1st class!Steven came to our rescue when the second tire on our 12'000# camper blew out. Since I was all out of spare tires at this point, he took a wheel off of his own race car trailer and brought to us roadside which he allowed us to use until we could have new tires installed a few days later.

Matt and Troy got our dirsel motorhome fixed up and going in what I consider great timing as they had to first locate and expedite parts. Highly knowledgeable, excellent work and professionalism. And on time.

I wouldn't ever recommend calling these guy first or calling at all for that point. Had a fuel line burst literally walking distance from there shop. Was charged $200 + for a mobile guy to show up throw some oil dry down & tell me it'll be a 6hr job in the ballpark of $1200 to repair. Plus a tow bill because (I'm not working on it on the side of the road). Had a guy come from over 2hrs away to fix that line $250 out the door new line included. Was back rolling 25 30 minutes from the time he got there. These guys are crooks don't give any of your hard money to support them.

Steven came to the State Park and diagnosed our diesel RV has bad starter. He was great, fixed the Coach and got us back on the road. Thank you so much

When you re headed to the beach hauling a camper, the last thing you expect is to have to find a mechanic to fix your truck, and a Friday evening at that, but after I googled a mechanic in the area, fleet specialist was the only that came up open. I gave him a call, he said he would meet me in 10 minutes. It was less than that and he shows up. Who does that! He test drove with my husband comes back, makes the repair right there in the parking lot, then boom we were off to go camping in just a few minutes. Really nice guy! This is who you call in Myrtle if you need your truck fixed. I highly recommend him. Super fast, and great work, and the price was very reasonable considering how fast he came to us, and repaired on the spot. Very happy! Thank you so much!

The owner , Troy , is not professional at all whatsoever . Did not receive a quote/ estimated price before completing the job . I had no idea it would be over 1300 just to replace a wheel pin. When I found out it was going to be that much, i asked why I never received a quote and he started cussing us out and took the part he installed off and then proceeded to take extra parts off of our machine and the keys to it !!!! I am filing a civil suit against him and will get this matter resolved . Absolutely ridiculous , I am a 75 year old women trying to do good business and instead I get pushed off and ripped off ! I told Troy I was calling the police and he said Go ahead , I m not touching it or giving the keys/parts back until I get the bill paid in full.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Body & Trim, Brakes, Battery

We are from out of state had brake issues called and Troy answered told him of our problem he said to bring it by the next evening to drop truck off. Gave me a quote of the cost was also nice enough to give me ride to the camp ground. Called me the following day said that my truck was repaired. Did it the time and the cost that he d quoted me. If I was ever in town again I would be of need of service I d use them again very polite and professional.Service: Brakes

Incredibly frustrating experience in which the owner repeatedly made promises and continued to break them, for 6 straight weeks. When it became clear he had not intention of doing the job, I asked him for a referral elsewhere - and he would make another promise to come out and see the vehicle, and not show up. While I"m sure they're busy, a professional and helpful "I'm so sorry, we don't have time for this job" goes a lot farther than "I'll be there tomorrow!" and never showing up (again. and again. and again.).

Fleet provided the quickest and best RV service I have encountered in about a decade. The service person who answered the phone and took our initial service request assured me off the top of their great likelihood of having parts for my described problem (and it sounded like for anything from A to Z). When Troy, our service person, showed up the next day, he was nice, cordial and got down to business. What I had prepared to be about a 2 hr ordeal turned out to be so much less than that. A model Service center for sure!!

Dropped trailer to have dunnage box installed. I gave them my phone # & the # to call for payment. No one called to say the trailer was ready. A week after leaving it I got a call asking when i was going to get my trailer because they were running out of room. I told them I was out of town on an emergency & they said ok. No one bothered me for the next wk. After I returned they called asking when i was coming to get it? I told them I would be there asap. When i arrived @ 1/2 hr later they asked for payment. I told them I left the phone # to call for payment & someone was supposed to have already called for payment & someone was supposed to have called me when it was finished. The guy RUDELY said WELL WE DIDN'T! I gave him the # again & left after he recieved payment. They did good work & I would have given 5 stars if it weren't for the RUDENESS & the lack of communication!!!

My husband and I needed our RV repaired. We were recommended by someone who previously had a positive experience with Fleet Specialties. We were thrilled with the prompt response, professionalism and expertise that Troy demonstrated in diagnosing and repairing our RV! We were so happy to be On The Road Again... Pricing was fair and reasonable also.

These guys are great. Got me out of a jam. Fixed my truck right there on the side of the road and got me back to work so I didn t have to let my customer down. Troy was great to deal with. He sent His guy Steven out to me right away. And it wasn t an easy thing to fix either. I highly recommend these guys.

So I just called them over the phone it was a guy, I just simply asked if they changed oil for a bus , keep in mind on the web it dose say they do , he immediately said absolutely not . All I have to say is if you don t offer the services why post that you do and the fact your open 24/7 . I am over it now just needed to post this and let others know and management know . I ll just do the job myself and save a few bucks.Service: Oil change

This company was incredible! I would recommend to anyone! Fast as heck to get to us, so knowledgeable, and great price! He got to us, trouble shooted, fixed and had us back in road within a half an hour! Awesome awesome service! Great personality too!

One of our trucks broke down at 8:30 am. We called Fleet Specialties and they had a truck on site within one hour. Their truck had all the tools, equipment and parts to get our truck back on the road right away. They will be our mobile repair service in the area for now on. Great company!!

My 2000 holiday rambler shredded its serpentine belt on the way in to ocean lakes, I called these guys out and they replaced it and were very prompt. If you are stuck and broken down here at the beach, I WOULD not hesitate to give these guys a call.

If you are looking for someone to attempt to do a job and never show back up I recommend you use Fleet Specialties. Rude owner that doesn t keep his word, find anyone else but this business for a repair service.
