Bryce was such a great and attentive salesman, within 10 minutes of me and my father arriving he had us in his office reviewing options in our price range that fit our parameters. Compared to other dealerships we tried, the car buying process here felt much easier and straight forward.When it was all said and done we purchased a 2016 Nissan Rogue(beautifully detailed and fully serviced by Grand Strand Nissan) and we were able to leave with the car within 4 hours of test driving, since purchasing two months ago it has driven a few thousand miles and is still running great.

1 yr ago I had given them one star. After seeing a truck I like on their lot I decided to give it a go again. The first contact was with Roby Haynes he asked a million question about what I needed in a truck. I felt comfortable to go work with him. I went in on roby s day off and I ended up with a nice gentlemen named Greg. We took several trucks for rides and talked and he was phenomenal at his job there was no pressure in buying he truly cared about my purchase quote this is a large investment today and I want you make the right decision Team Nissan gets 5 stars from me today. Great job!!! Customer care was amazing. Pricing is great.

Elijah was the best salesman. We met with him a year before our purchase and weren't ready to bite the bullet yet because of interest rates. He didn't pressure, took us on test drives of different vehicles and told us to reach out when we were ready. Came back a year later and he took very good care of us.

If I could give Jim Atkins and Marcus McLean ALL of the stars I would. A little back story... since December we had been looking at different suv's. I fell in love with a Platinum Armada. My husband called a local Nissan dealer that I will NOT mention to schedule the recall work and mentioned his back window leaking and a problem with the passenger seat. Upon arrival a rather snarky and dismissive attitude turned him off from ever wanting to go back. I called Grand Strand to schedule the recall work and also mentioned the additional items. The service department was stellar! While waiting on his truck, Jay test drove an Armada and started sending me pictures. Jim and Marcus were up front and incredibly helpful. I adore my new Armada and we are so grateful to everyone at Grand Strand Nissan! Thank you all SO much.

Jim Atkins was an outstanding salesperson. We knew we wanted to purchase a vehicle in the next month or so. We were just looking! He was not pushy, very knowledgeable and offered us to take the Rogue home for the weekend. We really appreciated the time he spent with us and was very professional. Vito Marciano, the Finance Manager was also outstanding and explained everything to us.Thank you for a great experience! We love our new Rogue.

Terry is service has been amazing! I was dealing with a very long drawn out service issue that no one could figure out. I was stressed and emotional and she was so sweet and very professional. She took over everything for me as far as communicating with insurance and another shop. She really helped me through this process and always called me back and responded. I highly recommend the service dept here. They found the issue and was able to fix it so quickly. I really have appreciated all of her help!

Upon looking for a reliable vehicle to get back and forth to doctors appointments, we stumbled into GSN on a rainy day. The rain did not put a damper on the exceptional customer service we received. We felt cared for and respected by everyone we met. This was an enjoyable experience and we would suggest you shop here for all your vehicle buying needs. I had a flat tire at 1am and took my vehicle straight to the dealership. I left my keys in the overnight drop box. I tried to call at 7:30 when it said the dealership was open but no one answered. By 8am when they were answering the phone my vehicle was already repaired and ready for pickup. They had my vehicle ready before I even needed it for work. Excellent work and very timely.

I really appreciate how flexible the Grand Strand Nissan location is. When I stopped by without an appointment because my car battery was failing, they managed to squeeze me in and replace it. When my heat and air stopped working, they did a very in depth inspection and got them working again. (My AC had been inspected at a different location before, too, so I was pleasantly surprised when they were able to fix it at this Nissan). My most recent service was for my 60K check and when I arrived early for my appointment, they went ahead and took my car back. I feel confident that my car is in the best shape possible, I feel their pricing has been very fair for the work done, and I am grateful for all their help.

I called in 45min before I arrived asking if it was possible to do a sit and wait for an oil change I needed before unscheduled roadtrip. Not only was I told to come on in, I was met by the same service agent who I spoke to and he was ready to receive my car. My plan was to do a little work while I waited, cause I requested service so last minute. However, before I could get through my first sets of email to begin any good work, I was informed my car was ready. Talk about express lube!!! Thank you Jared for being an outstanding service agent and thank you to the service dept. for handling a last minute ask with expedience and care.

Today I was in for a manufacture recall on my vehicle. The service department team was very knowledgeable, polite, and the process was smooth. I inquired about other service prices and I must say they are quite reasonable. I highly recommend Grand Strand Nissan.

Unfortunately I can not do a 0 star! I work for an insurance agency and was called needing assistance with a policy. I have never been more disrespected during a business transaction in my adult life. Phone conversation started with the dealership representative needing to verify insurance for a newly purchased vehicle. I explained that the vehicle had been added to the policy but that until if fully processed we could not provide them with anything further than a change form. He continued to ask me for paperwork that I explained multiple times I could not provide at this time. That he would be welcome to call back for the documents at a later time. Before completing the call he told me that the phone call was a waste of his time and a huge convenience. This is how they treat other professionals in the business.

My appointment was for maintenance on my vehicle. My vehicle was serviced right at the appointment time and I was escorted to the waiting area where there were comfortable chairs and coffee and other beverages available while I waited. My vehicle was ready in no time at all and everything that was done was explained to me. I was very pleased with the service

First time here. Coming from a state that has inspection twice a year, to one that does not. I needed an oil change and tire rotation. I explained that to Madelynne, she ensured that they would go through a multipoint inspection. We added an antifreeze flush and changed the brake fluid. Everything else checked out. They recommended a 4 wheel alignment. I passed on it, only because, I will be buying new tires, from you, in the next month. Great service, I waited, and personable associates.

I took the car in for what I surmised to be a transmission problem with the vehicle being only 4 years old I expected the bill to be around 2000total but I received a quote for the transmission and other things the mechanic found for a grand total of near $ 7000. I should have known that a dealership he here I did not buy the vehicle would charge me half of what the vehicle is worth just to make a buck. The transmission was assessed as being beyond repair and the only thing I could do is pay for the replacement at a grand total of $ 4900. There are no businessmen left out there only thieves and robbers

Had to have navigation system worked on. This is after I had at twin city Nissan in tn. They not only didn't get it fixed they made it worse. Grand strand appears to have corrected the issue. Thank you for the competent and professional service.

Elijah is truly an asset to the Grand Strand Nissan dealership. This is the 2nd vehicle that he has helped us with, and there was not any hesitation on our part that we wanted him to help us again with this purchase. He is very knowledgeable, friendly, personable and had answers to all of my questions, never once making me feel like I was being pressured into buying anything I was not 100% comfortable with. Elijah thoroughly reviewed all of the vehicle features prior to purchase, reached out after the sale to make sure I was happy, and to see if I had any questions regarding the pathfinder just to make sure everything was good. I would definitely recommend Elijah to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle. Vito was also great during our purchase taking care of all the paperwork. With his bright, friendly demeanor, he got us taken care of fast and efficiently while still making sure we understood all of our options. My family could not be happier with our purchase and the excellent customer service we received throughout the process.

Today was the best service I ve ever received anywhere having my car serviced. The on-line scheduling process was convenient, the staff was so nice and professional, and the service was completed quickly while we waited in their comfy waiting area. I purchased a 2015 Toyota Sienna from Grand Strand and everyone was great, especially our salesman Roby. The only issue I have is that the van was most definitely not detailed despite being told they were taking it back to have it detailed while we waited. If you are buying a used vehicle then I would negotiate a detail out of the price if they aren t detailing used vehicles as this should be included in the price of the vehicle already. The seats were covered in some sort of food in the second and third row and food was in the cup holders and glovebox. I spent 3 hours cleaning and gave up and decided to hire a detailer to come and clean it in 2 weeks. This detail is going to cost me roughly $500 that I already paid for in the price of the vehicle.Edit 6/1/23: I forgot to mention that we live about 2 1/2 hours away, so going back to the dealership to have them detail it properly just isn t feasible.

Jamar, Marcus, and Stan were superlative in their courtesy and professional demeanor. We felt well taken care of by them and I recommend Grand Strand Nissan. They scheduled a detail job and another appointment for installation of a roof rack. Jamar came in on his day off to help us with the detailing and free charging of our new EV.The new technology of EVs is a challenge for us all and the team did well answering our questions.

Terry in the service department was a life saver. This happened on the day of my Grandmother's funeral so I was in a desperate time crunch. North Strand Nissan had me tow my diesel truck( they knew my Nissan Titan was a Diesel) all the way to their location, only to tell me they don't work on Diesel engines, the service rep there offered me no alternatives, no apologies and no help. I called Terry, she helped me locate another Tow truck, got me in the shop and back on the road. 10/10 would recommend Grand Strand Nissan, 0/10 for the North Strand Nissan.
