Great store, super smart technicians, and they will work with you on pricing.Also, if you have your car repaired here. It's warranty extends to every Firestone NATIONWIDE. And there is a store everywhere across the USA.Great Job

We had a flat tire the morning we was to leave the Beach (on a Sunday)! As I got online trying to find a cheap place to stay another night someone else started looking online for tire shops open on a Sunday. This tire shop for the win!!!!! Very friendly staff! We actually took tire off in their parking lot and put in back on cause it would have been a way longer wait for them to get a bay open to do it all. (Which I understand there was people already waiting that had appointments)

Left with no brakes after a brake fluid flush. Manager told me to find another place after expressing my disappointment over several issues related to this last visit. And yes .. it was my LAST visit. Never again! A combative and argumentative attitude from this guy. So much for customer service. Called corporate to complain and they put HIM on the phone. I will get my story out on social media. It will cost Firestone way more than the $330 I spent. I will also be disputing those charges as my issues were not resolved to my satisfaction. Somebody there needs to WAKE UP. There ARE other places to take business.

Greeted as soon as I entered shop, very respectful and gave me step by step details on the services I needed in order. Came in for spark plugs and ignition coils. It was a longer wait than first told but he kept coming out to tell me updates. Highly recommend just based on customer service alone. Great job.

I feel that I was treated very well at the Firestone store by the manager.? I went in for a bulb and asked if they would check to see if I needed brakes and rotors which the Cadillac dealership said I needed immediately! I didn t but did need tires and a front end alignment. They did not have tires in stock for me. He said I could go to a competitor if I needed to. I told him I bet he would find me some. I went home and sure enough he called me this morning and he found me some tires that would be in this week. I was so happy. I would highly recommend this store.Tammy Vannoy

My appointment/service was to replace a minor accessory part (windshield wiper blade)... In addition, proper tire pressures were checked... My "07" Honda Accords wipers are 2 different sizes: 26" driver side & 18" passenger. I only needed the 18" replaced. If (wiper blades) are packaged as a pair, did I pay for a package of 2, or did I pay for a packaged pair or did I pay for only 1 blade.My ONLY reason for the question is, if in the future I need a wiper blade replaced, and the service cost is for a package of 2, I'll have both replaced, even if only (1 blade) is damaged.3 months ago I had both rear brake calipers & a rubber bushing on the sway bar replaced...I'm very pleased with the quality service work at Firestone's 613 N. Kings Hwy, Myrtle Beach Store...Mark and Frazier, the Service Mgr"s, have always been great to work with... I no longer take my car to the Honda Dealership, where it costs 50% more! Firestone comes 1st, plus I now have a Firestone Credit Card.L. Jones03/16/2024I always feel confident in the Service/Mechanic Dept., when scheduling Service Work for my vehicle. They will always perform a courtesy check on other/extra operational functions of my car, in addition to the specific service work that was originally ordered.I can always count on the Service Managers/Advisers,..Fraizer and Mark. They are courteous and extremely knowledgeable of the functions of any year, make & model of the Car Industry. After your Service Work is completed, they always explain in detail, exactly what was done or needed.I am very pleased and confident with the Service Work at the Firestone Auto Care, Myrtle Beach location.Regards,L. Went in with a flat tire issue with my tesla and they were happy to help. Unlike many other places who refused to work on a tesla. Glad they found the problem and fixed it. Fyi, the flat tire cost for tesla is more expensive than usual cars but better than towing to charlotte .. Spencer was amazing and answered all my questions.

Matt and the team here saved my vacation when my vehicle had issues preventing me from moving forward with my family vacation they diagnosed and replaced parts immediately causing almost zero down time on the trip.HIGHLY recommend them!

I came in to have an oil change and 2 headlights replaced and the price changed, AFTER they took my car in, from $236 to $374! I was told it was because the labor increased for one headlight that was difficult to remove but was magically done quickly as soon as I paid the extra price. I really feel taken advantage of.

Well. I guess since I'm a single female I was taken advantage of with my oil change. I was charged 50 dollars each for an engine and cabin filter and both are not looked at during an oil change and I think the price was too high when you can get them alot cheaper at other places and I was also told they topped fluids that needed filled and when I got home all my fluids were the same. I try my best to trust but I knew something wasn't right when I got home. I wonder if they even replaced them and they probably showed me someone else's filters. I'll never go back. I ve given Firestone a few chances now but this time I'm done with chances. They really took advantage of me now. Just because I'm a female doesn't mean I'm not smart enough to know things about cars.

Well, I had a nail in my tire. I thought they could plug it NO I ended up buying a tire. They did have 2 ugh now I have go back and buy another tire. All I needed is a tire they told me I needed my filters, changed did ask for this . I told them I can do it myself. They looked shocked ! Why would they have a set of 2 tires in stock ..

Getting there early I thought I'd be serviced quickly. It took 4 hours. During that time no updates. Check the brakes replace rear pads and oil change.

I have been using their services for awhile now, as all business, I have seen some people come and go. Each and everyone have been nothing but exceptional customer service. Recommend setting appointment times for early morning. They were able to get my car right in and worked on quickly. As far as vehicle inspection, these guys are the least expensive in the area, some shops are charging outrageous fees, these guys never raised their price for this service.

I went in to get I tire replaced I needed all 4 but could not afford at this time .Chuck talked up the credit card and no interest for 6 mo perfect I thought after brief questions he said you are approved and then he gave me the paper work my mistake omg what have I done , NO LIMIT TO OUR SHARING your info ,what they sell your info ,now do I need an attorney to get out of this ? I m very disappointed in this underhanded move by such a large company . Well I wasn't approved ,they took the money out of my account , left me negative in my account and my personal info is being sold ,. All due to needing 1 tire ,thanks Firestone thanks Chuck

Despite the fact that they were very busy, and closing very soon, they still made the time to squeeze me in and fix my tire. It was late on Saturday evening, and I had to drive back to Virginia the next morning. There was a screw in my tire, they checked it out, said it was repairable, and actually got it fixed for me within 45 minutes.

Brought my vehicle in for routine maintenance and diagnosed an issue that I was unaware of at the time. Was able to get the issue fixed before it left me stranded and broke down.

My college age daughter was on vacation in this area when we realized that her two front tires needed to be replaced for her to travel home safely. Frazier and the firestone team were able to get her two front tires installed before she traveled back home and at a very reasonable rate. Peace of mind is priceless and I am forever grateful.Many thanks!Danielle

Previously had a bit of trouble at this same firestone and I wasn't happy, but I had already purchased the lifetime alignment package so I've continued coming. This time my oil pan plug was stripped and couldn't be removed, they did my last oil change about 4k miles ago. This review i gave 5stars bc they have been very hands on and accepted responsibility for it being stripped, no questions asked. Free of charge, replacing the whole pan, not just plug. Very pleased with the way they've handled themselves and I'm not gonna be that guy that only reviews when it's negative so heregos. Excellent customer service this time. Matt store manager at this location was on top of it immediately and made me feel like a valued customer. I'm very glad i didnt write them off from one bad experience and happy to leave a 5 star review. Nice job firestone staff and great job Matt.

The staff was awesome. I had a broken wheel and a flat tire which cannot be replaced but they provided me with three back up plans, and the address of a junkyard when I was traveling in Myrtle Beach the first time.

Called to have a tire repaired at 430pm. They acted like they didnt want to do it on the phone but finally said if I hurry they would do it. Get there at 4:50pm, they close at 6pm they tell me it wouldnt be today after I drove down there. We are traveling and staying at the travel park so only have one vehicle. Horrible customer service and lazy employees. Not a shock for this area of Myrtle beach though.

August 13, 2023 on vacation in Myrtle Beach 2017 Kia optima started messing up and driving like a lawnmower. Went to auto zone and was told the engine was about to blow and that I needed to call the Kia dealership. Called Firestone spoke with Spencer W. sales and service specialist who told me after giving him the codes that they could fix the car that day. Dropped car off at 11am took a Uber back to the hotel and hung out with family. Came back at 3pm car fixed and running better than before for under $500!!!!! Big up to I believe Jason the mechanic who also worked on the car didn't have to stay an extra day at the beach. Great service and customer service something people do not do anymore. Give Spencer W. a promotion he is an asset to the Firestone brand he is someone you want to represent your company.Services: Exhaust, Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

I ve been waiting for over 3 hours for these clowns to replace one front tire .ONE TIRE..this is ridiculously stupid to wait over 3 hours for one tire ..last time I m coming here I got work to do I have a life too do not mind waiting but this is ridiculous .

Went for an alignment and was told we needed shocks, they showed me the front were leaking...so long story short, brought it back the next day..waited an hour or so for them to call and say they didnt couldn't do the repair, only a Chevy dealer can. You would think they would have known that when they showed me they were leaking and when I brought the vehicle in for the 2nd time!! Then had to wait an hour after I got back for them to realign it again. On top of all that my drivers seat wasn't torn when I took it in but when it came out it was....ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

I took my car to have 2 tires put on at this location. The next morning one was flat. Took it back and they said the rim was broken and they thought they saw a crack when they put the tire on. (Did not mention this). I had to order a new rim from BMW. They replace it and all technicians agreed no way did I do anything to break it on the inside here it is broken. The rim was broken during tire replacement. I m out $954 for a new rim that Firestone daily s I hit a curb and broke. There is no damage on the outside of the rim at all only on the inner lip.

Came in from out of town and the night we got there transmission shift cable broke and would not go out of reverse. Called this location early Saturday morning they got me in fixed my issue and did an alignment. Couldn't be more impressed with Frazier and his team.
