Johnny was so professional and very smart with helping us out on Good Friday of all day. It was a great Friday as we were able to use the warranty and get two new batteries. This place is so customer friendly it s always a pleasure doing business here. Not our first time here as we truly love this place and would recommend it to everyone. Way to go Johnny!

I use this business for all my battery needs even down to replacing remote car key fobs. Such an awesome crew to do business with. Reasonable prices with a warranty. They do installs and if your strapped on funds, they have reconditioned batteries to get you back on the road.

Busy Friday afternoon at the beach bad weather coming and my son s truck battery dies. Everybody was saying 200+ but not these guys they were great. In and out in 20 minutes. great customer service will definitely be coming back

My battery on my 2018 Malibu went out this morning and my husband and I had to work I called Interstate on my break and Johnny was sooo helpful and nice!!! I knw I called 3x lol I got off a bit late but we made it here and he ensured to give us the best service and price!!! Highly recommend!!!

10/10 highly recommend.. saved me in a pinch. Their prices are unbeatable, and the install fee, was barley anything.. it was absolutely amazing they had me in and out with a new battery in less than 10 minutes. Before I was done paying, the battery was in, and I was ready to leave as soon as I walked out.

I was definitely impressed with these guys .I stopped in to get a battery and they was quick and very professional. Most of all I was impressed with the price of a refurbished battery for a boat. The guy also told me a way to even save 5 more dollars by doin a simple review. Boat battery under 60 dollarsUn heard of. But that was my deal from them even with a 1 year warranty. 100%HappyThanks guys, Keevin BeamP. S. They will have all my business in the future

Nick at Interstate batteries helped us WAAYY better than autozone could. They were so understanding and super fast with their work. They helped us charge a battery at full capacity to help our car get up and running. If you need help with your car battery, this is THE BEST PLACE in South Carolina hands down. Nick deserves a raise!

Absolutely amazing service, if you need a battery for your car, go to the experts. They stand behind their product and warrantee it, and never try to take advantage of you. Definitely more knowledgeable and less expensive than the automotive store.

Wonderful experience! Very helpful and trusting service. For example they gave me options and never pressured me to make a quick decision. Very polite and knowledgeable. Took no time to install battery. Considering my car is difficult. I will continue to purchase my battery from them. 10 out of 10

I called prior to my arrival and was not informed about a $20 cord charge when you turn in a dead battery. The conversation started by me asking how much they charged for used batteries($65.00). The gentleman told me they would charge me $10 to turn in a used battery, so I left the old one just to arrive at the location and was told it was $86 to get a used battery. $20.00 extra if I didn t turn in the old one. If gas was so damn expensive I d be okay driving home to get the old one, but the fact that I called before hand and he didn t mention this has me irate!

I had issues with my car about a week ago and had the battery tested at one of the automotive parts houses and was told it wasn't the problem. I had another issue with the car not wanting to crank so I called about pricing a new battery at several places and found that Interstate was competitive so I went there today and they tested my battery and showed me that it was very weak. They helped me change it out and saved me money as well. Very nice folks to deal with!!!

I have a 1967 Austin Healey 3000 and these guys understood the car, help me test my old battery put it in a stronger battery. Zach and Nick were fantastic I would highly recommend them

I went in this morning and I needed a battery. Nic and im pretty sure the other guys name is Aaron, we're both great! I was met outside and Aaron carried my battery in and Nic had me checking out almost immediately. I walk back out and my new battery was by my car and ready to go. That was impressive enough but they both did it with smiles on their face and were very professional yet personable. Not a lot of places left that make you feel welcome so I think it's important to mention those that do.
