of the driveshaft work, I told them I wanted to swap out my 02 SLK32 as the exhaust had developed a rattle, which I figured to be a heat shield, when the C300 was done. No problem they said. Well, that was until they called to tell me that it wasn't a heat shield and that as they couldn't pinpoint which catalytic converter (cats) was making the noise, their solution was to replace the entire exhaust system on the car to the tune of $5000. Yes, $5000! No way I told them, so I told them I'd come pick it up.Before I picked it up I did another Google search and found Let's Go Automotive. They had good reviews and as they looked like car guys themselves, I thought I'd take it by and see what they had to say and I'm SOOOOO glad I did.I stopped by around 4:30 and met Tony and then Joey. I explained the situation. They told me that they estimated the cost was going to be $800 to $1500 but that would include a tune, if needed. Being far under the last estimate and them seeming like good guys, I agreed. Sometimes you just get a good vibe. They asked if I could leave it but I didn't have a ride and I live a bit too far for them to have given me a lift, so they asked me to drop it off the next morning between 8:30 and 9:00am which I did. When I got there I dropped the keys off to a very nice girl who turned out to be Joey's wife and then left. Less than two hours later, I got a call from Tony saying the car was on the lift and Joey had taken a look at it and he believed that one of the cats had clogged and they wanted my permission to cut it open and clean it out, which I agreed to. They then said come pick it up and it'll be ready so I said I'd be there in a couple hours.Upon my arrival, I met Joey in the office, along with his wife, whos name I didn't get but will next time and he told me he had opened up both cats and cleaned them out so as to keep the back pressure of the exhaust on both sides the same and to avoid any check engine lights. We had a few laughs about marriage and his kids and then he gave me the bill. $500. 10% of what the Mercedes mechanics wanted to charge me.I will be bringing all of my cars to these guys from now on and I highly recommend that you do too. Finding an honest, family run repair shop can be quite a challenge but if you go to Let's Go Auto, that problem will be solved. Thanks to Joey, his wife and Tony. I really appreciate the work you did and while I don't like it when my cars need work, I do look forward to bringing them back to Let's Go Auto.

The guys at the shop know exactly what they re doing and love go fast cars just as much as anyone bringing their car to them. They took care of my Shelby on the Dyno and made some great power. Absolutely couldn t have gone any smoother. Give these guys a call. I drove from Columbia SC to Myrtle Beach then drove back same day after the tune. Give them your toys and you won t be disappointed. Thanks guys, I ll be back with more powaaaService: Auto engine tuning

Very expensive. I needed my Procharger rebuilt on my 99 Cobra so they sent it off to get it rebuilt in which I paid Procharger directly. They performed the job of uninstalling the head unit and reinstalling it, which it a two hour job at most. They charged me over $800.00!! Also I asked for a Quote to do an e 85 conversion on the Cobra and they came back with $ 8,500.00. I could buy a whole new engine for that much money.Service: Engine repair

I had a really bad experience at the jiffy lube on church st. There mechanic messed with my car and decided to unplug my camshaft sensor so I d have to pay to replace that and 2 other parts. Well, I m glad I came here to have them check. Took a quick look at it and instantly knew what was up. Jiffy lube unplugged and broke it so multiple codes would come up. This business was upfront and honest and really worked with me. As someone who has crippling anxiety this is where you want to go. As a 19 year old female by myself they never once tried to take advantage of that. I felt comfortable and taken care of. The environment is also awesome, everyone inside is super sweet and even offered me coffee lol. Amazing business, and my new mechanic.

I am very pleased with the thorough work they did to my car and checked it out to make sure I was safe on the road. I dropped mine off thinking it was one thing and it was something completely different. They called and let me know I didn't need the parts to fix it and so many shops would have done it anyway to get your money. This will be my new go to place. Very reasonable prices as well !

Joey is great. The only worry I had was when I picked my truck up, my battery had to be jumped due to I needed a new one. The guy who jumped my battery didn't close the hood all the way. I traveled 4 miles down Hwy 31 at 70 mph. This could have been a disaster. I was at at stop light when the guy beside me called my attention to it. I had angels watching over me on this day.

I was referred here by my friends. I was having major problems with my car that I had taken to multiple shops and Joey was very helpful and fixed it up with no problems. He kept me updated the entire time, and if things went unexpected, he told me right away. They do good work at Let s Go and they will definitely be getting all of my business henceforth. I would refer every person I could to Let s Go!

Had my vehicle towed there due to a fuel leak. Went to pick it and the owner Joey didn't charge me. Was only a loose fuel line that the previous owner had just installed before I had purchased. Needless to say I was much appreciative and had since taken my (vehicles) there for anything from a simple oil change to putting in a new rack and pinion. I had also had a strut go out that was installed at Let's Go. I took vehicle back and was fixed under warranty including labor. Once again I cant complain there. I will not bring my vehicles anywhere else, you cant beat the costumer service the guarantee of work!
